The Story
This winter is a nightmare for Gazaâs displaced families. Heavy rains flood their makeshift shelters, while freezing temperatures penetrate thin tents, leaving no escape from the cold. Tragically, a young girl lost her life just days ago because she had no blanket to keep her warm.
My family is one of the countless affected. We once had a home in the Nasr neighborhood, but it was reduced to rubble. Since then, weâve been forced to move from school to school, from Rafah to Khan Younis, until we ended up in a tent that strips away any sense of safety or dignity.
The cold is relentless. My brother has fallen ill with hepatitis due to malnutrition and lack of basic medical care. Each night, we huddle together, hoping to survive until morning. Itâs not just usâthousands of families are struggling to stay alive, battling cold, hunger, and despair.
I couldnât stand by and watch any longer. This is why I started this campaign: to bring hope and life-saving aid to Gazaâs displaced families. Our mission is to provide firewood, gas, blankets, winter clothing, and food supplies to those who need it most.
