The Sky Tower: Middle Earth's tallest man-made structure #Auckland (at Skycity Tower Auckland)

This is the trail that leads up to Fox Glacier on the South Island of New Zealand. I absolutely loved being here and witnessing what remains of what was once a mighty glacier. While it is still magnificent, it is melting away exponentially and who knows what will remain in 5, 10, or 20 years from now. Seeing the glacier was truly humbling, & it gave me a whole new perspective about life in general. This is the lighthouse that sits on the edge of the Ocean on Cape Reinga. To put this into context as to where this is located on a map, this the most northern part of Northland on the North Island of New Zealand - if that makes sense!
