how do you get such neat looking coloring with your alcohol markers? i feel like whenever i try to draw with mine the it ends up patchy TvT

It's mostly been trial and error, and can be a lot of little factors. Hang on-

Paper can be an issue, especially if it's not thick enough or bleeds too easily. This isn't exactly alcohol marker paper but it holds it okay.
Markers and tips are key. Chisel tips don't offer very good even coverage and tend to leave the most obvious lines. I don't use it a whole lot.
Also you can tell which direction you start from a lot more since pressure is applied.
I largely prefer brush tips for their flexibility.
You can still see the stroke lines and where I started versus ended with coloring parts, but it blends a lot better. It's generally easier to make smaller areas colored evenly, but having a soft tip helps the ink spread more, I guess, which gives a bit of a bleed that can sometimes help with blending those stroke lines together.
Aaand this is a sloppy quick application of shading.
I don't know if you use the blender marker? I tend to not, most of the time. If I do, I treat it as an eraser and it has to be immediately after you put something down and decided 'oh maybe that shouldn't have gone there.' But sometimes that can make things patchy too, depending on the application. It's better going from light to dark in terms of coloring.

I've been wanting to make a turtle-color reference sheet for my alcohol markers so I don't have to keep referring to my messy notebook chart. So best/quickest way to do that was to have all four of the lads on one sheet!
....unfortunately all the images that came up on search when I looked for inspo for 4-person poses were mostly yoga challenges.
Admittedly it was a quick sketch pass and I figured the scale was close enough. ANYWAY it's just for my ref. And yes, Donnie's battle shell would absolutely not be realistic for him to wear here lol.
The monster RP game I have Donnie on officially ended last month. Everyone was able to turn back to normal and had the option to go back home! Yay! Except that meant saying good-bye to all his new friends and family! Boo! Needless to say, it was not a happy time for the lad. He's so tired of crying guys.
He made friends with Nicole from the Sonic comics in the past few months so the both of them would try to comfort each other whenever they started going feral.

I decided to color this one thing I did a couple years ago since I already had the vector lines... Considering turning it into a standee for funsies.
Probably not a whole lot since it seems funny to just order one, and I don't know if anyone else would want one since it's such a specific design. XD;;
Maybe I'll see what else I can stick it on. Oh. Stickers might work, heh.
Was also considering doing another small run of my clingy purple boi clips since it seems they were popular!
I love justaucorps style coats. I saw this reel on Instaspam of someone designing and piecing this one together and thought Donnie'd love to "try it on." I particularly love the flower detail so I tried to replicate them here. Would have loved to add the white thread lines because they made for a nice contrast, but my white pens are too thick... Maybe I should grab one of the Pilot Juice ones, it's a nice 0.4...
Also gave Dee a nice little tricorn hat, another style which I am also fond of.
I don't know if anyone can really see the colors, my phone keeps washing out my watercolors T_T but they are there. The palette I use is just a very muted one, same as I've used for a few other pics.

For context:
Sunshine is my OG Laundry bitch.
Liz is a Celestial Guardian with two deadly chained daggers (Luna & Solaris), who can and will beat ass should the occasion call for it.
Intro: D finds Liz sitting in a lounge chair, wearing a cute little sundress and a big brimmed hat, sipping a pomegranate margarita. He looks from her to Leon and inquires how his dumdum brother ended up in such a predicament.
Liz: "Well, you see…."

Premise:
Leonardo has tried to use the washing machine again. It always results in suds flooding the entire laundry room, leaving Sunshine to clean the mess. Once again, Sunshine has indeed cleaned up Leon's mess, and as she's finishing up, Leon comes strolling in with that signature smirk of his on full display.
Leon: Placing a basket of laundry on the folding table and knocking over 3 piles of clean towels onto the floor. "Oh, Hey Sunshine! You look awfully bubbly today."
Sunshine: Completely unimpressed: "Leonardo. I swear to pizza supreme…"
Angelo: Stands up in shock, hands flying to his mouth as he had been helping Sunshine clean the disaster GASPS, "She used the almighty's name in vain!"
Sunshine: "If I find you creeping around in my laundry room again, I'ma hang your ass out to dry."
Leon: Smug smirk.
Sunshine: "I'm not playing. You will be dangling on the high line. Flapping in the breeze like a wet rag."
Leon: smirking "Awww… C'mon…"
Sunshine: Glaring
Leon: snickering "I'd like to see you try, Sunny D."
Sunshine: Chases him out of the laundry room with the rug-beating bat while he cackles
~3 days later~
Leon: attempting to do a load of laundry because he got a stain on D's favorite sweatshirt when he spilled D's coffee, being a reckless idiot.
Sunshine: Glare
Leon: "Oh, hey, Sunny-"
Liz: Steps out from behind Sunshine and drops Luna and Solaris to their chains.
Leon: "Well fuck."
