Wow, it's been a while since I posted! As you can probably guess, I have been slacking with my exercising and healthy eating (much like I've been slacking with this Instagram). Yesterday I started to get back on track and I'm really trying my best to stay with it. I've started the Les Mills On Demand Strengthen and Tone 30 minute program and so far, so good! Even though today was technically a rest day, I decided to do a quick Sh'Bam because I couldn't sit still. We also took a trip to a local Amish country store which has a petting zoo!
