HOW TO RÉFÚND/🧬 DHGÁTÉ

Register and use a decent email so it looks legit

Most of the sellers are lazy so they take each others photos and use them in their shops, look for something you want with at least 3 photos of the product.

Order what you want and once it arrives check for anything that does not match with the product description and photos

Take some photos of your product and compare it to the ones posted on the product listing, maybe make a collage to open a dispute and show the differences

Open a dismute for the order and add your photos. If the seller doesnt give you a refund wait for DHGÁTÉ support to join the refund case and they will most likely refund you in the end

Only done a few stores but hope this will help:

V$ (done 3 times, around 150 each time) first phone call was basically an instant refund, second time I called the lady was so sweet but saw the photo from the courier and started looking on google maps to check if it looked like my door 😭 so I said I'll check with neighbours if they have my package and then she refunded me and said if I found it to call back lol, third time was through live chat and was basically instant refund

scámáón (orders under 100) done multiple times through live chat and basically instant refund, but got an email saying that they were suspicious so then I stopped

hñm (done 2 times, under 100/150) fairly easy, usually instant refund through live chat or they tell you to wait 2 weeks

EASY AUTOMATIC SCÁMÁZÓN 🧬REFUNDS

With this method you can get an automatic refund from scámázón without having to talk to customer service at all.

I'd highly recomend this for new people wanting to attempt a 🧬 for the first time as it's the easiest refund you'll ever do.

I'd recomend using a used/aged scámázón account

Look for a product which says it is dispatched and sold by scámázón, (shown in photo below) this is the most important part as it means that you will not have to talk to a real customer service worker, you'll just talk to an automatic responce from a robot.

3. Make sure this product/order is under £100 or £150, I can't remember the exact number, but if it is over that ammount scámázón requires a code to be given to the postman when you recieve the parcel to confirm it has been recieved, which makes 🧬a lot more difficult/impossible.

4. Order the product and a few days after it has arrived, go onto 'Your orders' and click get help for the order you want to 🧬, tell the robot that the parcel hasn't arrived and you should get an automatic easy refund without having to speak to any real customer service workers. Only takes a few seconds max
