Do you have any tips or advice for somebody who is going into their freshman year of university in September and is going to be staying in the halls? And on an unrelated note how well do you think you could get away with murder based on what you've learnt from TV and movies? And are fried green tomatoes nice or disgusting?

It really depends on the school you're going to. Most of us go to small liberal arts schools. If thats the case just go meet tons of people, knock on doors, wear your heart on your sleeve just be you and have a blast. If you are going to a bigger school things are a bit trickier. Living spaces are a lot less insular and intimate so you have to work a little harder. From visiting friends at big schools, life there tends to revolve around groups, teams, frats etc. So find something that you're passionate about and go join others with the same interests. Hope this helps and that you have an awesome freshman year. It can be intimidating at times but it is also an amazingly fun experience.
