You want “The Key to Vector Sigma” (mostly part 2 but watch both), “War Dawn” and “Aerial Assault”, and they also have some brief but cute moments in “Cosmic Rust” and the season 3 episode “The Ultimate Weapon”, both of which are also just good episodes.
