Tripvi Inc. (“Tripvi”) operates several websites including Tripvi app and Tripvi.com
It is Tripvi’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
2. Social Network Connect
Tripvi offers users of social network service the opportunity to interact with friends and to share on social network service such as Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, RenRen
When you sign up for Tripvi you provide us with access to your current social network account. Any information we will accessing we address in the authorization window.
Your name, Age, Gender, Profile, ID, E-mail address, Timezone, Bio, Current Location, and Friends list. With user’s permission, tripvi can use these information for better product, and keep your information till you choose yourself as a deactivate account.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in Tripvi content.
When you upload or otherwise submit content, you give us license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content for tripvi and official marketing partners for tripvi.
The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using Tripvi. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to Tripvi.
Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Tripvi and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
5. Inappropriate activity
We ask that you respect our on-line community and other users when posting Content and using the Service.
When submitting content to or otherwise using the service, you agree not to:
submit material that violates a third party’s proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, or that otherwise violates any applicable law;
publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage us, our users or any third party;
publish any private information of someone, like their address, phone number, email address, and similar information without their permission;
submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
impersonate another person or represent yourself as affiliated with us, our staff or other industry professionals;
solicit a user’s password or other account information; or
harvest user names, addresses, or email addresses for any purpose.
Tripvi have the moderators who review all contents regularly - they flag or remove inappropriate contents within 24 hours and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.
Since Tripvi is private sharing service with friends and every personal content also has to be protected, if you want flag friend’s contents, you should ask us to review with user’s name and title of photo via feedback section in Tripvi.
We are constantly changing and improving our services. Tripvi encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its privacy policy. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether. In that case Tripvi will let users know to download all contents.
7. Third-Party Service
We may contain links to other sites. Any information you provide on those sites is provided directly to the owner of that site and is subject to that party’s privacy policy. Our privacy policy does not apply to such sites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of those sites.
8. Refund policy for Daily tour
* 100% refund before 3 days, a 50% refund will be given two days before the tour, no refunds are given for cancellation the day before or the day of tour.
* No refunds will be given for tourists who do not arrive on time for a tour, and rescheduling of the tour is not allowed.
* Admission and/or transportation tickets are not reissued when lost or damaged.
* Tour Itinerary depends on the current traffic, weather, or other local conditions, and may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
