going here to say that after talking with people im genuinely so tired of tumblr rpc. it's the fact that everyone is so fixated on how ✨aesthetic✨ your blog looks as if photoshop/graphic design skills determine your skills as a writer. it's people just having little to no reaction to your starters/replies you made for them despite the effort you put into it. it's the fixation on drama from accounts that complain about not wanting drama. there's just a general lack of any interaction because of elitism and the previously mentioned things taking precedence over actual writing.

what if you were a cowboy... wandering the desert with some strangers... and you saw a dark figure come out of the lake... and it whispered to you so faintly you could only barely understand... and for weeks it followed you both awake and asleep... until one evening you'd been shot in the chest and your horse ran off with the rest of the gang when you told them you could handle it... but you couldn't... and the figure came to you and it woke you from delirium and it told you it missed you and then you woke up in a bed and you remembered everything but not where the dirt under your nails came from...
