life was easy for a mysterious social reject like suguru geto.
famous around campus for being 'the worst of the worst', his reputation preceded himโpeople usually steering clear of him in hopes of not being set on fire like he'd been rumored to have done beforeโฆ or just get eaten alive like that one duck a few months ago.
which, of course, are things only morons would believe; but thankfully, there were plenty of those at the university he was attendingโplus, it helped keep up his 'unapproachable bad guy' personaโand there's probably nothing that geto hates more than superficial, incompetent people.
โฆwith the exception of his friend, satoru gojo.
beneath all the money and dashing good looks that sorority girls and modeling agencies would line up for, satoru was nothing but a walking headache for geto; a cocky, self-centered, sometimes-fun-to-be-around headache.
that's exactly what awaited him behind the class doors he so-fashionably opened just a few minutes before the period would start.
you, on the other hand, have already been busy reading whatever anti-patriarchal book had currently caught your attentionโbecause let's be honest, professor yaga's class is not all that interesting most of the time, so you might as well put your free time to better use.
comfortably sitting in 3rd row, legs stretched under the desk while flipping through the pages, you were almost unaware of whoever entered the class or walked by youโjust as you intended; music blasting all too loudly in your earbuds for you to hear much.
not that there was much to be heard when suguru geto walked in. stealthy as a cat yet still managing to catch the gazes of a few people with the corners of their eyes as he sat in the desks at the very back.
MCR and linkdin park pins rattled as suguru threw his backpack onto the ground, earning a prying look from gojo, who was sitting next to him.
"you still a loser?" he quipped, elbows perched on the desk and smile bright as always.
"you still an asshole?" suguru shot back, leaning back into his chair and manspreading like he owned the place. typical.
"ouch. that depends. you interested in some fun?" satoru raised a brow.
"how fun?" โin gojo terms, speaking. their ideas of "fun" did not always align.
"that fun," satoru pointed towards you, who apparently, had the same stone-cold face you've always had on, rammed into your book as if socialising with the lower life forms around would kill you.
suguru was not that much of a loser to be getting no play. he managed. but at no point was he desperate or miserable enough to be okay with complicating his life with you.
"that's not fun, even for me," he replied, face twisting into a grimace.
"not even if i provide generous compensation?" satoru shot a hopeful charming grin
he huffed a laugh, "how generous?"
"how do fifty bucks sound?"
suguru shot you a lookโonly to see you smack your book against some poor soul's head. you may be pretty, but looks weren't enough to cut it. only glancing back at satoru was enough to let him read his thoughts.
"fineee, sixty." he whined. "take her somewhere. who knows? two negatives make a positiveโshe might be a match for your reclusive self."
nerd.
"what's in it for you, anyway?" he raised an eyebrow, glaring. satoru would rarely share any of his hook-ups (not that suguru would want any of them), much less pay him to get some play.
satoru sighed, leaning in. "i wanna make a move on her sister, yuki, but she can't date until she does." who knew getting some pussy would be so much trouble these days?
"so what?" suguru snorted, "you want me to play chaperone? keep her from getting a felony charge?"
"and hopefully you not getting any charges either, but that's besides the pointโtake her on a date, do something nice, help a guy out,"
the appeal was barely there.
just as professor yaga had entered the class, he gave you another look, feeling the last shreds of his dignity slip away. you had abandoned your earbuds on the desk, now (miserably) paying attention to your surroundings.
how bad could it be?
"a hundred." he sighed, sealing his fate.
"deal," satoru grinned, voice low, not to draw attention in the subsiding class.
suguru didn't know you that wellโnot that he's ever even felt a pull to do so either, but he's heard enough to form an idea in mind. you were a loner. intensionally so. you'd either be seen hanging out with your friend, utahime, or cursing out whoever was unfortunate enough to cross your path at the wrong minuteโthough you've always sworn they'd deserve it. least to say you wereโฆ opinionated.
but that wasn't gonna make suguru back out. he liked a good challengeโwhether that be occasionally violating college rules and dodging expulsion, or going on a date with a certified man hater.
he'll make it work.
suguru had until the end of class to come up with something to swipe you off your feet. but honestly? he's got nothing, and it seems like resorting to his wits and charms might be the only hope right nowโwhich usually, was enough for most girls to succumb to.
after gathering up his things and shoving the money in his back pocket, he wasted no time before following your trail as you walked out of the classroom through the sea of people.
"hey there, pretty girl," suguru tapped your shoulder, raven bangs waving in the air as he put on his most charming face.
unfortunately though, he was hit with an immediate glare.
"how was class?"
"pretty peaceful, until you decided to disrupt it," you gave him a faux smile, not bothering to look in his direction for more than two seconds.
"โฆtalk about a touching first impression," suguru teased, walking to match your pace, "consider me intrigued."
"my mission in life," tsk. who even is this guy? "but obviously, i struck your fancy. so you see, it worked."
"pick you up on friday then?"
"oh right. friday, uh-huh," you snorted, quickening your stride. points for dedication, you thoughtโbut you had better places to be rather than his company.
"what if i promise to take you places you've never seen before?" suguru asked, voice perfectly smooth and concealing how you're probably stepping on his ego.
"like where? your fathers garage? i'm good, thank you."
"i was actually thinkiโ"
"get lost, weirdo."
this was gonna be a little more difficult than he thought.
but, suguru was not one to give up so easily, and for the next week, he'd accidentally bumped into you more times than either of you could count. after your classesโhe was right there to help you carry your backpack, even after you'd insist you didn't need any assistance. at the library? suguru seemed to take a liking to the same feminist novels you've been reading; you just have so much in common, right!?
well, you weren't exactly on the same page regarding this subjectโฆ but it's a good thing he's a dedicated man.
next stop? the music store.
it was a good day today. it really was. you and your sister got along, nobody seemed to make it their lifes goal to annoy you, and you managed to stop at the store and grab a few guitar picks and a cd of your favourite band's newest single.
but, of course, all of that just had to come to an end the moment you've seen none other than suguru geto lean against your car like an asshole.
"nice ride," he called out, snake bites piercings glinting in the soft light of the afternoon sun.
he cannot be for real.
"are you following me?" you spat.
"just passing by and saw your car. thought i'd say hi," geto clarified, watching you roll your eyes and simply walk past him. tch. dramatic.
"hi." you deadpanned, reaching for your door handle just as he slid sideways against your car, blocking your way and not letting you get in.
"not a big talker are you?" he pushed. deal or not, you've caught his eye.
"depends on the topic. your freaky piercings and 'can't take a hint' personality don't really whip me into a verbal frenzy."
geto tilted his head, pretending to get a better look at you, "you're not intimidated, are you?" he purred, the grin on his lips so begulling it almost convinced youโthough, mostly, you just felt repelled.
"why would i be intimidated?" you snorted.
"most people are," he shrugged. truthfully so, geto wasn't known for having the most inviting personalityโyou just happened to be an indifferent hag about it.
"well i'm not."
"maybe. but i'm sure you've thought about me naked," he grinned, fox eyes trailing your features.
โฆand there goes the final ace up his sleeve.
"am i that transparent?" you asked, words glazed in irony, "oh, geto! i want you, i need you! please, take me to those bedsheets you probably haven't changed in two months!"
getos face has progressively dropped more with each sound coming out of your mouth which seemed to be enough for him to finally get out of your way and let you inside the car.
sigh.
right when you were about to get moving, another car pulled up behind you, not even bothering to park. mercedes' newest model in an obnoxious blue, and an even more obnoxious driverโsatoru gojo.
he trotted his way out, abandoning his car halfway on the street and shooting geto a confident winkโmost likely believing his previous investments are paying off. rightโฆ so, about thatโฆ
"do you mind?" you yelled in gojo's direction, hinting oh-so-sweetly to move his car the fuck out of the way.
"not at all," he replied smugly.
"fuck!" the scream he let out could've probably been heard from three blocks away when you carelessly reversed, hitting your bumper straight into his shiny, expensive car door and putting a wide smile on both yours and getos faces.
"whoops," you pouted.
and with that, you were on your way home. back to the comfort of your small apartment, which you've personalised and decorated so it truly felt like you.
so you put on some music, grabbed one of the countless sylvia plath books on your shelves and threw yourself onto the couch in hopes of having some well deserved moments of relaxation.
you should be in your element.
so why are you thinking about him?
โ
geto was positive you were some type of witch.
there was no other explanation for the way you pulled him under your spell.
at this point, he had to convince himself he was still doing it for the money. mentally clinging to that fading excuse every time he'd follow your trail just so he could collect more information and tips on how to get through to that stone-cold heart of yours.
he had to push aside the fact that he felt like a loser and actually do something about it; but it's like every time he comes near you, his charm and charisma evaporate into thin air.
suguru had to get in close if he truly wanted progress.
so that's how he ended up stopping your sister, yuki, after classes.
just at first glance, he could tell where most of your amiability probably went. smiling brightly and warmly, your sister walked by him after he'd discreetly dragged her to a less populated area of the campus. he couldn't risk anyone knowing his master plan just yet.
"sooo, why am i here exactly?" she asked him, her bubbly voice cutting through the momentary silence.
"you are here to help me get some insight of your sister's twisted mind," geto muttered, lighting the cigarette that parted his lips.
yuki laughed, studying his face for any indication that he's just joking, waiting for him to crack. it just seemed that unbelievable that someone might be interested in you. "waitโyou're actually serious?"
unfortunately.
"please don't make it into a big dealโฆ" getos eyebrows knitted upwards. just the thought of you finding out he came to ask your sister about you was enough to make shivers of regret creep up his neck.
"oh my god! i really thought she'd die alone!" she exclaimed; a sparce, uncomfortable silence following right after.
"'m not making any promises yetโฆ" the thick, awkward tension that saturated the air seemed to target geto alone.
"okay, first offโshe's not a fan of theseโฆ" yuki spoke, plucking the half-burnt cigarette from geto's hand and throwing it on the ground.
his face soured at the sight of the smushed tobacco, "so i have to be a 'non-smoker'โฆ?"
"yup."
geto could only pout at her response.
"soโฆ what does she like?" even if he was going to commit to the role fully, starting with the negatives has already lost him a point. "what's she into?"
"well, she likes pretty guys," yuki giggled lighthartedly, "so good luck with that!" geto scoffed mentally; the frown on his face able to be seen from a mile away, along with the disbelief painted on his expression. was he not pretty?
"buuut, if you really want to know, she likes thai food and listens a lot to that indieโangry girl music, or whatever it's called," yuki explained. "oh, and she's really into those feminist prose books she always carries around."
geto evaluated all the information, making sure to take a mental note of each thing. "so, what; i'm just supposed to buy her some noodles, a book, sit around and listen to girls who can't play their instruments?"
seems easy enough, he thought.
"have you ever been to club skunk?" yuki asked, "her favourite band plays there tomorrow, she's got tickets!"
geto defensively crossed his arms, his gaze briskly drifting in the distance as a couple of outcast memories flooded back from the depths of his mind. "noโno, i cant be there, alright?"
out of all places, did it really have to be the one where he drank until projectile vomiting all over the counters at eighteen?
"but don't you wanna see her?" yuki pressed, a scolding pout pushing out her bottom lip; although her real concern was her being able to date, rather than you.
"of course i do, i justโ" geto muttered before cutting himself off. his mind reeled back to you, then back to his past experiences at the club; and lastly, to the money he's gotten for the sole reason of going out with you. lost in thought, the world around him seemed to fade for a moment before yuki snapped him out of it.
"โฆshe's also got a pair of black panties if i'm not mistaken," she chirped with a devious smirk on her face, making getos eyes widen slightly.
was this a test? it felt like a test.
"very enticing, i'm sure," he narrowed his gaze before pulling back a step. "alsoโdon't tell her i came to you, alright?"
"good luuck," yuki replied in a sing-song voice as she made her way off.
"thanks," geto nodded.
as soon as his head hit the pillow the coming night, geto knew he'll have a hard time falling asleep.
his intentions were fighting against the reality of the situation, one in which you didn't actually like him, in which he was paid to take you out. and the worst part of it? he couldn't stop thinking about itโabout you.
staring at the ceiling for well past half an hour now, the only thing running through his mind was youโalong with your unruly attitude and breathtaking smile. it was enough to bring geto to his knees.
his heart yearned to see you again, more than his mind would like to admit. he wondered what you were like when you were actually enjoying yourself for once, surrounded by people close to youโalthough, that thought made something stir within his chest.
a soft sigh escaped his pierced lips. he didn't want to acknowledge it, but the feeling was clawing from behind his ribs. he didn't want to see you with anybody else; smile at anyone but himself. in his eyes, you were meant for him alone.
geto felt that in his body and soul, the waves of realisation washing over, dragging him to the bottom and drowning him in the intoxicating essence of your mere memory.
his mind wandered, heedlessly picturing your smileโyour lips, how they'd feel pressed against his cheek, drawing lower down his neck. how would you react if you saw him right now? would you be surprised? fuckโฆ would call him pathetic?
the mattress beneath his toned body felt softer all of a sudden, as if hugging his frame; though it couldn't be a match to how delicate your touch would be, geto was sure of that.
too lost in the vastness of his imagination, the tent in his loosened sweatpants was only growing, along with the pressure in his bare abs. heat dripped off his body, his tan skin searing hot while thinking of you.
"don'tโฆ don't wanna do this, fuckโ" geto squirmed under his breath, amethyst eyes squeezed shut. you'd hate him if you knew what was going through his mind right now, but it only made his cock harder.
frustration bubbled in his chest, a satin sheen of sweat coating his forehead as he dragged his hand over the growing bulge. geto couldn't help the groan that escaped him, his cock far too hard and sensitive under his veiled touch.
"i'm sorry, i need itโฆ" he slurred, slipping his fingers under the fabric and curling them around his throbbing length. he imagined you sitting before him, right between his muscular thighs. geto heard your voice in his head, guiding him, guiding his movements as he began stroking his swollen cock.
"mmphh," he moaned at the slight relief, lips pressed together. his grip was firm and messy as it dragged back and forth around his length, using the ample amount of glossy precum as lubricant. the roughness of his hand squeezed and twisted with every pump, putting extra care over his reddened tip, just like he thought you would.
getos thick, silver rings felt cool pressed against his veiny shaft, making each motion feel more intense. his free hand gripped into the sheets beneath him, fingers curling into the soft material when the pleasure would rise above his ability to control himself.
his chest was heaving already, too absorbed in the moment not to rush. his need for release took over, and the pace of his hand increased, strong hips beginning to match the messy strokes until tears gathered up at his lashline, making the soft black eyeliner smudge around his violet eyes.
"oh god, fuckโfuck, i'm gonnaโ" geto whimpered, voice broken as his back arched against the mattress, "gonnaโhnghโcum." he was breathless, desperately pumping his leaking cock until the warm, syrupy cum splattered onto his abs, coating his rings as the last spurts trickled down his tight fist.
he cleaned himself up, and once a few moments had passed and he'd regained control over his mind, the guilt following hit him like a train at full speed. how can something feel so good, yet leave such bittersweet traces behind?
geto could only groan into his pillow, letting the drowsiness seep into his bones and swallow his thoughts. he has one more shot tomorrow, right?
so much for 'good luck'.
โ
the hours passed by quickly until the evening finally came.
the quiet worry that crawled up his neck felt like a rugged caress in the back of his mind, reminding him of the unethical actions from the night before. geto couldn't let it show, though. not if he wanted to keep his head on his shouldersโฆ or impress you, at best.
after putting out his final cigarette, geto walked into the sea of people waiting inside. the scent of sweat mixed with the various notes of perfume lingered in the air, along with the faint aroma of alcohol, everyone around either dancing or drunkenly lying with their head on the nearest flat surface.
the voices of the singers currently playing reminded him of a screeching owl getting run over by a car, if anything; the speakers probably loud enough to rupture his eardrums and make a small part of him regret he even came.
but, his purpose for being there snapped right back into focus once he spotted you in the littered crowd.
a soft smile spread on getos lips before he could think to stop it. you were dancing, movements flowing and carefree as you spun to the blasting rhythm with your arms up in the air. nothing in the entire space looked as striking and lively as you did while the coloured lights painted your skin. you looked beautiful.
his gaze flickered between you and the bar as he made his way to it. no more than a few minutes pass until he's sipping from the liquor filled glass in his hand, seemingly unbothered and nodding along to the music once he notices you swaying over just less five feet away from him.
"just a water, please," you spoke loud enough so the bartender could hear. looking over to your side as you waited, suguru geto was right there, with a grin so massive on his lips that not even the glass in his hand could mask as he covered his face.
"if you plan on asking me out again, best just get it over with," you scowled at him, rolling your eyes.
"oh, it's you," he glanced over, setting his beverage on the sticky wooden counter. "do you mind? you're kinda ruining the atmosphere for me," he tilted his head, though the corner of his lips was curling upwards.
your gaze narrowed, "how come you're not surrounded by your usual cloud of smoke?"
"i quit," geto clarified, leaning in so you could hear him better over the music, "i've heard they're bad for you."
"oh, you think?" you snorted.
he took another sip of the alcohol before speaking, "you know, these guys 'the raincoats', they're not bad." now, that perked up your ears.
geto pushed himself off the chair before walking into the crowd, well aware you'd come after him after hearing him mention your favourite band.
"you know who the raincoats are?!" you yelled over the blaring noise, the disbelieving part of you wanting to ask him to name five songs.
"why, don't you?" geto smiled, pleased with your reaction. his eyes trailed down your figure, how the dress you chose hugged you just right, and how your smile seemed to light up your face.
"you know, i was watching you out there," he turned to face you, voice smooth but loud over the blasting musicโeven when it suddenly stopped, "i've never seen you look so sexy," he echoed throughout the quiet, chattering space, everyone around turning to look in your direction and breaking into laughter.
in that moment, though, your attention wasn't on them. it was on suguru, and how he didn't seem to be ashamed or even embarrassed for what he had said; the look on his face showed happiness, with a smile just as bright while he watched you laugh.
"come to chosos party with me," he offered, traces of warmth and longing in his tone.
another tune had started playing in the background, it was more subdued than the former, but loud enough to have to talk louder if you wanted to be heard. you glanced over to the band before speaking, the song was one of your favouritesโand suguru picked up on that.
"you never give up, do you?" you smiled, and for once, the idea of spending time with him didn't seem so bad.
"wโwas that a yes?" he raised his voice, curling one hand behind his ear pretending he couldn't hear you.
"no!" you laughed, stepping back into the moving crowd.
"well that wasn't a no!" suguru shot back, following you through the people.
"no!" you laughed again, heartlyโlooking back over your shoulder at him.
every step suguru took felt lighter somehow, like just being in your presence was enough to spark a flame in his chest. seeing you have fun and feel comfortable around him made it all seem like a dream he's had a hundred times beforehand.
he caught up with you, just like intended. what took you by surprise was the way he took your hand in his, pulling you in and spinning you around right when the peak of the song had started.
you gasped, the movement too quick for you to reactโbut it over before you knew it, and suguru caught you before he could feel the sharpness of your wits.
"dance with me," he leaned in, just enough for you to hear the purr in his voice, "lighten up, hmm?" he teased, quick to cut your protests short, and even quicker when he swept you off your feet, pulling you into the crowd and guiding your movements to his, matching the music's rhythm.
"let me go, you psycho!" your complaints were all but empty, broken between laughs, and blatantly ignored by suguru. his hands slipped from your shoulders all the way down to your hands, interlocking his fingers in yours before lifting them up into the air.
"not happening," he grinned, letting your movements flow in tandem.
the vast space of the club was basically crawling with people, dancing and moving from one place to another, the air heavy with smoke and heatโyet all you were aware of right now was eachothers presence, and how the subtle intimacy found its way through the fissures you let happen tonight.
sweat illuminated your faces as you continued swaying to the rhythm, fatigue slowly catching up to you and giving your cheeks a red hue.
"i'm tired!" you exclaimed, a smile still adorning your face even through the ache in your feet. thankfully, the song had ended before long after, and only then did suguru finally let go of your hands.
"come on, let's get you some water," suguru coaxed, waiting for you to step forward before following your trail, "or would you prefer i carry you all the way there?"
"something tells me you'd enjoy that more than me," you teased back.
once you sat down at the bar, the wicked voice in the back of your head encouraged you to favour a glass of cranberry vodka rather than some water. once your lips pressed to the cold rim, the sweetness soothed the stinging burn of the alcohol, leaving you with the slightest weightlessness in your limbs.
you glanced over to suguru, "that was maybe a little fun."
his elbows were perched on the wooden counter, a playful smile making its way onto his studded lips, "was that a compliment?"
"don't get used to it, geto," you snorted, taking another sip from your glass.
it felt weird but, you were starting to notice things you haven't before; like how his onyx hair seemed to fall so perfectly around his face, or how he fidgeted with his rings right before he was about to say something. it must've been the alcohol tainting your mind... but your heart has never felt so drawn to another person in a long time.
"i'll try my best," suguru grinned. his amethyst gaze caressed over your features, taking in every detail, every expression, as if it were a sight he'd be content with seeing forever and still not be enough. a soft knit formed in between his eyebrows as he glanced away for a moment, gathering his thoughts, almost afraid to overstep, "soโฆ"
"soโฆ" you sustained, waiting for him to continue.
"what's your excuse?" suguru asked, his voice low.
"forโฆ?"
"for acting the way we do," he explained, studying you.
"i don't like to do what people expectโฆ" you answered, "why should i live up to other people's expectations instead of my own?"
"so you disappoint them from the start, then you're covered, right?" suguru pushed, though he wasn't exactly wrong.
"something like that, i guess."
"well, then you screwed up," he said softly.
"how is that?"
"you've never disappointed me," suguru stated, without a trace of dishonesty in his tone.
his answer made you feel bare. after spending so long building up your walls, he's walked right past them in a way that didn't make you feel afraid of being seen.
the taste of alcohol lingered on your lips again, though the sweet aftertaste wasn't quite as strong as before. one glass turned into two, two turned into fiveโฆ and that eventually led to a good time, until you were too drunk to stand upโฆ
you hung onto suguru like a magnet as he helped you exit the bar, your mind far too fuzzy and your limbs too heavy to be doing any of it yourself.
"this 's so patronizing," you complained, eyes half lidded and barely able to see something that wasn't spinning.
"leave it to you to use big words when you're wasted," he groaned, basically dragging you up the steep hill leading to the park nearby.
"i don't think sooo," you chirped, sluggishly walking until you accidentally stumbled over air. suguru helped you up, his hands holding you from under the arms like a toddler, "why are you doing this, though? you don't care if i live or die," you mumbled dramatically.
"of course i do," he replied with a grin, setting you down on a swing.
"why?" he took your hands in his, "because then i'd have to take out girls who actually like me," he teased, eyes set on your wobbly figure.
"as if you could find one," you shot back, smirking as you leaned against the chain of the swing.
"see, thatโ who needs affection when i have blind hatred?" suguru chuckled.
"waitโjust, let me sit down for a while," you mumbled, not really taking in his witty remarks. everything felt floaty, like you could fly away or sink into the ground at any moment.
you took a few deep breaths, letting the chilly air fill your lungs and ground youโand that's all it took for you to lose your balance and almost fall off the swing if suguru hadn't been there to catch you.
thanks to the alcohol, you could only laugh at the misfortunes of your own doing, suguru asking if you're okay going in one ear and out the otherโof course you were!
he sat down on the swing next to yours, finally getting a moment to catch his breath. a part of him was glad he was here to take care of you, but the other felt guilty for how far he's let you go.
"you've had a good timeโฆ right?" he asked you softly.
"iโฆ iโyeahโฆ" you've gone quiet before being able to finish the sentence properly, your head lying against the chain while you slumped over with your mouth parted.
"nonono, heyโyou have to wake up, okay? stay with me," suguru jumped, crouching down to be head-level with you while lightly slapping your face with the tips of his hands.
you've only been passed out for a couple of seconds before you woke up again. you were in a haze, starry eyes looking up and straight into sugurus as he held your face, his thumbs brushing softly over your cheeksโand for a moment, he could've sworn his knees got weak.
"your eyes have a little violet in them," you smiled, almost lost in the purple hues.
but, all good things come to an end, and sugurus warm smile was the last thing you saw before involuntarily hunching over and hurling your guts out.
"alright, that's goodโฆ" he frowned once you 'cooled off', pushing a few stray strands of hair out of your face, "you feel better now?"
"a little, i think," you sighed, "never drinking again."
"good," suguru huffed a laugh, reaching to take your hand, "i have some water in my car, let's get you home, okay?"
you groaned, linking your hand to his as you got up. the alcohols effect hadn't worn off completely, otherwise the embarrassment you would've normally felt would be a hundred times worse.
suguru's car was nicer than expected, a black, older model chevy, that was also surprisingly comfortable. the ride back to your apartment felt like a breath of fresh air after all of the chaos that has happened beforehand, quiet music playing through the radio.
"you wanna start a band?" he asked, gaze drifting between you and the road.
"no, i wanna sell car stereos," you scoffed, smiling, "yeah, start a band. i'd like that.
"mm, yeah, i can see you doing that," suguru agreed.
"oh, so now you know me?" you asked mockingly.
"i'm getting thereโฆ" he replied, looking over to you as he parked outside your home.
a moment passed before you answered, "the only thing people know about me is that i'm scaryโฆ" you spoke, voice somewhat quieter than usualโunsure, or maybe too aware.
"yeahโฆ well i'm no picnic myself," suguru stated, matching your tone. the lampposts outside were the only source of light steeping though the window, making the rings on his fingers glimmer as he lay his hand atop the steering wheel.
you looked at himโreally looked at him, past the harsh contrast of his exterior and what everyone deems him to be. you let yourself see the carefulness in his actions, the honesty in his voice; get lost in the warmth of his eyes.
"they don't know you, not the real you, anyway," he reassured.
"you're not as vile as i thought you were, suguru," you smiled, making him let out a light chuckle.
your chest felt warm, heart thrumming beneath it all of a sudden. everything felt so quietโso real and intimate, like the only choice you had to make had already been written down for you. instincts had taken over as you closed your eyes and leaned in, waiting for his lips to press against yours just like you needed.
but the kiss never cameโฆ
just his voice, cutting through the deafening silence,
"maybe we should do this some other time."
you felt your heart sink to your stomach. a mixture of hurt and disbelief painted on your face.
your breath was shaking as you got out and slammed the car door in your wake. you couldn't stay here, not when he's made you feel so stupid.
"fuckโฆ," shallow curses slipped under suguru's breath. his face was pressed against heels of his palms as he leaned into the steering wheel.
he couldn't do it, not right now. not when the alcohol was still clinging to your senses.
he wanted it to be a special moment, would have waited however long necessary for it to happen as it should.
now he's watched any chance that might've remained vanish, get torn away from his very fingertips.
and the worst part of it? you probably hated him right now.
even after the multiple attempts of trying to see you, you avoided suguru like the plague.
you couldn't let him win by giving him the satisfaction of thinking he can just get away with what he did.
and maybe you didn't cry, but the cuts of opening up to him just to get played went deeper than you'd like to admit. you replayed that night so many times in your head, wondering if you really were the one at fault, or if he was just an asshole.
you're still torn between the two.
suguru on the other hand, was running out of options.
you've been skipping the only class you shared with him. he even went to the music store hoping to catch you there, though you preferred tuning some random guitar rather than acknoedge his presence. when slipping notes into your locker only proved a further lack of results, suguru knew he'd have to resort to more drastic attempts of regaining your attention.
and that meant spending almost half of his savings buying you that guitar he saw you with.
plus, spending that much money after accepting some to take you out would make it even, right?
(wrong, but it was nice to think that.)
that's how he ended up writing you a small letter reading 'can we talk? pick you up tomorrow after class.' and tucking it neatly beneath the guitar strings. with a little more help from your sister, suguru managed to leave it in the passenger seat of your car, just waiting to be found by you.
to say you were positively surprised when you saw it was a slight understatement.
you didn't need a name to know who it was from. maybe suguru really did see through you far enough to get past the surface level, and maybe that wasn't such a bad thing. you didn't want to give your trust to him again just yet, but the push you needed to give him another chance made its way back into the light.
tomorrow came by fast after you'd spent the rest of the evening testing out your new gift. strumming each cord and mindlessly matching the notes to the song that was playing when you met that night at the bar.
so now here you were, standing face-to-face with suguru right outside your classroomโwho definitely hasn't been waiting for the past twenty minutes just to make sure you won't sneak away before he could get there.
you'd be lying if you said that nothing stirred in your chest upon seeing him again. his inky hair was tied up in a bun, only the bottom half remaining free and flowing over his shoulders. subtle black eyeshadow was smudged lightly around his eyes, making the violet in his gaze so striking it seemed intentional. you couldn't deny the fact that you missed this sight.
"you can't just buy me a guitar everytime you screw up, you know that, right?" you initiated, a faint smile tugging at your lips.
"well, hello to you too," suguru mused, leaning against the lockers. considering you haven't immediately started the conversation by cursing him, he'd say things were going on the right track. "you did like it though, right?" he asked.
you should like it. he's stalked you well enough to know it was your favourite model.
"i do, yes," you trailed off, eyeing him.
"i'm glad," he shrugged, giving you a subtle grin, "i was running out of options."
"so you'll indulge me?" suguru continued, pushing his weight off the lockers and reaching his hand out to you.
"i wouldn't go that far just yet," you bit back a smile, beginning to walk off.
'yet' is all suguru heard though, even as he felt your ever-so-cruel intentions of tearing his heart to shreds with every step taken away from him.
it only took a few long strides for him to catch up to you, points for having legs as long as half of your height.
for the past twenty minutes, the small talk seemed to create more tension rather than release anyโfor you at least. you probably asked suguru "how long until we get there?" more times than a toddler on their first road trip, although he'd insist on not telling you where you're going even. you were on the teetering edge of calling the police to report a kidnapping.
shortly after the five hundredth exasperated sigh suguru let out, you finally arrived at the intended location; at the docks. not for any ferries or ships, but paddle boats.
"is this supposed to be the government-level secret you were so unwilling on letting me on?" you asked, amused.
"thought a quiet, secluded place like this might be more fitting," he shrugged.
"certainly fitting if you want to kill someone," you snickered, walking by his side over to the little ticket stand.
"in broad daylight? tsk, who do you i am?" suguru askedโdeeply hurt and offended by your accusations.
"fair enough. but you're paddling." you warned, watching him pay for the tickets before handing you yours.
"right away, princess," he smirked, walking in front of you to the paddleboat and holding your hand to help you on-board. the sneer you gave him was almost involuntaryโeven though you might've been touched in the slightest bit by the courtesy.
the warmth of the sun entangled itself with the soft breeze swaying above the lake, the feeling of it reminded you of silken ribbons brushing over your skin. a brief moment of silence took over, the only noise being heard being the quiet sloshing of the water as you paddled further into the lake. you looked over to suguru; sleek strands of hair were dancing in the wind as he looked into the distanceโnot lost in thought, but as if something weighed on his mind.
his gaze drifted into the ground; the stillness made your skin crawl, and that wasn't going to change unless one of you spoke up.
"why did you take me here, suguโ"
"i'm sorry," his head snapped towards you, voice mellow yet somehow hurried as he cut you off. anything you might've thought you wanted to say got stuck in your throat at the sight of suguru's knitted eyebrows and doleful eyes. the apology took you by surprise.
"i wanted to have a chance to explain myself," his hands were in his lap, sunlight reflecting softly off his rings as he chipped away at the black polish coating his nails; a habit of his you've noticed oftentimes when he'd try gathering his thoughts, "i understand how i may have come across last timeโฆ"
"yeahโฆ" you mumbled, unaware of what to say but keen on what he has to say.
"that was the last way i wanted things to go," suguru stated carefully. "the risk of seeing you again only for you not to rememberโฆ or even regret what had happenedโฆ turning you down seemed like the best option in that moment," he continued, finding your gaze, "even if it pained me to do so."
you could've sworn your heart skipped a beat upon hearing the last words. his eyes felt heavy on yours, glints of hope and guilt visibly sparking the same emotions in your chestโwhich suguru was quick to pick up on.
everything felt stuck in time, your thoughts, your surroundingsโjust swallowed up by the setting sun as you stared into the distance, a part of you wanting to protect herself by avoiding the situation, while the other strived for an answer to give.
"i just didn't want you to feel played."
suguru stole your attention once againโregret, regret, regretโis this what would've ended up of your heart? what would happen if you followed through? or is it just another tactic you made yourself believe in order not to risk becoming heartbroken?
the piles of proof suguru had given you about his intentions could form walls around you by nowโjust staring back and mocking you, telling you how stupid you are for believing otherwise. he is good, you were just to scared to admit it.
"what does that mean now?" you asked him.
"whatever you want it to mean," suguru said softly, a light tilt in his head as he looked at you, "i'm here now."
a pacing silence followed before he broke it once more with a forlorn chuckle, "it would suck if it didn't mean anything, but if that's the caseโ"
"kiss me."
"whaโ"
your body moved without you, lips crashing onto his in the fragment of a moment in which it all felt right.
awe and surprise was laced into the sweet, minty taste of sugurus lips as they prudently interlocked with yours, his hand slipping over to cup your cheek once he got the confidence to lean in deeper into the kiss.
he tilted your head to the side to gain better access, his thumb brushing over your skin with a gentleness that turned you to putty in his hold. it felt surreal almostโfor both of you, but falling into place like two pieces of a puzzle.
one hand wrapped around his forearm while the other reached to brush his hair back. the initial shyness of the kiss melted into a slow, easy comfort. his lips moved against yours at a languid pace, the familiar cool touch of his metal studs becoming a sensation you no longer just tolerated, but craved.
suguru broke away from the kiss first, but both of you were left breathless. the warm, orange hues of the sun painted over your skin like spilled honey, melting into the quiet space between you. for a moment, neither of you moved; his hand remained on your cheek, his touch soft and featherlight as he pulled you into his side.
"who could've guessed you tasted so sweet?" suguru purred smoothly, despite the chaotic rhythm of his heartbeat thrumming in his chest.
"don't get sappy now," you chuckled. there was an effortless warmth in resting your head against sugurus shoulder, a comfort that quickly became second nature.
the rest of the evening snapped by faster than you felt; paddling back to shore whilst in each others arms, listening to music on the car ride homeโand before you knew it, you were back on the doorstep to your apartment, the kiss suguru had left on your forehead previously still lingering on your skin and letting butterflies roam wild in your stomach.
not long after you'd settled in bed, ready to go to sleep, your phone ringsโa text from suguru, no less.
you crawled closer to your phone and unplugged the chargerโthe battery almost dead after having spent the past two hours on the phone with utahime, yapping and giggling about how your day had gone with him.
suguru: hey, i forgot to ask you earlier. you'll come to tomorrow's party with me, right?
suguru: no need to answer that. i'll pick you up at 7pm.
you couldn't help but smile at his determination, but you asked yourself, was a party really the place for you? especially when your ex was the one hosting it? whatever, you replied before being able to overthink.
you: do i have a choice?
suguru: nope. see you tomorrow
you: who knows, plans can change until then
suguru: goodnight to you too, princess:)
you: goodnighttt
โ
normally, you wouldn't be bothered to apply any makeup or dress a certain wayโmuch less for a manโyet all day all you were able to think about was the way sugurus gaze trailed down your fancy, dressed up figure that night at the bar. would it be so wrong to want to pull that reaction out of him again? a little eyeshadow and a little black dress never hurt anybody afterall.
the knock on the door came sooner than expected, ten minutes earlier to be exact, but thankfully, you managed to finish your look by then. a few puffs of perfume and your purse were all that was left on your way out.
you couldn't blame suguru for being a little impatient to see you, right?
but even if he knew how just beautiful you looked before opening the door, his eyes would have sparkled all the same.
to say he was speechless was an understatement. his lips parted, but all that came out was an awkward "hi" as his gaze flickered, unknowing where to stop.
"hi," you replied, biting back a smirk after seeing his reactionโjust what you intended, maybe even better, "you don't look half bad."
a lie. he looked apatising to say the least, even though not much was changed from his usual look. the worn leather jacket was still hanging off his shoulder, letting view of the way his black, fitted t-shirt accentuated his figureโbiceps especially. a few thin, silver chains dangled over his chest, a perfect contrast with his rings and piercings, while his hair laid freely like spilled ink.
"iโthanks," suguru huffed, stumbling over his words.,"you look amazing."
"why, thank you," you coaxed, "should we throw the party on my doorstep, orโฆ?"
"i wouldn't be opposed to it," suguru raised an eyebrow, his grin wiped off his face right as you smacked him in the arm. "after you," he teased, unlocking his car as he made way for you.
chosos parties weren't like the others, where the space would be crawling with drunks, fights and loud, deafening music. maybe that was a part of why you agreed to come, or maybe it was just an excuse to see suguru again.
his arm was wrapped around your lower back as you entered, a gesture you weren't exactly opposed to, surprisingly. the smell of weed, tobacco and hard liquor was the first thing that greeted you once you made a few steps in, strong enough to make a part of you regret you even came. a few familiar faces were scattered throughout the rooms, and double the gazes watching as you came in with suguru.
the thing about smaller, quieter parties was that naturally, peoples attention would be drawn a lot easier.
including chosos.
a low tune played in the background, one of your favourites, actually, as you hid away on a couch with suguru. leaning into his side as if it were your rightful place, you nodded along to the music while yapping something about your history teacher being a pervertโhe wasn't really listening, too busy admiring how your legs looked in that dress.
that wasn't a problem for choso, though; smoothly cutting through the crowd before approaching you.
"hey, you enjoying the party so far?" choso spoke up, raising both you, and sugurus glances, "you look beautiful, by the way.
that was enough to make sugurus hand wrap just a little tighter around your waist, aware of how choso only reffered to you, as well.
"it's not too bad, i guess," you and choso didn't part on bad termsโmore like differences of opinionโand even though its been more than a year since your breakup, he knew you well enough to know that what you said was a compliment.
"glad i could level up to your standards," choso chuckled, "let me know if you want anything, i could show you some of this new stuff i got, if you're interesteโ"
"she's not, thanks," suguru cut him off. the more choso talked, the more it got harder for him not to snap. does he have the right, though? a kiss didn't mean you were his.
your attention flickered between the two before reassuring choso of what suguru said. you could tell how the energy shifted, how his hold became firmer and his tone sharper. it would be a lie if you said you weren't enjoying it.
"thought it would be nice to ask anyway," he smiled. and oh, if only looks could kill, choso would be dead by now.
"so, you know eachother?" suguru caved, looking between the two of you. the sear in his chest felt irrational, but he couldn't shake it.
"if you can call it that, sure. it's been a while, though," you bit back before choso got the chance to, knowing his response would not match yours.
"ouch," choso gave a half-smile, "sorry, are you together?"
as if the tension couldn't get any worse, the few seconds of silence that followed felt like a whole hour had passed. you had no answer. no idea of what to say, only the slightest hope that suguru would say yes.
and so he didโhis tone firm and sure, masking the worry beneath perfectly.
by the time you managed to process the storm of emotions rushing through your chest, choso had left, letting out a halfhearted apology and goodbye before turning on his heel.
you could feel your heart pounding in your ears, surges of heat and something you couldn't quite name flowing through your veins. you weren't sure if the look you gave suguru reflected how vulnerable you really felt, but your voice surely let it be known.
"what was that about?" you asked, your voice thin and breathy. the possibility of him just saying that to get a rise out of choso scared you.
the sharpness in sugurus gaze evaporated into thin air once he caught you back in his view. music and chatter dimmed into nothingness, the softness in his eyes igniting a spark in your heart that only he could set aflame.
there was no need for a verbal response to know what was next. sugurus closed the distance within the blink of an eye, his lips merging with yours into a kiss that seeped of need and devotion.
your mouths swayed with no particular rhythm, a constant push and pull of your desires blending to eachothers will. involuntarily, you went in to cup his face, feel him, pull him closer, which only made suguru suck in a sharp breath as he slipped his hand over your thigh.
a swift moment of clarity washed over you, reminding you where you are still, and the amount of people just hanging around. you broke away from the kiss, a string of spit left in the wake of your flushed lips.
you wanted him in ways that were concerning to feminism.
"hey," you spoke, breathless.
"hey."
"we should get out of here."
"yeah," he agreed, seemingly entranced as he got up, letting you walk in front and carefully dragging your dress lower from where it rode up.
suguru shut and locked the door behind as you entered the first room you caught empty. bounds were off, no one to interrupt or make this moment fall apart.
his leather jacket ended up somewhere on the floorโunimportant, the only thing worth his focus was the taste of your lips and how your body melted against his as he slipped his tongue into your warmth. low groans and whimpers fell freely now, each more intense with every hungry push and twist of his tongue.
searing heat rose up in your chest, spreading throughout your body as you slipped your hands under sugurus t-shirt, feeling every ridge of his abs and how warmth radiated off him. the pads of your fingers dug into his sides, desperate to have more of him. a lewd, loud whine escaped you just as your tongue clashed into his, letting you feel something you weren't aware of before. a tongue piercing.
suguru picked up on your reaction almost immediately, though already drunk on the idea of all the ways he could use his piercing to please you. his mouth trailed hot down the side of your neck, nipping softly at the tender skin and eliciting the sweetest sounds from you while simultaneously massaging the pillowy curve of your ass.
"tell me what you need, i'm here," suguru rasped, the warmth of his breath sending chills as he spoke into your neck.
"just you, sugu. need you," you panted.
"fuck, i need you too, baby," he breathed out, dragging his pierced tongue over the purpley-red hues decorating your skin. this feeling alone could send you into overstimulation, your body tense and trembling with want and anticipation.
sugurus hands slid up your back, making you arch into him and gasp when you'd felt his hands drag down the zipper of your dress, letting it slip off your figure and leaving you in nothing but the black, lacy underwear you chose for tonight.
"i know, sweetheart," he coaxed, his voice low and thick with lust, "it's okay, sugu's gonna take care of you."
he became your center of gravity as he led you backwards onto the bed. maybe it was the comfort of the mattress, or maybe it was the view of sugurus bare, defined upper bodyโbut you felt on cloud nine.
the way his lips began a trail of wet kisses down your body reminded you soft feathers brushing over your skin, too. smooth, ebony hair cascaded over the sides of his head like silk as he made sure to give an equal amount of attention to all of youโstarting with your jaw, the valley of your breasts, and down your abdomen. your composure breaking down without save, wetness soaking your panties and making them stick to your moundโjust waiting to get peeled off.
yielding to your impatience, you reached to hook your fingers beneath the hem of sodden material, desperate to feel anything close of relief. any further motion was cut short by sugurus hand wrapping around your wrist, giving you a disapproving look from between your legs. his face was so near you could basically feel every huff of air melting over your clothed cunt, doing absolutely nothing to release any tension.
"don't teaseโฆ" you complained, no real bite in your voice.
"you gonna let me taste you, pretty girl?" suguru hummed, acting as if unwrapping you was something only he gets to do.
"fuck, yesโ" your voice was cut by your whimper, or more like the tip of sugurus nose skimming over your veiled slit with the weight of a featherโwhich was more than enough to light up a spark in your devoid senses.
suguru felt intoxicated, a low groan escaping him as he mindlessly dragged his tongue along the darkened, wet patch of your underwear. it was almost too much for you to take inโhow the lace barrier could feel so frustrating, yet distributing the pleasure much more vastly thanks to the way it clung to you like a second skin.
the feeling only amplified when his lips began working their partโsucking and slurping the honeyed juices seeping from your clothed cunt until drool was leaking down his chin. with ragged, shallow breaths, suguru kept his nose pressed against your puffy clit, anchored as if he couldn't get enough.
"mmphโfuck," you cried out. the motion made your hips buckle; he was relentlessโtongue dragging and prodding at your entrance with no real reward. you were getting pissed.
the lack of patience and need for more made your body move on its own, your hand reaching straight for sugurus messy hair and pulling a nasty moan from his lips. "do it right if you're gonna do it at all," you retorted, observing the meek look on his face as he unwillingly parted from your pussy.
"fuck," he mouthed, and you could've sworn you also heard a quiet " 'm sorry" before he pulled your soaked panties to the side and hooked his arms around your thighs.
suguru wanted to take it slow, he really did; but his eagerness to unravel you took over, and it didn't take long for him to figure out which buttons to push. a hum of relief escaped him as he dragged his tongue through your folds, circling your clit and talking in the way your thighs twiched in his grasp.
"mm, is that it?" he purred, eyebrows knit as he looked up to see the weak nod you managed to get through.
"yes, you're doing sโso well," your breath hitched. there wasn't an ounce of control in sugurus pace; sucking and flicking the hot muscle against your clit, the pace he set up was desperateโdesigned to make you clasp your shaking thighs around his head.
his painted fingernails dug crescent moons into the plush of your hips, pulling you closer into the heat of his mouth as if the proximity still wasn't enough. your back arched against the bed, greedily chasing more of that overwhelming pleasure sugurus tongue was fucking into you. it was dizzying; your coherency succumbing to nothing more than a string of needy whimpers falling from your lips.
the knot in your stomach kept getting tighter with every excessive flick of his pierced tongue, the metal barbell forcing surges of intense pleasure as it repeatedly brushed over your sensitive nub. the feeling of your hole fluttering around his muscle made suguru moan shamelessly into your heat, thrusting and swirling his tongue until he could feel you getting close.
"keep going, pleaseโsuguru, make me cum," you gasped, clawing the bedsheets with one hand while the other was still snug in his inky hair, eagerly trying to pull him closer. his face was messy and dripping with your slick, the air in his lungs lacking as he made out with your cunt, his nose nudging against your puffy clit with every movement.
yout breath caught when the first wave of your orgasm hit, sending a violent shudder through your core that made your body buckle. suguru remained unyielding against your heat, his hands gripping the curve of your hips, pinning you in place and overriding the breathless shoves you gave him in your sudden sensitivity.
low hums escaped him as he licked away any remains of the sweet, creamy sap that trickled downwards. the taste of you filled his senses as it did in his dreamsโtantalising, and irresistible, but that just wasn't enough for him much longer. suguru felt weak, yet his body moved on instinct. he rolled his hips into the mattress, completely intoxicated by your essence as he pressed his clothed, aching cock against the soft surface beneath him.
you didn't have much time to recover from your high before sugurus pierced lips began kissing up your body again. the warmth left behind made you shudder, realisation that this might not be the end just yet washing over you in waves of heat and anticipation.
sugurus large frame engulfed you as he hovered above, pure need dripping off his lips and on to yours as he cut the distance. the kiss was anything but temperedโraw, and desperate; his tongue slipping into your mouth and tearing each sound from you.
"see how sweet you taste?" he rasped, pushing his hips forward and making you gasp at the contactโall too aware of how his cock squeezed in between your bodies, stiff and throbbing; urging to feel your walls stretch around him.
your hands did quick work of undoing his studded belt, and helping him slide off his cargo pants. just the thought of being in this position made you nervousโwould his cock be thick? have that curve you've imagined so many times? the material of his boxers was all that was separating you right now, but as you dragged your palm over his bulge you could feel the surge of buzzing heat rushing through your core.
neither of you could mask how badly you wanted eachother, half lidded eyes gazing into the other as if missing one moment was not something you could afford.
once fully undressed, sugurus cock laid stiff on your stomachโthick, and leaking, it almost went up to your bellybutton. the phantom feeling of it already making you ache on the inside.
"tell me if anything feels off, okay? we can stop, no questions asked," he spoke carefully, leaning in to press another kiss on your cheek.
"i want you, suguru," you replied, meeting his lips halfway. your heart fluttered for every moment spent together; each one bringing you up to where you are now, with the person that you are with nowโwho you wouldn't replace even if given a hundred chances.
suguru cradled you in his arms from above, your faces only centimetres apart as the warmth of his bare skin melted into yours. it all felt so realโso much like the reality you've craved since long before you've even admitted.
your breath hitched once he pushed in. the gentle, yet overwhelming feeling of his tip slipping in past your folds was intoxicating; how you stretched around his length, so slowly it let you discern every ridge and curve of him.
getting lost in you wouldn't be a difficult task for suguru, who could already feel himself slip away more and more with every inch buried. his lips parted, face beautifully framed by the silken black hair flowingโsuch an alluring look for someone whose heart nearly stopped working the second he had you so perfectly wrapped around him.
barely halfway in, suguru stopped; his thumb brushing over your flushed cheek so lightly one could believe he was afraid to hurt you. his violet gaze searched for yours, a silent request for confirmation.
"it's okay, you can move," you smiled, voice breathy and soft. the sudden stop made you squeeze around him, eager for more.
hushed moans left you once suguru began moving again. your hands found their place holding onto his back, while your legs stayed hooked around his waist. the angle made your abs tighten, each thrust measured so that it swept over your most sensitive spots. surges of pleasure spread through you like wildfire, your thighs starting to tremble thanks to the continuous build up.
sugurus breath faltered, low pants falling off his lips as he eased into the pace. he couldn't rush, not when savouring you was so much more compelling. the sound of your voice only spurred him on, feeling himself twitch within your sopping walls just by hearing it.
each collision was accompanied by quiet plap!, leaving behind strings of slick catching in between your bodies. your thighs wrapped tighter around his waist, pulling him in closer before meeting his lips in a kiss. you let yourself be guided by him, too absorbed in the rising pleasure to even think.
suguru felt the change in the air; how your chest heaved, how you pulled him closer and kissed his lips. you took him apart, piece by piece. and made him fall into his urges and hasten his rhythm.
"shitโsuguru, feels sโso good," you choked out a whimper, digging your nails harder into his back and making him hiss.
you were both driven by hunger and desperation, drunk on the pleasure searing beneath your skin. the kiss quickly escalated to a point where you couldn't get enough of eachother; tongues clashing and lips bitten.
"kept me waiting all that timeโ" he rasped into your mouth, accentuating each word with a sharper, almost punishing thrust, "fuckโcan't stay away from you."
suguru pulled away first, pushing himself higher until his necklaces dangled above your face. nothing could make him take his eyes off you right now; he was entranced, feeding on the reactions painted all over your face.
louder, helpless moans ripped from your chest, mirroring the frantic rhythm of sugurus hips as he slammed into you. his cock split you open again and again, reaching so deep it made the coil in your belly feel as if it could snap at any moment.
you were dazedโneither of you coherent enough to say anything but eachothers names like a prayer. your body felt as if it were on fire, tense and overpowered by the feeling of your high approaching. you searched to press your face into the pillows, embarrassment flooding as your expression twisted in pleasure.
sugurus elbows were perched on either side of your head now, his hands cupping your cheeks and setting your gaze back on to him. "don't hide, need to see youโfuck, please baby," he pled, his voice uncharacteristically needy and soft.
"mmphhโoh my," you gasped, holding on to him tighter.
"gonna cum, pretty girl? yeah?" he panted. his pace was faltering, sloppy even; yet his cock still managed to slip in and out of your cunt so effortlessly, hitting every spot that mattered as if it were his only motivation. "gonna cum together, right? gonna let me feel that perfect pussy cum on my cock?" suguru slurred his words, eyebrows knit as he slammed into you praying he won't cum before you.
to say that suguru was in a state of bliss was an understatement; his mind was reeling, faded so that all he knew was the feeling of getting swept away by the currents of pleasureโwith you as the anchor pulling him to the very bottom. he didn't mind it, though; suguru would gladly get swallowed by the ocean if it meant you being there to witness itโafter all, you were the one able to give him air as well as take it.
and less could not be said about you, either. delirium flooded your mind, magnifying every touch with breathtaking intensity. you held on to suguru as he were the only thing keeping you alive right now, the threads of his being getting woven into the back of your mind and patching up spots you thought you've long forgotten.
he made you feel whole again; replacing the dimmed out light for a fire raging in your chestโstirring and spreading throughout your entire body until it consumed you from the inside out, making you shake and writhe beneath him.
"suguruโ" you gasped as he leaned in until your foreheads touched, shattered breaths colliding as intimacy enveloped you. a few long, deep drags of his cock were all it took before getting pushed over the edge, your walls clamping and leaking down his length while he continued to drive into your dripping warmth, dragging out your orgasm.
"mineโmine, all mine," suguru whispered it like a chant, almost like he couldn't believe it still. it made you clench tightly around him, and that was enough to make him gasp as the air was cut from his lungs, "fuck, i love you soโhaah."
you were up in your own head, dazedโhearing, but not listening to what suguru had said. whatever piece of you comprehended his words could do nothing but return the emotion, and you found those very same syllables slipping from your lips, unable to stop them.
"iโi love you too, suguru," you sounded breathless, and despite his craving to mark you fully, he pulled outโcock pulsing with each reliving spill of white, hot cum painting your stomach. his eyes were screwed shut, chest heaving and gleaming with sweat as he stroked himself, letting the last spurts of pleasure trickle down his flared tip.
strands of hair clung to his forehead as the rest cascaded down his backโit was a heavenly sight. but as the fog began to clear from your mind, it left you wandering the sharp, gutting edge of reverie, replaying those words in your head, unsure whether or not to blame your imagination.
the feeling of suguru using a damp cloth to wipe down the mess on your lower half is what snapped you out of your trance-like state. after sliding back into his boxers, he found his way next to your frame once more.
"you okay?" suguru asked softly as your eyes met, opening his embrace to welcome you in his arms. you nodded with a subtle smile, creeping up next to him. the following moments dragged out slower than ever, and you almost hated how comfortable you felt nonetheless; lithe hands caressing the side of your face, his lips pressed against the top of your head.
suguru picked up on your unusual silence though, and you felt the weight of his gaze, "what's going on?" he spoke lowly, brushing your hair with his fingers.
"did you mean it?" you replied, quicker than you meant. you weren't sure what to expectโwhether your wishful expectations got the better of you, or that worry stirred in your gut unnecessarily.
the corner of his lips twisted upwards, inducing your undoing, "did you?"
his answer only made you feel more reluctant, scared even. you want to push it away and deem it as overthinking.
you want to trust the way suguru holds your beating heart in his hands.
you love him.
"suguru," you urged.
the ghost of a smile traced his pierced lips as he breathed out, the sound almost blending with the silence, "you know, i didn't have much hope the first time i approached youโฆ much less the second, or even the third," suguru laughed, "you made me lose whatever speck was left of it."
"and yet i couldn't find myself away from you." his voice was laced with honesty, and you visibly sharpened your focus at those words.
"i wanted to know more about you, the reason why you steer everyone away when you're the most captivating person in every room."
your voice seemed stuck in your throat, and your breath hitched once suguru held your face in his hands and kissed your cheek, "i loved how bold you are," then the other, "i loved how funny, and sweet you really are," then pressed another kiss to your forehead, "and how you totally hated me." heat rose up in your cheeks as you both giggled at that, suguru looking at you as if bewitched.
then finally, his lips met yours in a short, tender kiss that spoke of nothing but devotion.
"and i love you."
your pulse quickened, just enough to make you crave more, to lean in and kiss him againโdeeper, slowing time down just to let you savour this moment and etch it in your mind. "i love you, suguru," you replied, nearly out of breath.
a teasing smile spread on suguru's face, "mmh, when did you get so romantic?
"don't push your luck," you giggled.
oh, he wouldn't dream of it, not when everything felt so right. not when you looked at him like he was the only one for you.
the sense of fulfilment lived fiercely behind suguru's ribs, joy powering each frantic beat of his heart even after the shared moments of sincerity. you couldn't have said otherwise about yourself either, or deny the subtle pep in your step only suguru was keen enough to notice as you walked down the stairs to the first floor of the house.
the music died down, only a few, small groups of people remaining throughout the space, but none worth spending the rest of your night with.
that wasn't up to you though.
but to a very wild and wasted gojo.
โyou heard him long before you actually saw him. even after you and suguru had retreated to a quieter corner of the kitchen to enjoy your drinks, the sheer volume of his voice cut right through the distance.
"yo, suguru!" gojo's lips twist into a grin; he was adressing your boyfriend, yet looking at you, "looks like you got my money's worth!"
your eyebrows knit together, skeptical of what he meant. suguru's hand tightened unconsciously around your waist as he replied to the white haired man, "not the time," he retorted.
"why not, huh?" gojo laughed, feet dragging heavy as he walked closer.
people attention's been drawn like a moth to a flame by now, dozens of pairs of eyes watching the scene unfold. you've never liked gojo, he was arrogant and obnoxious, and right now, you were unaware whether or not to pay any mind to the word of a drunk like him.
"go away, man. you're drunk," suguru shot at him, echoing your thoughts as he strode over to hook his arm around gojo's neck, trying to guide him away. why was he so disturbed by his friend's presence?
"i'm gooood," gojo slurred, "how 'bout you, geto? you good? you get laid yet?"
you grimaced.
"or are you still playing house with her?"
gojo wasn't hiding in any way with what he said. he wanted you to hear.
your chest felt tight all of a sudden, heavy with the weight of disbeliefโbut one look at suguru was all you needed to confirm what you've heard.
his eyes were wide, locked with yoursโthough the image was growing blurrier by the second. murmuring a quiet "get the hell out of here," to gojo as he pushed him away, his steps were adamant on his way over to you.
you wanted to dissappear; to slap him and just ask him for an explanation all at once. everything played back in your mind againโ'playing house'? suguru being next to you right all thanks to gojo's pretty dime?
you felt like a joke.
"heyโlook, i can explain," suguru tried, reaching to hold your hands. his voice was low, laced with obvious shame.
you slapped his hands away before he could finish, "explain what, huh? that he paid you to take me out?" you exclaimed, trying not to let your voice crack or your tears fall.
you could feel your composure fraying the longer you had him in your sight. you'd never seen suguru this way before; sharp eyes now filled with worry, expression burdened by remorseโa facade you were done falling for.
"justโplease, let's get out of here so iโ" suguru caught onto the sides of your arms as you tried to leave.
you rushed through the crowd, shoving past bodies without a second thought. every collision echoed with their mocking laughter and pity. you've never really noticed suguru in your class before or around campus, but now it as if he were taking up the whole room, suffocating you.
it was too much for you to fully process. your knees felt weak with the thought of being used. your throat tight with all the lies you've consumed.
"i love you."
nothing but a cruel joke.
the fresh air did little to nothing to ground you, it turning to cotton in your lungs when you'd heard suguru's sickening voice call you. tears threaten to spill the more you acknowledge the part of you that craves only an explanation, a possibility that any of what you'd heard was a made up lie.
despite everything, suguru still knew you well enough to read you. every expression, every word, or moment of silenceโengraved in his mind as if it were something vital.
so how could he bear to lose you?
"i wasn't intrested in any money, they're not the reason i'm here right now, okay?" suguru spoke up, doubt making his voice waver.
you scoffed, a swift pause before you replied, gaze still hesitant on meeting his. "what's the reason then, sleeping with me? congrats on that."
suguru shook his head mindlessly as he stepped closer to you. the warmth he saw in you not long ago, now replaced by a callousness he didn't want to recognise.
"my reason is that i love you," he said firmly, "and i regret what i didโbut i'm thankful it brought me here, with you." a fleeting spark lit up your eyes for a second, but it was short lived; flashes of your moments together shot through your mind, each kiss, each worthless "i love you", each lie you've only now come to realiseโit just made you angrier, weaker.
"i have a hard time believing you, suguru," your voice was soft, but there was no mistaking the bitterness and emotion behind it. "if you loved me, then i wouldn't feel used right nowโor lied to, or ashamed of myself for not seeing through your selfish games,"
โsuguru kept his gaze averted, unable to look at you. your words cut through his defenses like shards of glass, shattering his delusions and forcing him to face the cold realityโyou were right.
you knew spending anymore time in this moment would only end up with you acting like none of this has ever happened. but god, you wanted that; for someone to pop up from out of nowhere and say it's been a joke.
however, the only joke right now was you thinking that you could forgive suguru.
"and i fucking hate you for it," you ended sharply.
you wish that were true.
you could act tough all you want, but it wouldn't change the truth. a single tear was caught in the dimlight, slipping down your cheek as you finally turned away, leaving suguru exactly where he stoodโno concrete apology given or trying to stop you.
he didn't deserve you,
but suguru loved every face of who you are. he would've happily spent his forever with the witty, sharp tongued side of youโbut losing the real you left a hollow ache he never imagined he'd have to bear.
you'll never know that, though.

a/n creds for pearl divider @angeliicide & if people like this I may think about making it into a series or something, anywways enjoy!
Patches of skin, both light and dark, basked in the sun's warmth. Yes, you often get sunlight, but to enjoy it to its fullest extent, or at least as full as a sub-zero climate would let you, is difficult, needless to say. You lived in a barren ice desert, with temperatures that would rival even your ability to survive on land, so you stayed under it. In the bone-chilling water that, over time, you'd grown to call home.
However, the water was never nearly as cold as the ice you caught your prey from; waiting by the ice's edge, very rarely deciding to chase them further than a few kilometres. It was time-consuming, and you were far faster in the sea, an advantageous trait given for being a marine animal, of course.
The frigid breeze glided over your skin, causing hairs to stand while you shifted on your back to get more comfortable. Your other skin sat beside you. Drying in the southern pole's sub-climate. You'd made sure to scrub the blood clean from places where it would have baked into your skin, instead of just wiping it with a flipper or two. As much as you hated to admit it, using human hands for tasks like cleaning yourself worked far better than the options you had as a seal. Holding a flipper and using the back of a penguin spine to exfoliate was a lot easier when you had extra appendages like thumbs and pinkies.
A shift in the air acutely made its way to you. You knew these waters like the back of your, well, flipper. This part of the region's waters was solely yours to own. The nearest predator was on the other side of the continent.
When you were younger, you'd been sure to intimidate the rest of the competition you faced, whilst the members of the stubborn species succumbed to less than ideal deaths. You were still young, of course, but with driving out the last of the killer whale hybrids and decimating unfortunate seals that crossed your path, it was safe to say that your damage control was effective. Until now, that is.
Almost instantaneously, the scent that carried itself in the polar air, an unfamiliar scent bound with words you couldn't find, drifted past you, mixing with the familiar scent of the southern ocean. The hairs on your body stood more on edge as the scent grew stronger, borderline unbearable--until you saw it. Or them, in this scenario.
Your body had already begun gliding off the ice you were resting on before you realised. Seal skin in grasp as you were engulfed by a cooling sensation. Your skin slid back on comfortably as bones reverted to normal, moulding to your new form.
It was an unspoken rule not to be seen by the outside world. Something that all hybrids, or at least the ones in the southern hemisphere, seemed to follow. No matter how tempting humans looked, revealing yourself to such barbaric animals was an outright no, in everyone's books, no matter the species. A rule that had been abided by allowed for a world untouched by mankind to coexist with one already exploited by it. And you had the privilege of entertaining both worlds whenever you liked.
While not being half animal, half human like the others, you could easily shed and attach your skin on at will. Allowing you to get closer to humans and observe them with no difficulty--never any difficulty when it came to you. Humans were frankly too scared of your species to approach you, and you'd rather keep it that way. The spots of your coat should serve as a caution symbol rather than a promise of a gentle nature, for you possessed nothing of the sort.
The next few seconds were spent submerged, with only your eyes above water as you stared down the two humans who dared enter your territory. One with hair as white as the very snow they stood on, a pair of piercing blue eyes accompanied by a perplexed expression stretched on his porcelain face as his eyes frantically searched around, looking for something. His partner paralleled his appearance, with colour palettes that were almost exact opposites. Long black hair belting against skin, as his friend droned on about something, hands frantically moving as he spoke.
Your eyes shifted towards the quieter one's hands. Immediately noticing the apparatus in his hands, your expression turned from fixed curiosity to a permanent scowl as you fully sank beneath the waters to manoeuvre a way around the two.
You were done with humans for the day, the contraption being held only souring your mood. Though the two humans weren't done with you.
"I'm telling you, Suguru! I swear I saw someone else here." Satoru Gojo exclaimed from his friend's side, hysterically pointing to where you had been sunbathing minutes earlier.
"Satoru, the only people here are you, me, and the rest of the people that are partaking in the expedition." Suguru Geto sighed, his fingers travelling up to his forehead in an attempt to soothe the forthcoming headache caused by Satoru's claims and ludicrous conspiracy theories. "You tell me about half fish-half human people living in this lethal climate one more time, and I'll have half a mind to impose a restraining order mid-excursion."
It's not like Suguru disliked his 'friend's' rambles, it was the opposite, really. Given the choice, he'd let Satoru talk and ramble about his interest till the two of them were grey and withered, sitting in matching rocking chairs, holding hands and listening to 'tango in the night' from start to finish while some pet lay curled up between them.
He even volunteered to go on an excursion that would surely be what he described as 'a year he wouldn't get back', all because Satoru had volunteered to go to Antarctica first, when the topic was brought up during a meeting. He knew how much this meant to Satoru, being able to pursue his dream of documenting and exploring barely touched land, so he blindly agreed. Fully aware of his disdain for cold weather, but he'd rather experience a year of baltic breeze than be away from Satoru. Not that the former had to know, of course.
A small frown wormed its way on Satoru's chest as Suguru internally winced at his friend's expression, "Though you could be right, we already have terrestrial hybrids, who's to say aquatic or semi-aquatic ones don't exist?" Suguru said, to which Satoru brightly beamed, and his frown immediately lifted.
"See! And get this--" Satoru's voice trailed off in Suguru's head as he observed the way his friend spoke, he studied the way his lips moved and his body. The camera in his hands slowly found itself sliding out of his grip and embarking down the small slope the two of them were on. Not anything big enough that it snowballed, but big enough so that when it was dropped, the body rolled down the slope, resting not too far from the water's edge.
When the two of them realised that Suguru's camera was missing, their conversation stilled as the two grew increasingly confused. The slope they were on wasn't something that could have given the camera nearly the velocity needed for it to launch in the ocean, and with the built-in feature for it being waterproof, the sound of it hitting the water would have surely alerted them both.
But they were met with nothing, only the chilling Antarctic air accompanied by the noises of penguins in the near distance, diving off the ice, fishing.
As the two looked around, something whizzed by Satoru's head.
The camera the pair had been looking for minutes earlier sat in the snow, half submerged by it, whilst debris from the camera fell close by too. The lens of the camera hit Suguru directly on the back of the head while he looked at the remains of his beloved camera. His neck turned around at such a rapid speed that Satoru, who was already looking at him, thought he might have gained whiplash from the way his eyes were transfixed on the water.
Satoru shoved his falling glasses up his nose as he looked to where Suguru was staring, then back to him again. Desperately trying to read his face for any sort of pain that wasn't caused by his fallen camera. "Maybe we should take that as a sign to get back to camp, right?" Suguru asked, taking his eyes off the water and onto his white-haired friend. Their eyes slowly met each other as Satoru promptly tore his eyes off his friend, nodding at his words.
Satoru helped Suguru gather the remains to put them in the bigger bag that the two of them had brought on their walk. Their footsteps fell into a soft rhythmic beat as they travelled back, with Satoru chiming about how they should visit Nanami to see if he could make any repairs on the item, to which Suguru agreed; the couple fell into light chatter until they reached base. Yet Suguru's mind kept replaying what he saw, the ripple of water far from any ice and the hand that soon disappeared once he had looked.
The next few weeks fell into a simple order.
You, constantly surveying the two men who piqued your interest and taking their belongings, placing them elsewhere. At first, you only watched, but as weeks went on, their habits grew repetitive. Knowing where they'd be most, if not all the time, you made the executive decision to enrich their stay. It started with small things at first. You'd slither out of your seal skin at night and make your way over to where their camp was, following the footsteps in the snow. They always left things out at their campsite, under the assumption that 'no living organism would bother them, so why should they bother cleaning'.
Oh, how wrong they were.
Slowly, but surely, you began rearranging their belongingsโusing your damp hands to replace their strange contraptions with half-shredded seal corpses and all things of the like. If you were feeling nice that day and particularly victorious, youโd bring the crew the head of whatever animal they were surveying hours earlier.
The snow became your accomplice. Covering your tracks and leaving little evidence behind, aside from the frost-covered handprints left by your damp skin. Every day, you left giddier than ever at your accomplishments, and every day, you were slowly sending both the scientist and researcher into a spiral. Even more so than the other men on board.
โAs much as I didnโt want to believe you, Satoru, you may be right in saying something is out there,โ Suguru said as he carefully swabbed the ice-covered handprint left on a thrown-away thermometer.
โOf course Iโm right! And if Iโm right about my hypothesis, we could be discovering a whole new hybrid category, not to mention subspecies! Think of the wonders this would do for the community.โ Satoru responded to his counterpart, eyes gleaming at the thought of the possibility. โAnd youโre saying all of this in the scenario we actually catch the animal youโre talking about, yes?โ
Satoru paused, his fingers snapping together like flint stones as an idea brewed in his mind, โYes! And I think it would be even better if we went to them insteadโฆyour camera should be fixed by Nanami tonight, so itโll be perfect. You take photos, I try to capture and boom! Our names on the front of every website with any description of hybrids, not to mention the sheer clout weโll get from the organisation, andโdonโt give me that look, Suguru, I know you want to!โ Suguru rolled his eyes at his friend's outburst, focusing his attention back on the handprint to attempt to gain DNA samples.
Suguru rose from his crouched position, his back popping as he straightened his posture to face his friend head-on, โItโs justโhave you really thought this out? What if we donโt find what weโre looking for, or worse?โ
Satoru laughed, slapping his friend on the back as the DNA samples rattled in Suguruโs arms โYou worry too much! Remember, Iโm the smartest AND the strongest. We have nothing to worry about.โ
Suguru sighed, shaking his head slightly before a chuckle wriggled its way out of his throat. โHow could I forget when you make it your lifeโs mission to remind me? Never mind that, help me with the samplesโI need to amplify the DNA using the PCR machine so the results are actually useful and then clean the lab.โ
Satoru shrugged, raising his hand in a โsaluteโ motion, โAye, aye Captinโโ
โโโ
No amount of preparation could have prepared them for what was to come. Well, maybe if Satoru had consulted Sukuna, the crew's meteorologist, the outcome would have been different. Instead, the couple lay forgotten in a desolate cave, trying to escape the deadly cold seeping into their bones while a blizzard raged on.
The thing about Antarctica is that the blizzards seem endless. The two were well versed in how the weather worked on the continent, and blizzards were the number one thing everyone was advised to never be caught in. Yet here they were, no food, minimal water and hands too cold to start a decent fireโif they had equipment to start a fire with.
The looming fact that they were going to die, in a cave, huddled up next to each other, was inevitable; practically written in the stars. If there was a constellation of it, stars would join what was supposed to be two lovers, embracing each other to the very end.
The cold only brought out shared memories. Stolen glances mingled with shuddering breaths as each wondered if it was too late. Too late to let the other know. Too late to let their hands linger a little longer, or perhaps share a balminess that meant more than survival. History would label them as friends or roommates because neither one had found the courage to confess to one another, but here, wrapped in a tide of emotions, lay what was present beforehand, only more obvious as the minutes drew on.
โWe never did get to have that Ragdoll we wanted,โ Suguru spoke, trying to elevate their situation with the most bland humour known to man.
โIt was a Burmese,โ Satoru solemnly replied, breaking off from Suguruโs warmth to peer into the void of water in front of them. His glasses slipped, and before either of them knew it, the icy waters had already claimed them as theirs. The reflective frame grew dimmer and dimmer until it was eventually no more. ย
"It was Spain we always wanted to go to, right? Enjoy the heat, maybe a few drinks, and sit on the beach contemplating why we chose such a taxing career path." Satoru said as he wormed his way back into Suguru's arms, his legs stretching out so the tips of his shoes narrowly reached the edge of the small pool.
"Close, it was Tenerife, but the rest of what you said was right at least." Relaxing his arms, he brought them around Satoru fully.
"Same difference," he said from under him, to which Suguru chuckled, causing a chain reaction that left Satoru heaving for air.
Satoru looked into Suguru's eyes, noticing how he was closer than ever--the closest he's ever been in all of their years of knowing each other, which was a while considering their relationship bloomed in secondary school, flourished in further education and still stood unshakeable even in their late twenties.
The closeness only made him more aware of Suguru. He could feel the warm breath of his friend on him, the way his hair caught stray snowflakes that wound in the cave, a beauty mark he'd never seen before hidden underneath his friend's lip. Despite the constant chill he felt in that moment, the warmth they shared--the closeness, just felt right, like this was meant to happen and maybe, just maybe, it had been written in the stars.
With such proximity, Satoru Gojo found himself doing something he thought he would never do. He found himself kissing his best friend, the one person he would go to heaven and hell for in a heartbeat if he asked. The sole person who could bring him out of the depths of his mind when things got too tough. The one person who made his life worth living to the fullest, he had just kissed. And to his surprise, was kissing him back.
The kiss was brief, but sweet, with both men too stunned to speak until Suguru grabbed the collar of Satoru's coat and pulled him in for another...several. For in that moment, words didn't have to be said for each party to understand how the other felt. Actions speak louder than words, and Satoru's choices sealed a fate. One that was beautifully carved in the night sky.
A sharp thud against the ground disturbed the new couple, abruptly pulling away as a string of saliva was left in the wake. Satoru squinted, acknowledging the familiar shape of the item that had just hit the cave's floor. Something he was sure had been lost to time and he'd have to beg Nanami to replace was lying right ahead of him, in perfect condition, too.
"My glasses!? How--" Satoru exclaimed, slightly breathless as he scrambled off Suguru to inspect them. The moment he placed them on his head, Suguru's arm held his own in a tight grip as he looked back to his boyfriend, eyebrows raised to ask what was wrong, before looking at where Suguru was already staring, answering his question.
In the pool, mostly obscured by the void of the water yet dimly lit by a dying flashlight, was you. Bloody, with your nails and teeth caked in dried blood, you'd attempted to scrub out. Your hair drenched as it cascaded down your front and back, covering you from the men. The two froze, visibly alarmed by your appearance.
Suguru reached for his camera, his finger moments away from triggering the shutter button, when your head cocked to the side and an unearthly noise left your throat. The flash was abrupt, sudden, and with its noise and unsightly bright light, you vanished into the depths below.
You heard the voices of the two startled men above you, desperate pleas for you to come back, though you avoided them all the same. What you had just done in that moment, albeit fuelled by curiosity, was not something you were prepared to deal with, and hopefully, by the next time they saw you, they'd forget it ever happened.
If only it were that easy.
โโโ
You spent the next few days like normal, stalking back to the camp--replacing objects, conjuring the usual madness. You'd even brought them the head of a killer whale in hopes that they would be amazed enough to flee, so as not to be fooled; that was your end goal. You enjoyed toying with humans, but nevertheless, they were trespassing.
Though in that moment, you were certain you heard someone scream, only moments later, at your gift. It was hard to tell while you were in the pursuit of another killer whale.
Which brings you back to the humans in the cave you'd been slowly watching deteriorate the moment they found themselves in your cave. Could they not tell it was obviously occupied from the way you had your piles of shells and bones accumulating in the corner? Not to mention your prized possession of shiny rocks? Humans truly had no class.
You couldn't return to the cave. Not since the pair had seen you, but you noticed them slowly weakening each day. Their skin was growing increasingly pale and sickly. They even stopped doing the face-eating, body-hugging display you saw previously.
As much as you hated humans, you needed these two to live; they were your prime source of entertainment. The other humans stationed near your home were not nearly as interesting. The pink-haired one yelled all the time, whilst the blonde looked like he was a few seconds away from completely losing his mind, but ultimately, the rest of their crew was utterly boring.
If you got bored with your entertainment, the solution was simple: you'd eat them, but for now, you needed these two to live and from observing humans all your life, you knew what to do.
Your first plan of action was to sneak into their camp and steal water. You don't remember why they couldn't just drink the water from the sea, but an old tale you were told while you were younger ran through your head, of what happens when men try to drink copious amounts of seawater.
Humankind proving themselves to be the weak link once more, you thought as you crawled onto the ice.
You shed your skin in the same spot and ventured into the camp. The blizzard still roared on, accompanied by the absence of humans. Something you clearly thrived in. You turnt their camp upside down, trying to look for some form of drinkable water until you came across a big enough flask. It looked like it could contain water. You shook it several times, and the familiar sound of water responded to you, so it must be that.
The next mission was to get them food, which, luckily for you, was never a problem. You hunted several penguins and seals, relishing in their cries as they bled. Your blood-soaked hands held a bundle of food in one and water in the other. The only question now was your means of transport. You couldn't go in your human form, they'd seen that once already, and it would raise questions you had no intention of answering.
Seal form it was.
It was much more practical operating under the upper half of your body being human, equipped with useful appendages and your lower half consisting of your hind flippers, that propelled you through any water.
You made it to the cave in no time at all, and just in time, it seemed. The two men were slumped over one another, their breathing shallow as the storm raged on in the back. You placed the items on the smooth ground of the cave, propelling your body onto where the humans were. They were out cold, clearly. You even stripped out of the body of your seal, placing it to the side and used your fingers to flip their eyes open. The moment your fingers left, they shut immediately.
The breathing from one quickened, his heart beat rising, and you could tell he was on the verge of waking. Immediately, you lunged for your other skin, but you were pulled back by the hand on your current skin. Eyes immediately widening as you turned around to confront the man who dared to touch you.
White hair fell over his eyes as heavy breaths left his mouth, "Thank you." He said, immediately passing out after. And you hoped to whatever deity that was watching you, he would forget you were ever there.
You still reached for your seal skin, putting it on and returning to the pool's water, though you didn't leave. You stayed with them until they woke up one by one. Why? You didn't even know.
It was easy to tell yourself you simply wanted to see their reactions towards your gifts, but a part of you was sure it ran deeper than that; however, you'd cast that part of you away long ago.
In fact, youโd went all lengths to hide that part of you, so why now, was it resurfacing? It was easy to wait for them to wake up, feast on what you had brought them until their attention eventually turned to you. You knew you had to leave; you were safe to do so like this. They wouldnโt expect a thing, yet you found it hard to leave when they stared at you with immense wonder in their eyes.
Satoru and Suguru couldn't believe what they were seeing. Satoru had pulled out a notebook he stored in his almost-forgotten backpack as he talked to Suguru about possible theories regarding you, to which the black-haired man would either add his own input to or shoot down entirely, depending on how ridiculous it seemed.
No matter how nonchalant he tried to be, his gaze kept drifting back to where you emerged almost every day now to feed them. Some days you came thrice, whilst for others you dismissed entirely. Today marked the thirteenth day of their stay in the gloomy cave (no offence to your dรฉcor, but animal carcasses aren't everyone's type.)
"Do ya think we'll get another penguin today?" Satoru asked, blinking away sleep as he turned to his boyfriend, who was already looking at him.
"I don't think we'll need another penguin today, Satoru," Suguru said, leaning in to kiss his boyfriend's cheek as he gently placed his hand under his chin and directed him to the cave's entrance.
What was once just bleak white, belting against the entrance of rocks, had rested into something bright and ethereal. The weather stilled, with the snow that once berated them to stay inside coming to a stop.
"Huh, interesting," Satoru said, to which his boyfriend lightly flicked his head.
He clenched his head in pain, rolling around on the ground of the cave as a means to make it better, while Suguru sighed against the wall. "I just never thought this day would come! Doesn't mean you have to hit me over it." Satoru mumbled as he finally stood up from the cold ground.
The pool water moved, reflective eyes staring at the man who once rolled around in hysterics.
"Guess we'll be leaving you, huh?"
You blinked up at him and his outstretched hand. Still deciding whether or not to be offended by his approach to address you.
"Satoru, they are not a pet, they are an apex predator, don't do that," Suguru called out, already packing their belongings.
"But how do you know that! They were left here by that mer-woman we saw earlier, I'm telling you, and they've pretty much come back to us every day with goodies! That classifies them as a pet, no? Even if they are a Hydrurga leptony."
"Just say leopard seal and let's be on our way. We have a lot to talk about, and I'd rather not do it in the expanse of a cave we've been captive in for nearly a fortnight now."
"I suppose you're right...well, bye, sealie! Tell your owner we said thank you for the hospitality!"
The minute Satoru had dared call you by some demeaning pet name, you secured the penguin head in your flipper and brought it above the water, hitting him in the face beak first.
โโโ
The weeks fell over in uniform, you returned to your regular habits of chasing predators out of your territory, terrorising those below your trophic level; basic leopard seal things. You hadn't seen those pesky humans in a while, either. Perhaps it was the universe paying its debt to you, helping them so that they would leave you alone, or better yet, just leave.
What you didn't know is that the humans you'd interacted with months ago were spiralling every day. Questions piled up with not enough answers to weigh them down. When he and Satoru returned to camp, somewhat healthy questions on how they survived buzzed the air. The truth was laced with something that not even they could fully comprehend. The PCR samples had finally finished amplifying long before Suguru returned to his section of the lab.
He spent days trying to analyse the samples, comparing them to other wildlife found in the region, but to his luck, all matches came back negative. He was on his wits' end, but when he flicked through his camera and found that image, he knew he needed to at least identify what it was before displaying it to anyone.
Sometimes he found himself cooped up in the lab for hours, finger tracing the image as he tried to map out every individual feature of yours, the way your nose curved and your hair tried its best to cover your spotted skin, which, if he looked close enough, was intricately mapped out. Your bloodshot eyes greeted the lens whilst blood-caked hands sat motionlessly on the edge of the pool's ledge.
He neededโno, he had to know more about what he was analysing, and if you weren't going to come to him, then he was going to come to you.
"Satoru," Suguru whispered, slightly breathless from his long-standing position on top of his boyfriend. He pulled out of his partner with a slight whine as he flopped down onto the bed next to him.
"You want to go find the thing we saw in that cave, don't you?" Satoru responded, turning from his side, so he could face his boyfriend directly.
"How did youโ" Satoru cut off his boyfriend by pulling him in for a short, sweet kiss. "I'm hurt you think I don't know what's going on in your head while you sit in that lab for hours on end. Satoru stood up, letting the sheets that had once loosely provided him warmth fall under him as he strolled to the corner, gathering his notebook. Suguru, who was basking in his boyfriend's figure, only snapped out of the trance once he felt a light tap on his cheek and Satoru holding pages of detailed work with drawings.
"The probability of us dealing with a selkie is high. I thought they were simply a myth, but from what we've seen and what I've researched, all evidence points to that, or at least some form of marine-hybrid." Satoru said whilst Suguru flicked through various pages of notes.
"Whilst you were in your lab, trying to match samples, I took it upon myself to gather equipment so we could, at the very least, get more evidence of the creature, then present our findings to everyone else. Though if I'm being truthful, I want to do more than just observe her, Suguru." The researcher said as he leaned into his boyfriend's side.
"Whatever you want to do, I'm fully on board," Suguru said, closing the notebook full of notes about you as he brought his boyfriend in for yet another passionate kiss.

A part of you missed being on land so often, spending your nights terrorising the camp of humans that had dared to set foot on your land.
You hadn't visited them much in the past few months, not since you rescued that duo. You couldn't bring yourself to do it. An overwhelming dread and uncertainty pooled at the bottom of your stomach at what your next interaction would be and how close you'd truly want to be to them. Your interest lay in your curious nature, you would tell yourself, yet when cold nights droned on, you found yourself missing their soft voices and strange noises that bellowed from their chest.
Swimming back to your cave for the night, a soft, melodic whisper cut through the night's air. Immediately, your head turned trying to locate the source of the sound. It's not that it was unpleasantโon the contrary, it was delightful, but you simply had to know what was making the sound.
Your body found itself on ice long before your mind did, and before you knew it, your spotted body was already shuffling towards the sound at a speed you didn't think was capable. The sound came from beneath a mountain of snow, and before long, you found your upper half slithering out of your seal skin with your hands reached out in hopes of locating the sound.
Digging through the snow, you could tell you were getting closer and closer! That was until a sensation hit the back of your neck, and before you knew it, your eyesight had faded to black and your senses dulled.
โโโ
You woke up, bound and bare; two things you'd rather not be any day of the week. At least with your seal skin, the fat you held on you kept you warm and covered by animal standards. However, now, you lie on your back, hair drooping behind you as your wrists rattle against the table. Your spotted skin glowed brighter under the fluorescent light as you turned to the two men you had saved months ago, growling and bearing your teeth at them.
The slightly taller one pushed his glasses up his nose bridge as he smiled at your form, "You've been causing us quite the trouble over the past few months." He said as his counterpart reached behind him, gathering an item from a nature that was foreign to you.
A sharp prick entered your side as the other human you'd paid little attention to stuck something in your leg, then gently pulled it out amidst your thrashing. He stepped off to the side once more, disappearing from your field of view.
โOh! Where are my manners? You can call me Satoru. The man who pricked your leg with that needle is Suguru.โ A noise of acknowledgement was voiced past where you and your captor were situated, โAnd this is where youโll be staying for a while! Not forever, of course, just long enough for us to do some tests, get some viable evidence, then you can be off to whatever the hell you did before coming into contact with us.โ Even though he promised your stay would not be eternal, a sinking feeling in your gut told you to prepare for the worse.
You bared your teeth at him again, head lunging forward all with the intent to bite his throat out or at least cause him a serious injury, but to your disappointment, he evaded at the last second.
โHopefully youโll be feeling better the second time you wake up,โ Satoru said, smile still apparent on his face as he pricked your skin with another needle-induced sedative that soon put you to sleep once more.
While you slept, Satoru returned to his room once more, eager to write notes about your behaviour. He felt himself grow giddy at the way your charp canines tried to lunge for him at any given moment, how strongly your body rattled against the chains that held you there in an act of defiance. He found himself wondering how it would feel if he let you get your way? How deep your teeth would plunge into his jugular, constricting his airflow before you inevitably ripped his throat out, ruining his laryngopharynx so he could no longer breathe in the ocean aroma that clung to your skin like a vice.
He looked towards his wall, to the many drawn depictions of thought to be aquatic hybrids and mythological beings he thought you could be, your own photo that Suguru took stared at him in the middle. He was certain he knew what you were, but even if you weren't, it was undeniable to him that you were his at the very least. For now, until whenever he and Suguru decide to release you.
The days merged into a blur for you. You'd be awoken by the black-haired man you'd reluctantly learned was called Suguru. He whispered sweet words you couldn't understand into your ear as he fastened the restraint around your neck before sitting behind you and tending to your hair. Every day, he groomed it, coming out with split ends and massaging sweet-smelling oils and lotions into it before it was time to eventually conduct their tests.
It was simple: if you were good, they were good to you. They'd provide you with finer food than what had been provided here in your climate; foreign meats and liquids that had you craving all the more.
If you were bad, well, they were nothing short of wicked. Satoru had taken the precaution of getting another crew member to fabricate a shock collar that responded to your aggression levels before you lashed out at them. The nearest spike in your behaviour would lead to you convulsing on the mattress they'd moved you to. And that was just the tip of the iceberg of what they did to you when you โmisbehavedโ by their standards.
But as their behaviour grew more repetitive, your mind grew sharper, and you knew what you needed to do to escape.
It was simple, really, you'd wait till night to break out of your constraint and march through the double doors and leave forever. You knew where they kept your other skin; you could smell it, and they hadn't hidden it very well. You'd been slowly working away at your bindings whilst they weren't looking and had positively indented one of them already. So when the nightmarish duo had bidden you goodnight, you wasted no time on working on your restraints.
Thankfully, they'd swapped your military-grade cuffs for simple, thick rope in hopes it wouldn't mar your skin nearly as much. Satoru had cried pitifully one day when he woke up and saw how red and bloodied your wrists had become over just a night of struggling and immediately ordered a change of restraints, arguing to Suguru that as long as you had that collar on you, you weren't going 'anywhere'.
Quickly, you broke one wrist free from your ropes and quickly moved to untie the rest of your limbs. You swung your legs off the pathetic bed they had you spending your days on and allowed your feet to touch the ground.
You rubbed your wrists to try and release them of their pain and built up tension as you walked toward the restricted cupboard you knew harboured your skin. You needed no tools to open it; your brute strength was enough, yet when you pulled it, a pink dust shot out, momentarily stunning you. Your body grew hotter, and your breathing more laboured, the longer you breathed it in an attempt to try to ignore whatever it was and simply pull your seal skin from the shelf and leave.
You pulled out your spotted skin, trying to shift back and morph at least halfway, but nothing changed. You kicked it off in your blurry haze to realise that you weren't even putting your skin on the right way. Whatever you had unintentionally breathed earlier was dulling your senses and turning everything into mush, even the logical side of your thoughts. The two men who brought you here in the first place stood over you, disappointment and disapproval woven into their features.
"I told you we should have left the cuffs on her, Satoru," sighing as he picked up your unresponsive body from the floor, cradling it in his arms.
"It's fine! After all the heat-inducing spray you were making, accidentally spilt inside the cupboard worked out in our favour. Now our dearest can barely move a finger, isn't that right?" To emphasise his point, Satoru crouched down to your height in Suguru's arms and booped your own nose with his pointer finger. An action that previously would have wound him fingerless only resulted in a small whine leaving your mouth as you curled your body more into Suguru's figure.
โI really think we should help her, Sugu. I can barely stand to see her like this!โ Satoru cried, mock sympathy lacing his words as he acknowledged your pitiful form.
Suguru carried you through the vast halls until you reached their joined room; well, Suguruโs room, but with how often Satoru slept there, it was practically both of theirs. He placed you down on the bed, and your breathing immediately quickened as you brought your thighs together to try and elevate the sensation pooling there.
โNuh-uh, donโt go hiding yourself from us, princess,โ Suguru spoke, spreading your legs apart and in your drunken daze, you let him; craving release from the pain that was haunting you.
He started gently at first, with kitten licks to your clit before fully gliding his tongue down your folds, before resting at your clit to suck once more, then again. Once you began to cry out in whines and moans, he scissored his fingers inside, finding that spot within you and repeatedly hitting it just so he could commit the sounds you were making to memory.
Satoru, on the other hand, had wormed his way against your back, lifting your body up so Suguru had a better angle while he absolutely devoured your cunt. He held you softly, unlike his boyfriend, whose hands dripped on your hips as he forced you to buckle and thrust into his mouth.
Satoruโs hands slithered from his sides onto your body, palming at your tits then pinching your nipples, causing you to cry loudly for him. He brought his tongue across your tear-stained face, licking up every droplet that dared leave your watery eyes. Which was a lot, by how roughly Suguru plunged his fingers into your cunt and sucked on your clit.
Satoru tilted your head towards you, fear absent in his face at the thought that you would use your unnaturally sharp teeth to paint him a new mouth. Instead, he leaned in with overwhelming confidence, pressing your lips to yours as you whined into his kiss when he pinched your nipples to pave a way for his tongue to explore your mouth.
He broke away from the kiss just as you felt yourself about to come, and when you did, the sensation was nothing like what you had felt before. White filled your vision as your body convulsed while liquid sprayed from you, causing Suguruโs hair and face to grow damper the longer squirted on him. He lifted his head from your legs and looked past you, at Satoru, who sat behind you, continuing to pinch at your pebbled nipples.
โSheโs so sweet, baby, have a taste.โ Suguru stood fully and leaned over you to get to Satoru, where he brought his blood and cum covered fingers over the man's neck to pull him into a filthy kiss. Satoru clawed at your tits even harder now as he basked in the flavours Suguru was sharing with him.
Pulling away left a string of saliva in its wake as Satoru turned to look at you, โSweetnest, as much as I want to have a drink from that irresistible pussy of yours, if I donโt get in you now, I might lose it all.โ
The feelings he felt for you were pure desire, driven by amorousness as he flipped your positions to where you nestled against his back as he slowly brought you down and placed his hand on your back, crafting you to perfectly arch for him. He yanked your form down to meet his cock and immediately pushed inside of you, wasting no time whatsoever to start thrusting.
As he completely ruined your insides, Suguru sat ahead of you, cock free as it stood upright in all its glory, โYouโre a good girl, right? Iโm sure you know what to do, yes?โ As if on autopilot, you already reached your hands out to put his dick in your mouth, abruptly choking when he grabbed your head and shoved it down his length, โYou can take it all, Iโm sure.โ
They created a utopia of pleasure for you in that moment, with your cries and whines being silenced by Suguruโs cock down your throat whilst Satoru truthlessly rammed into you, constantly putting his hands under you to feel how your stomach bulged around him. The plans you had to ever escape them left your mind as you found yourself in an internal battle with your conscience, wondering how you could ever have thought about leaving them.
Especially when they fucked you this good.
Thank you all for the love on this fic! I know it probably isn't a lot to most people but like 300 likes is so surreal to me so thank you

a/n re:upload because I had to re-edit this and translate this and originally had an aditionally 3k words to add to this fic but I felt like it didn't flow as well and I lowk hate writing long pieces so hopefully this is okay ( I'll probably re-edit again and add the aditional words but who knows)
You knew you were destined for greatness; royal blood flowed through your veins. You've always been acutely aware of the attention you received when you walked into a room. Hushed whispers of your future marriage always filled the air, and you were constantly told you were paired with such a 'lovely gentleman.' Your father had pushed for the marriage more than anyone else. Not because he didn't love youโquite the opposite. Your mother was dead, and you were an only child; you were all he had, and he wanted nothing more than to see his darling girl wed a charming prince one day. Hence, his plans to grow you and your supposed suitor closer, despite how you repeatedly told him you'd rather room in a pigsty than be in a room with him for more than a minute.
"I refuse!" You bellowed from the hall, slamming the door shut while your dad was talking.
The door flew open only seconds later, "Yes, but sweetie, it's only for a month! You'll be back here in no time!" Knowing there was no arguing with your father, you dragged your feet across the palace floors, making a statement that you did not want to go but would still, unfortunately, comply. There was only so much you could do with the body of a sixteen-year-old, after all. Aside from trying to command your pets to cause mischief, which would only ever go so far.
Though no time was all the time at the Todoroki household.
In all fairness, their palace was nothing short of ethereal, with not a single day going by that you didn't have something to do. Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Touya made your stay enjoyable. The triplets were a delight. It was their elder brother you couldn't stand.
The arrogant bastard always had a cold exterior and refused to be anything but a menace to you. He refused to talk to you and moved through his own home like a ghost, avoiding any contact when it wasn't necessary and further building the wall he had placed between the two of you. In the rare encounters you had with him, his eyes would flicker towards you then away, maintaining his stoic composure whilst something else faintly stirred in his eyes.
The first time you met him, at age six, you brushed his behaviour off. His siblings had just been born; the stress showed. He refused to talk and scampered away to the usual room he inhabited.
You sometimes wondered if he was hiding or just needed space. The boy only ever came out to get breakfast, lunch, then dinner before retreating back to his hermit cave. Sometimes you'd find a book had been left in the hallway just outside where you liked to sit, or notice him lingering nearby before disappearing around a corner as soon as you looked his way.
Each time you tried to reach out, a wall seemed to go up even higher between the two of you.
That was your first summer together. Spent separated by some invisible force, and the background noise of babies crying.
That was 10 years ago, and his avoidance had only increased over the years. When you visited his house, you barely saw him, and half the time you did, he stared at you like he wanted you dead for 'trespassing' in his ancestral home.
"He'll warm up to you eventually." Was what his mother said as you came crying to her about why the only person your age avoided you, treating you like the smell of death clung to you.
A few weeks passed, and before you knew it, summer had already placed itself at your door, and you'd be spending the next four weeks under the Todoroki residence. Your father rarely stayed with you, constantly going on about how he had civil affairs and things of the same nature to attend to at home.
The carriage pulled to a stop outside the gates, and you pried the doors open before your driver could get to them first. Your dad muttered something about your mannerisms being 'unlady-like' as you ran in the mud to the back of the carriage to haul your own luggage. Coming back around to the door, you stuck your tongue at him and walked forwardsโnarrowly missing your own father sticking his tongue out at you.
The air carried your braids in the wind as you walked up the cobblestone pathway to the door. You could have requested the carriage to take you exactly to the doors of the palace, but you knew how much the queen prided the rare flowers she had blooming along the sides of the cobblestone pathway based on past conversations.
Furthermore, your childhood steed had both accompanied and driven you, knowing how she acted, the hard work that Rei had put in place would be gone in the matter of minutes; all in the belly of a four-legged animal that thought anything bright, small and pretty was edible. Therefore, stopping at the gates of the palace seemed like the better option.
Raising a fist to a door, you didn't even need to knock before the door flung open, and you were greeted with a now nine-year-old Fuyumi smiling up at you like you'd put the stars in the sky. Even before she spoke to you, with the way her eyes twinkled, you already knew what she wanted. You reached into your trouser pocket and pulled out a figurine. Carved from opal, it gleamed when the sun hit it right, a mirage of colours filled the space you two inhabited as she stared at it in awe. A series of footsteps rang through the hall until another pair joined them.
Sooner rather than later, you were trapped in an embrace.
"[Name]!" The two boys called out, making you internally groan, but reciprocate their embrace nonetheless.
The pair looked at you, then Fuyumi, then back to you โ harassing you with the all too familiar question of 'where's my gift', that always had a sad frown or pout to go with it. Your hand reached down again, diving into your pocket so you could find the pre-picked gifts you planned on giving the boys months ago. You pulled out similar figurines to the ones you gave Fuyumi; these ones were made of different stones, yet still gleamed with whatever light was present. All three of them thanked you and ran off to play with their gifts, if you were to guess. ย You never gave gifts bigger than the size of your palm, that was your rule; yet you broke it this one time.
As the trio ran away, you caught wind of an unmistakable shade of red and white hair passing through a door. Knowing this may be your one and only chance, picked up your bag with haste and ran for it. For someone the same height as you (kind of, but not really), Shoto Todoroki was frustratingly fast, you thought to yourself as sweat pooled at your forehead. Doors shut as others open, and you flew through them all the same until there were no exits or entries left, just you and the boy in a room together.
"Shoto," you called, slightly out of breath.
He didn't say a word back, but he wasn't leaving, so you took this as your time to present your gifts to him. Unlike the toys you'd given to his siblings, what you gave him was different entirely. The first gift was small, a range of rare spices with sweets involving the different seasonings that couldn't be found in the region his family resided in. You vaguely remember his mother telling you about his sweet tooth and small passion for baking, so you decided to accommodate that. The second gift, a crystal lamp imbued with magical energy. You asked your family mage to help you make the piece, and he did so with no questions asked.
The third, and final gift was a small brooch, nothing too much, just a simple snowflake imbued with magic to preserve its form, courtesy of said mage. And hopefully, with these gifts, he would warm up to you; he had to. You went through so much effort with your presents.
Thankfully, when you held out the items, he took them, but that was it.
Not a thank you or nod of approval or joy. Just silence on his end. The minute your hands finished brushing against his, he dashed away, clutching the gifts close to his chest as he left the way you came. You blinked once. Then twice, fuming in pure rage.
10 years.
10 whole years, a full decade, all 3650 days the two of you had 'known' each other, and he had not talked to you once! You were sick of it, but not to worry, you were going to make him talk one way or another. Not just a brisk conversation one would give when they had to associate themselves with people they didn't like, but actually talk. Travelling back and gathering your items from the front, you made your way to your room, already plotting for the summer.
The first Thursday, you tried filling up a bucket with water balloons and putting it on the door in hopes it'd splash him when he walked in. Nothing too serious, but something that would have enough of an impact to make him talk to you. As you climbed the ladder, bucket in hand, you slipped, causing the balloons to come crashing down on you, whilst Shoto looked at the whole ordeal and walked on as if nothing had ever happened.
At the start of the second week, you had already written another fragment of your plan. It was simple, nothing more than a scare tactic that would hopefully lead to Shoto talking to you. You'd gone outside and frolicked in one of the palace gardens, finding worms and all sorts of floor dwellers. You talked to them about your plan. Your honeyed voice made them unlock a side of them that even martyrs would be shocked at. ย You wouldn't scare him with bugs โ that was a bit too cruel even from you. Instead, you used them to draw birds closer to you. Once you had gained the trust of the birds, you had them stationed near his room, telling them to flutter rapidly whenever he was nearby. They did just that, yet he remained unbothered throughout all of it, retreating back to his room with a book in hand.
Watching the encounter from a window, you looked on disappointed, but hopeful that maybe your next prank would do something.
Your next course of action: making his food unbearably hot and hoarding the water jug so he was instantly inclined to ask you for it. Being acutely aware of the fact that his spice tolerance was practically non-existent, this was an excellent opportunity. You even planned it cautiously and everything. Making sure that you hid small pieces of a ghost pepper in his dish. Not enough to make it noticeable at first glance or taste, but significant enough that once he digested a bite, his left side would go up in flames. You waited, and waited for him to give you a reaction. Continuously glancing back at him to see if his nonchalant expression had faltered once, yet his face remained still as stone. Mouth only parting to talk to family members, but never to you.
The whole sight was infuriating; you shouldn't care so much, but you did.
Days passed, and you tried each and every prank you thought would get a rise out of him. Confiding in animals to help you, even getting his own siblings to gang up on him at one point, to which he laughed and talked to them, but once you addressed him, he grew silent once more.
It enraged you to no end, but at least today was your last day at the palace. Coincidentally, it also happened to be the triplets' tenth birthday, and the day thus far was full of celebrations. You gave them even more gifts, with the trio harassing you to play with them at every given moment, so currently, you resided in the stables, next to your horse, feeding her. Caressing her mane as she neighed, nudging you with her snout. Her hot breath making you giggle all the more.
She was a gift your father gave you on your third birthday. He wanted you to be skilled in horse riding, so he got you a Shire, which you called Lady. A fairly basic name, but it fit her perfectly. She was graceful, gorgeous and enjoyable to be around. She never ceased to make you laugh, constantly telling you jokes or stories that always had you buckling over. She always gave you your space and comforted you when you needed it, like now, for instance, as you brushed her mane, telling her about the plans for the day and your overall review of the palace whilst she listened, munching on her apples.
"Lady, do you think I'll ever be friends with that Todoroki kid? I know our parents wish for us to wed one day, but I know I don't want to. I fear I'd be miserable with him." You asked, and she provided her own input before returning to eat her bucket of jazz apples.
You saw a blur of red and white quickly bolt out of your vision. You stepped aside a bit, wondering if he was going to come back, but after a few seconds, you saw nothing, so you continued grooming your horse, preparing her for the short ride the two of you would embark on later. Maybe, if you had placed yourself where Shoto was moments before, you would have seen the letter he left for you.
The day passed rapidly, with the night coming by even faster as the moon lit the garden you all stood in. Rei had organised sparklers, fireworks and all sorts to celebrate the triplets' birthday. Both you and Shoto, alongside a few of the servants the queen was close with, decorated, while you and Shoto worked in silence with each other, of course. A match was lit, and Touya immediately ran to a sparkler, igniting it and showing off to his siblings. Fuyumi and Natsuo shortly followed Touya's example, the three of them writing words and drawing shapes with flickering gold.
You, on the other hand, were readying a firework; you had the match ready, the placement in the ground. You even went as far as to design the image that would be shown in the sky once it was blasted off. Lighting the end of it, you waited for the fuse to ignite and the rocket to go soaring, though you failed to account for the figure in front of your work station.
"Shotoโ" you shouted, your voice slicing through the mild summer breeze. The sharp smell of burned gunpowder stung your nose as you caught a glimpse of the familiar bush of red and white hair stepping directly into the trajectory of your almost-set-off firework.
He had reacted too late; the firework had shot off and hit him, directly in his left eye. The scream he let out was something that would haunt you forever, even if you two managed to reconcile and he forgave you. He clutched his face with both hands, crying as a sweltering pain blossomed across his skin.
The festivities of the night immediately stopped, and Natsuo, Fuyumi, and Touya began screaming once they realised what had happened to their brother. Maids and butlers frantically flocked to the crowned prince as his cries increased ever more. Rei was already demanding that a doctor be called and her son brought inside for treatment, while you...ran.
Your legs moved before your mind could catch up, fuelled by the overwhelming guilt that rested in your stomach. Panic clawed at your throat, blinding you with the sudden terror that you had ruined everything, that you had hurt someone you mildly cared about. The most impending thought plaguing your mind was how everyone would hate you for it, whether it was an accident or not. You ran until your legs gave out. The lactate building in your legs burned as you tried to take another step, collapsing in the soil of an unseen territory.
This wasn't anywhere remotely close to palace grounds, you knew that much. You'd spent years exploring all that Rei's gardens had to offer, and when you tired of those, you expanded your tastes to the local villages and their forests. All with surroundings that looked nothing like where you had momentarily stopped. Trees with branches hung higher than what was normal, dense woods that seemed to stretch for miles on end, not a small dim of light or a child laughing in sight.
You were completely and utterly alone, starved of civilisation.
Animals began to respond to your distress call. As you wept, they slowly sat near you, unintentionally building a circle of woodland creatures. A squirrel chittered as an owl hooted, and a beaver inched all the closer to you. A lone pair of footsteps rang through the grounds, and all of your forest 'friends' scampered away. A hand fell on your shoulder, withered with age but still firm in structure. "You're a bit young to be out here, no?" Your sniffles subsided as you listened to the voice addressing you.
You looked up, your own eyes meeting with silver-hued ones. Trying to compose yourself to the best of your abilities yet failing miserably, the man before you crouched down to your height, pressing his palm against your back in an attempt to soothe you as you cried into his shoulder. He waited for you to eventually tell him, and with you being young and naรฏve, you knew none the wiser, spilling out years of pent-up emotions as his words tried to soothe your mind.
"Accidents happen." "It wasn't your fault." "You didn't mean to hurt him." He told you, as he rose you to your feet. You failed to notice the increasing sweet smell in the air as he reassured you that what happened was not your doing. His words did little for the guilt and worry that pooled in your stomach, the anxiety building up causing your vision to spot and blacken before you eventually crumbled under the weight of it all, right into his arms.
You woke up different; you'd even go as far as to say you felt different, too. Like you were seeing through the eyes of someone else instead of your very own. Everything felt close yet impossibly far away at the same time, like your senses were clashing in your mind before your body had the ability to comprehend what it was going through. You tried moving, just to remain fixed in place. You didn't even have the ability to turn your head. All you could do was stare at the ceiling ahead of you.
"You were out for longer than intended. Apologies." As he spoke, you rattled the chains once more, "Your body is still adjusting to the changes; it'll take time," He reached down, smoothing the hair on your head, "But I do suppose it would only be right if you saw yourself, after all, this is the new you."
Visibly confused at his words, you flailed as he reached out to you. Your body tensing as he came closer to undo your bindings before letting you free, and only then did you realise how small the world looked. What would have been a mere arm stretched turned into you expanding your left wing. Your head turned around frantically, something you had never been able to do with such flexibility before, and you only saw more white covering your body. Feathers, absent of any blemish, coated you. A panic nestled deep within you, your mind going on autopilot as you hysterically moved, crashing into items in the room and flapping your wings. Trying to speak but only honking when anything would come out of your mouth.
The strange man seemingly had had enough of your antics and picked you up, cooing at you in an attempt to calm you down. You tried to whip your head around to him, to hopefully bite him so you could flee, but the moment your mouth opened, and you raised your teeth to him, he outstretched a hand and curled his fingers.
Instantly, you could feel your throat closing as air left you rapidly. Your rebellion stopped, and he unfurled his hand, using it to support your weight in his arms. "I see you've learned your lesson," he smiled, and you glared at him.
He shook his head disapprovingly, "None of that now! Here you won't hurt anyone again," he told you as he guided you down the stairs and through the door into what was a lake right outside the house. The sun had already set, moon was on the horizon as the man sighed to himself. ย "I suppose it would be wise to let you go now."
Placing you down on the water directly where the moon was shining. The moment your feather felt the moon's reflection hit you instead of the lake's surface, a blinding glow enveloped your body. It was warm and encased you fully before leaving once it had done its job. You opened your eyes to see how everything was back to normal. Even your freakishly white feathers were gone, with not a single one in sight or stuck to you. You stepped out of the lake to try to bypass your kidnapper and hopefully find your way back to the palace. Not even making it a step past the man, his hand curled around your clothed arm.
"How naรฏve of you to think you can leave, princess." He said.
"What do you mean?" Confused by his response because you were clearly capable of leaving his confinement and going back to the palace or some form of civilisation.
"You love your humanity so much, don't you? You'll only experience it at night on the very waters of this lake when the moon is shining. Think of it as a way to ensure you'll never hurt again." His words slithered out, sadistically; control being masked as some courteous act of kindness. His explanation crushed you.
What was once confusion soon morphed into grief as you fell into his arms once more.

Shoto hated how nicely his scar had healed. Looking at the scar had only brought back memories of that unfortunate night. Not unfortunate from the scar he gained, even though that was painful, but unfortunate because that was the last time he saw you. You looked beautiful that night, and he planned to tell you face-to-face, instead of in a letter, though he had one written just in case. He knew your pranks were a means to get him to talk to you, even if his words were spoken with unsheathed rage.
He'd do anything to bring those days back.
He glanced at the mirror across from him, sighing before picking up his pen as he began writing once more. He'd always written his feelings down, primarily to write about you, but in the years after your absence, he had turned to writing as a source of venting any emotions he was feeling, whether it was about you or not. At the start of your disappearance, he had confined in his mother or friends, but as months progressed, he had become all the more closed off about his emotions, placing them on nobody but the paper he found himself writing on.
'I miss you,โ he wrote, like you were going to see it.
'I should've told you,' another unspoken action that he had to take to the grave with him.
'Please come back.' He finished writing for today.
He stared at the page, his eyes almost burning a hole into it, like his stares would magically make you run back into civilisation and the past five years would be nothing more than a dream. He knew better than that, though; he knew not to have hope. The likelihood of you still being alive was realistically nothing. Tears brimmed in the corners of his eyes as he looked down at the paper once more. A knock resonated through the room, and he quickly hid the letter from view. The door swung open, and in walked Touya, yawning as he addressed his older brother.
"Midoriya's here for you, just so you know. Told him you might not want company, but he was still insistent on showing up."
"I'll have to thank him when I see him," Shoto said, standing up and clearing his writing desk.
Touya's eyes narrowed on the small edge of paper that was tucked away, focusing on how his brother's tears had stained the paper, making it crinkled and causing the ink to bleed. "Make sure not to make him wait like last time."
Shouto nodded; Touya left him. When the door shut, he cried even more. He wept till he knew not from his left and right, his body sank and fell to the ground in agony. Not from the scar but from how much he missed you. The guilt and regret of his own actions haunted him.
When he was younger, he should've approached you, and maybe then you wouldn't have left when things went south. You wouldn't be missing dead, and instead, you could be here, near him, hopefully. His sniffles filled the room as a second knock echoed from his door. Shoto smoothed out his attire, muttering "Come in," to whoever was outside.
The door opened, and a familiar shrub of green stood in the doorway, "Todoroki?" Izuku called out, seeing his friend standing motionless in the middle of his room, but uncertain whether he should approach him.
He waited for Shoto to come to him, knowing that he would in his own time when he was ready, as his eyes scanned the room, almost immediately zoning in on the letter that Shoto tried to hide in haste when Touya came in earlier. He said nothing, only waiting for Todoroki to grab the bow and arrow in the corner of his room and join him for archery practice.
Shoto moved on autopilot, firing an arrow one after the other until they eventually converged, the arrow he just shot splitting the middle of another arrow locked in a bullseye. Midoriya, briefly mentioning how he was going inside to get refreshments for the two of them, as Shoto continuously fired arrow after arrow, until his fingers grew red, with two of them sprouting blisters.
"Todoroki!" Izuku called, seeing the state of his friend's hand once he came back from being inside.
That snapped Shoto out of his trance as he turned back to his friend, dropping his bow as it had burned him.
"You should get that bandaged by the nurse, I remember her saying she got these specially bandages for blisters a while back from a foreign kingdom in the westโ"
Shoto put a hand up to his friend, motioning him to stop and listen to what he had to say. He laughed a little, pulling out his own roll of bandages he had saved in his pockets. "I appreciate your concerns, Midoriya, but I'll be fine." He said, smiling to his friend, though his smile failed to meet his eyes and instead looked like a poor attempt to ease someone's worries, which, in all fairness, it was.
The green-haired boy had a question on the tip of his tongue, something he had been meaning to ask the young heir for days now, yet still found no appropriate time to. When he saw the sombre look on Shoto's face, he held against it, despite his friend already seeing it. "You're going to ask me who I plan to marry, yes?" Shoto asked.
"IโwellโI didn't want to pressure you, but with another ballโand your mother constantly talking about potential interests." The shorter male spouted out, heat rising to his face as he tried to calm himself down.
"Midoriya, it's quite all right, it's to be expected after all. My mother hasn't been subtle in hinting at it. I know she has the ball arranged for potential brides, but my heart belongs to one alone. She is who I want, if she'll have me."
A cry rang through the palace grounds, and the two young men turned their heads to the commotion. Guards, meant to be transporting a nobleman to the palace for business, lay in various places on the ground near the gate. The men were all out of breath, with their armour, clothes and flesh having been seemingly mangled by a beast. Their figures, bloody, with some missing limbs. The servant girl who had spotted them had passed out from shock.
The two boys immediately ran to the survivors, checking pulses and facing them upright so they wouldn't choke on their own blood. Midoriya ran inside, alerting palace staff, while Shoto still remained outside, checking the conditions of the guards. As he made his way to move to another man, a hand grabbed him. The man, on the brink of death as his eyes fought to stay open, croaked out, "It's not what it seems," finally succumbing to his injuries.
'It's not what it seems,โ the guard's voice rang through the crowned prince's head as he pondered what it could mean; all the survivors who had fallen at the palace door were brought inside and tended to quickly, while Shoto still remained outside, mulling over the man's words. A gust overhead caused his once neat hair to stand on end, and he looked up, seeing the body of a swan flying overhead. The man's words resonated in his head once more, and all of a sudden, what the guard was saying made sense. No one would expect a mere swan to be the culprit of such a heinous crime, so of course, it had to be that; if not that, then what else could it possibly be?
Shoto immediately ran inside, hastily grabbing a new set of arrows and his better bow, the one that had your signature engraved in. Not that you did it yourself, of course; you would never do that for him, not with how he treated you. Instead, he observed your handwriting, mastering it, then transferring it onto the wood of his riser so that he would carry some part of you with him always.
For safe measures, he also grabbed his sword, the handle possessing a gemstone of your favourite colour. He assumed it was [f/c] based on how much you wore the colour and how you practically owned everything in that specific colour. He never had the courage to ask you what it really was, but maybe, just maybe, if he found you, and if you accepted his apology, then the two of you could start over. And maybe, if you allowed it, he could ask you all the questions he wanted in an attempt to understand you better.
He took the quicker route to the stables, knowing that time was precious. Instead of going for one of his family horses, he turned and went to Lady. Your father never had the courage to come back to retrieve your horse, and he didn't blame him. His daughter was presumed dead, so looking at an animal she cherished so dearly would only bring up unwanted memories. Still, not long after the incident, Shoto had directly requested to take care of Lady, and the two had grown closer as the years stretched by.
It was like she could sense what was happening before Shoto told her, already getting into position for the prince to mount her, so the two could chase after some fairy tale monster. The doors to the stable swung open, and Midoriya ran in, clearly out of breath, judging by the way sweat pooled at his forehead and his form almost folded in on itself, "Todorokiโ", he squeaked out, breathless, taking big gulps of air in an attempt to regain his strength.
"I have to do this," he said, looking at his friend, "She's out there, I just know itโand that swan gave me a sign to find her."

Five years. Five whole years in a body that wasn't your own. Sure, you could transform back into the real you at night on the lake, but what was the point anymore?
You were trapped in the body of a bird for half a day, with the other half being spent moping around the cottage as your captor constantly tormented you. You could fly all you wanted, but the minute you wanted a sense of normalcy, you knew where you had to return to, and it wasn't home.
The first few days with your curse, you flew home.
You missed your father and your pets; you wanted to see them, yet they didn't recognise you. Not that you'd expect them to, you were a swan for goodness sake, but at least with your pets, you'd hoped that some form of communication could be transmitted.
How wrong you were.
They looked at you like you'd grown several heads, hissing, barking and chipping at you, whether it was an attempt to make you leave or pull you down so you'd be a snack for them to chew on, you weren't sure.
There, you'd learned that the spell cast a veil over you, preventing you from being recognisable to others, and this meant even speaking in whatever common language animals used to communicate. All ties you had to your past life as a royal were severed, so visiting Lady, despite how much you missed her, was out of the equation.
But it's not like you could bring yourself to stay at the Todoroki household for long periods of time anyway. Today had just been an off chance, you'd been desperate to see Shoto, despite the fact that he wouldn't be able to recognise you. It's not every day you visit, but you felt the need to pay him a visit after a traumatising encounter with your kidnapper, where you tried to escape yet again.
You still remembered his hands on you as he used his magic to mark your skin, only to heal it once his 'treatment', as he called it, was over. Izuku came today, you noted to yourself as you saw the two of them converse while practising archery. You noticed how Shoto moves stiffly, like he carries the weight of the world, whilst still trying to keep it together for those he loves.
If you could, you'd swoop down and transform back to a human, apologising for the years of resentment you felt towards him over such a petty thing that couldn't have been resolved if you had good communication skills. You saw the few survivors flocking to the gate. How their blood stained the pathway, and how you were acutely aware of who caused them to bleed on palace grounds. You saw the way Izuku ran inside and how Shoto monitored the survivors as staff were alerted to their unpleasant arrival. How a man had pulled Shoto by his arm and whispered to his ear before succumbing to his injuries.
You had seen it all now, and you were certain to see it again if you did not get to the sorcerer's home. Never yours. It would never be your home, no matter how many years you'd continue to stay there. You flew by the prince, causing a gust of wind in your trail as you flapped your wings back to that forsaken cottage. Each flap of your wings made you grow increasingly tired as you could feel the exhaustion of days spent on edge catch up to you. By the time you'd made your way back to the cottage, the sun had already set, with your captor staring you down as you flew into the lake, taking on your human form.
"You're late," His stern voice sending shivers down your spine.
"I was busy."
"Oh, busy looking at your prince, I'm sure, now come inside." How he knew what you were doing at almost all times, you would never know. He held the door open for you, and you stepped inside, wincing as his hand came behind you and settled in your hair. His wrinkled hand caressing your hair and messing up what had taken you hours to perfect into something you like. He saw your displeasure at his actions and chuckled to himself.
"Now now, enough of the attitude. I'm sure you'll be able to get the bounce of your hair along with that lovely pattern back in no time."
He was right, but his behaviour towards you would never not make you uncomfortable.
"You know why you can never fit in with them, look what happened the last time." He came around to where you were sitting, going behind you and caressing your hair once more while you tried not to let the discomfort show.
"On a lighter note, I'll be away at your own kingdom for a few days. I intend to come to some form of an agreement with your father over his earnings. Proof that his daughter is alive will give me some leverage."
A small fragment of hope lit up within you, knowing that your father would do anything to have you back, even if it meant giving away all his assets.
"However, I don't intend to give you up that easily. I would rather have you here with me, your company is quite pleasant" His hand moved to your jaw as his fingertips drummed against it.
The hope that was lit in you soon found itself extinguished at the revelation that you'd never truly be free from him. Zen Shigaraki smiled blissfully at your despair, taking his leave once he was certain you'd be staying here, wallowing in your past regrets and what led you to be captured in his hold. He failed to account for the dual-haired prince who was making his way to the 'desolate' cottage, on your steed no less.
You sobbed from where you sat, your cries filling up the space of the cottage as your forest friends slowly filled the windows and area around you.
"One of these days, I'll give it to him! I swear!" A small voice chimed from your left, where you saw an animal you'd become very familiar with over the past five years here. A ferret, otherwise known as Denki, was currently curling his paws into fists as he attempted to demonstrate what he would do to Shigaraki on his beaver friend, Eijiro.
You laughed at the sight, scooping both of them up into your arms to place on your lap, "I appreciate the advances, but it's not that easy. I've tried, trust me."
"Sure it is! You just need us is all," Another voice rang out in the room, this time it didn't come from a racoon and instead a grey fox, Hanata.
Despite the animals' clear differences, they all lived together surprisingly well. You'd learned that Eijiro and Denki had been raised alongside Hanata. Forming the most unlikely friendships along the way. All the other animals chimed in around you, giving you their own ways of how they'd take down the sorcerer or simply comforting you from the harmful words he spoke earlier. You smiled at the sight, but when a knock resonated on the door, the chatter of the cottage stilled instantly.
Five whole years you'd been here, and not once did you hear a knock.
Yet as the door slowly creaked open, your heart stopped when you saw who it was.
Shoto Todoroki. The man who'd been haunting your every moment for the past five years stood in the same room as you. His eyes were wide as he saw you, like his reality was crashing down on him with no possible way to combat it, and you wouldn't blame him. Still, before he could do anything, you ran to him, embracing him in your arms. The two of you stayed like that for what felt like hours, with Shoto eventually returning your embrace when he eventually grounded himself amidst the chaos brewing in his mind.
"You came for me," Your voice muffled as you wept once more. Only this time it was in the arms of your saviour instead of your oppressor.
"You're as beautiful as the day I lost you."
Those were the first words Shoto Todoroki ever spoke to you. The softness and sincerity of his words made you cry all the more. He held removed your hands from around him as he knelt on the floor in front of you. He cradled one of your hands as he placed a gentle kiss on it.
โCome back with me.โ
โShoto, itโs not that easy,โ You rebutted.
โIโll never hate you for the scar, if thatโs what youโre worried about. I never could hate you for it.โ Glancing at his scared face made your stomach sink as you saw the damage you did to the left side, even if it was unintentional.
โPlease, come back with me.โ He repeated again, pressing another few kisses to your hand.
โShoto, I canโt. Heโll come back for me, and even if he isn't, I wonโt be human forever.โ
"Who is he?" Shoto questioned, to which the chatter of your familiars paused. The animals in the cottage scrambled to the nearest corner to hide as the forest grew quiet.
"You need to go, now!" You desperately whispered to the prince, who was oblivious to the horrors that might befall him if your captor were to find him here with you.
"Go where, but whyโ" You cut him off with a shove as you forced him into the broom closet.
The door turned open as Shigaraki stepped inside, "I forgot my sack of coins upstairs, can you believe that? I was going to get you a new dress while I was in the kingdom, and I couldn't do so without money." He said as he walked to you to get upstairs, and only when he walked by you did he stop in his tracks.
He saw your flushed expression and walked closer to you until he stood at an uncomfortable distance from you. You could see every pore and wrinkle on his face from where he stood, yet you said nothing. "You appear flushed, darling", he spoke as he walked around you slowly.
"It's just hot in here, is all."
"Yes, I'm sure the late autumn air is something worth overheating for." Smiling as he twirled a lock of your hair in his finger.
"Yes, well, I was out earlier picking berries for a dessert to make you for when you came back, and I heard a loud noise, and I wasn't sure what it was, so I rushed back andโ" He silenced you with a finger to your lip as he grinned even more.
"What a nice gift indeed, although I do have to wonder...is it really meant for me, or the prince you're insistent on hiding from me?"
Your heart dropped to your stomach as you immediately dashed to the broom closet to provide Shoto with whatever protection you could.
You never made it in time, though. Shigaraki's hand flew out at you, causing your body to be thrusted into a wall, where you bashed your head as you hit the floor. The last thing you saw before you passed out was Shigaraki hauling Shoto out of the closet and onto the floor, and you could only hope that he would be okay.
โโ โโ ๐คโ โ โโ
You woke to the sound of chattering and hammering. Your head pounded as your vision tried to focus around you. Feeling a pull on your sleeve, you looked down. Denki and Kaminari sat to one side of you, whilst Hanata sat on the other. The boys immediately asked if you were okay, and when you confirmed you were, their shoulders tensed up once more.
"We need to get you outta here," Hanata said, walking over to the overgrown vines that had filled the room, preventing you from leaving.
The vines stretched all around the room, sealing off any possible exits. The windows, the two doors that led to the front and the back, even the trap door under the table had been bided shut by these indestructible vines. There had to be some way out, you knew that much. Over the five years you spent here, you knew that Zen Shigaraki's magic was really only limited to what he could think of. So these vines had to be destructible in some way or another.
Your eyes drifted to the dimly lit candle in the corner as you pieced together all you could do with it. It was moderately dangerous, and if it didn't work, you would be in a lot of trouble, but high-risk, high-reward, after all. Holding the stubby stick of the candle, you held it right over the leaves of the vines, waiting for them to catch on fire. It took time, but with your friends constantly blowing on the leaves to provide some form of circulation for the heat, it worked; the door was set ablaze, and the bindings gone.
Rushing over to the basin, you quickly found a nearby bucket and filled it with water, chucking it toward the door so that you'd at the very least be able to touch it. The handle sizzled as steam rose before it eventually diminished. The orange hue from the handle faded into its natural copper as you turned the door and stepped outside.
Expecting to see your captor in a fight with Shoto was expected.
What wasn't expected was Zen Shigaraki to grow ten feet taller and sprout wings โ taking on the form of a child's picture book dragon, only his was a million times more frightening. Noticing how he had scratches along his frame, along with wounds that constantly bled, filled you with a sense of joy and hope. Joy, for all the shit you went through and all of the times you bled. Hope for what was to come after their fight.
Unfortunately, Shoto wasn't doing too well either; he had no substantial damage to him other than a slight limp, but you knew he would soon tire and run out of energy. You saw Shigaraki raise his talons before Shoto ever could, and in a fit of adrenaline, you rushed to the prince, shielding his own body with yours.
The pain was unbearable until your body started to feel warm. The type of warmth you'd associate with winter mornings, spent inside near a fireplace as you had stories read to you by your father. The feeling was familiar, nostalgic even, as it flooded your chest, blood spilling out onto the moonlit lake like some sort of sick dye. A being slowly fell into the water after being slain, its body withering until it eventually disintegrated into nothing.
As soon as he was able to, Shoto rushed over to you, cradling you in his arms as he wept over you.
"I'm not gone quite yet." You spluttered out, blood clogging your mouth as you spat it out before facing him.
Yet he still wept, raising your hand to his face, you cradled it, "I'm sorry." You spoke, "I'm sorry for everything. I shouldn't have pressed you for anything when we were youngerโ" another coughing spell erupted from your throat, blood splattering on his face, "I wish I had got to know you more."
Shoto only cradled your body closer to his, the upcoming sun framing his features perfectly as you stared into his eyes, "I should be the one who's sorry," he replied, "I was too scared to talk to you when I was younger and that costed me precious time I should have spent with you," a cry rattled through his chest as he tried to blink his tears away, but to no avail they ended up splattering on your face, "I wrote to you everyday."
From what little strength you had left, you chuckled, your hand loosening its grip on his face, "I know, Shoto. I wish I could read them."
"I wish you could, too," He said to you, even though the light had already disappeared from your eyes.
"You spent ten years trying to get me to talk to you," His forehead pressing against yours, "So stay. Stay, please, I beg you."
For one last time, he looked at youโeven in death, you were breathtaking.
"I love you," He pressed his lips to yours and lowered you into the water.
The small shadow of the moon on the lake was disappearing as sunrise took on its role. Hanata, Eijiro and Denki all huddled together, the two smaller animals using their fox friend's tail as a tissue while they all looked on in agony. For once, the forest stilled. Not because of some sadistic, psychopathic kidnapper who knew how to use magic, but for the loss of someone it recognised as its own.
Until it began to live again, the sounds of the forest returned only amplified as their songs reached far and wide. And you, who was once gone, was wrapped in a blinding golden light.
The light shaped you, transforming you, until you were whole again. He embraced your body, shedding even more tears from his face as he thanked whatever force for bringing you back to him. A flurried rush of hooves rang out of the forest and to the lake's edge, where both you and Shoto were.
Lady, upon seeing you, immediately neighed in joy, rushing over to you. Her frame collided with yours as she frolicked in the shallow water, constantly going on about how much she missed you and that she was glad you were finally back. ย The spell had been broken, and this time, you were going to live life to the fullest, being the greatest version of you for all you came across, starting with Shoto Todorki.

"You're beautiful," He said, warm breath trailing down from your mouth to your neck and scared chest, where he nipped and sucked your skin.
The scars you'd gained over the battle had completely healed, only leaving three major lines across your chest as proof of the incident ever happening. His mouth fell into a soft rhythm over yours as his hands mapped out your body. Pausing in places, before continuing again, like he wanted to commit your figure to memory.
"And what else?" You asked, your hips moving up and meeting his.
"If you'll allow me, I'll show you." You nodded, and his voice painted itself on your skin as he whispered sweet words into it, kissing your sweet spots as you melted into his tender hold.
Whining, when he found a particular spot on your neck that made your stomach do somersaults and caused heat to flush to your face even more. He kissed around the mark he left, pressing at it to hear your whines and moans of retaliation. His lips trailed down your skin again, focusing on your chest as his lips wrapped themselves around a nipple, his hand caressing your other tit before he changed his mannerisms to pinching your nipple, relishing in your cries.
Your hands found their way onto his back, nails clawing at whatever skin you could find as your own back arched into his touch. His lips travelled south as his fingers grabbed onto the top of your panties, immediately tearing the material away from your cunt that had already begun leaking with arousal from his earlier ministrations.
"Shoto," you said, flustered as ever.
He silenced you with a kitten lick against your clit that instantaneously had your back arching more, trying to run away from the man who had your body under his control. Both of his hands grasped your hips to hold you in place as he tilted you ever so slightly, positioning you more in his mouth. He gave a few experimental licks, gauging your reactions before he eventually found a tempo that had you responding the most.
You chanted his name as his tongue continuously swirled around your clit, sucking then going back to licking, drinking in your juices that constantly flowed. He removed one of his hands from your hip, exchanging it for a firmer grip on your side as the hand he had let loose made its way to your cunt, and he pushed two fingers inside. You cried out at the sudden intrusion, and he stopped, his eyebrows furrowing as he lifted his head to ask if you were okay.
Before he could get a word out, you pressed your thighs to his head, bringing him back down to where he was earlier, "Yes, I'm fine, Shoto, please continue." He chuckled at your response, lowering his head slightly to continue his actions.
Only when he was absolutely certain you had adjusted to the length of his fingers inside you did he move them. He changed his initial intrusion, deciding to scissor them inside of you instead of thrusting inside and out, all whilst sucking on your clit.
"Please, Sho, I'm close." Whining his name as you felt your orgasm approach steadily, the feeling in your stomach coiling and rising.
His pace only fastened. Licking and sucking while still scissoring his fingers inside of you, adding a third one this time. You came with a loud cry, his name falling off your tongue as your thighs fastened around his head. The lower half of his face was sticky with your arousal, surprisingly less than the bed you were lying on. He licked you clean, lapping his tongue over the cum that leaked from you and sucking anywhere else he deemed needed his cleaning expertise.
"Sho, please." You said to him, one of your hands trying to push back his head as he groaned.
You looked down and saw him attacking your clit once more, the overstimulation having you writhe on the bed as you tried to regain your stance, but failing miserably as he dragged you down more into his mouth, sucking the soul out of you.
"Ah! Shoโplease!" Crying once more as you came over his face.
He pulled his head up muttering, "I'm sorry, baby, you taste so goodโcan't stop."
You used both hands to lift him from your cunt. Holding both sides of his face firmly as you looked into his eyes, "Please, let me make you feel good, Sho."
He stood up from his kneeling position, "Sweetheart, you don't--"
"I want to."
He looked at your eyes, trying to find any form of doubt or hesitation in them, and you showed none. After a few seconds, he begrudgingly agreed, not before assuring you that he really didn't need you to go down on him, but the moment your lips met his tip, his words fell short as he whined. His hands instantly flew to your head as he gripped onto your roots, causing you to moan and only take him deeper. You placed your palm at his base, stroking him as you tried to take the majority of his length in your mouth. Slobbering sounds filled his room as he gripped your hair, making you take him down to almost his base.
"I'm c-close," Stammering as he thrusted his hips into your mouth.
You continued to take him, bopping your head up and down faster while sucking him simultaneously. He came with a loud cry as you sucked him dry, swallowing the oncoming cum as he continued to spill in your mouth. You pulled your lips off of him, a small strand of spit mixed with cum joined the two of you together. Wiping your mouth and looking at him, you could already see the words of him asking if you were okay forming in his mind and as his mouth opened, you cut him off.
"Of course I'm alright, Sho," you replied, arms encasing his head to bring his lips down to yours in a filthy kiss. Saliva eagerly exchanged as you wrapped your legs around his torso, bringing his body down on yours. As you ran your hands up and down his back, the kiss only deepened, with Shoto raising you to place you above his dick. He sank you down on his throbbing cock slowly, constantly asking if it was too much, to which you'd shake your head every time.
"Are you sure? You look pained." He told you, and you sighed. Deciding to prove a point, you sank down on his dick fully. Both of you cried out from the pleasure. He waited until you gave him the green light to start moving, slowly thrusting into you as your moans began to fill the room. Feeling embarrassed over the sounds you were making, you put your palm over your mouth to muffle them to the best of your ability. Shoto immediately slowed down his movements, his eyes finding yours.
"Every time you cover your sounds, I'm stopping, okay?"
You nodded, too fucked out from the pleasure to form a coherent response. Only chanting his name, the more you bounced on his cock while he thrusted up into you. Your nails raked along his back, gripping his back muscles for support as you whined about how it was too much for the umpteenth time that night. Your hair grew damp with sweat, clinging to your forehead as Shoto brushed it away to the side so you could see him.
"You're a good girl, you can handle it."
Your world flipped as your prince shoved you down on the mattress, pinning your legs up to your head and thrusting even harder than before. Moaning into his mouth as your lips found his once more, not so much for a kiss but as a way to ground you for the intense pleasure flooding your body.
"Sho, m'close pleaseโ" you breathlessly told him as he pushed into even harder than the last time.
His hand drew south once more, tending to your clitoris whilst his other hand ran across your scarred chest, pinching your nipple when he wasn't palming your tit. "Shoโ" with a loud scream, you came one more.
"I'm gonna cum, baby," He told you, picking up his pace as he felt his own orgasm approaching.
"I-Inside." Stammering, still trying to regain your breath.
"You sure, baby? Iโ" To emphasise your point, your hands left his back as you reached down, pushing his hips into yours.
"Inside." He came instantly, thick ropes of cum filling you as you felt fuller than ever.
He cleaned you, even changed the sheets to a familiar shade of [f/c] you loved so terribly. The two of you lie next to each other, his arms wrapped over you, bringing you closer to his chest as you lay your legs over his like jigsaw pieces.
"Sho?" Looking up at him to see his eyes, which were already looking at you, "I love you."
The corners of his mouth crinkled into a smile as he leaned down his head to press a gentle kiss to your lips, "I love you too."
Holding out your pinkie to him, "For eternity?"
He held out his own pinkie, locking it with yours, "For eternity."
