Vulcans and Romulans are rarely seen interacting directly in Star Trek. Star Trek Voyager's "Eye of the Needle" was one of those rather few episodes. And without Spock having anything to do with it. I found that quite fascinating.

Nerys, Dax and Bashir get you through some sort of authoritarian system they are a part of (the way they are positioned, the sharp uniforms, the lighting, just, everything)
