If Jesus was a Jew, and if Judaism is an ethnoreligion, and Jewish ancestry is traced through the matrilineality, due to mitochondria, and if we all originate from an African woman, and if Israel has made it illegal for Israelis to test their DNA, and if Melanated people are the scapegoats of planet Earth, is anyone else perceiving the inversion of divinity?

All indigenous peoples have mirrored the egalitarian and communal systems and mechanisms for cohesion that saturate the ecological frameworks of Mother Nature.

I've been stress-testing the planet's renovated temporal plantation with my multidimensional depth perception. I have observed semantic obfuscation, symbolic insurance, and psychological enclosure as mechanisms that induce epistemic submission.

Our war is perceptual. Psychiatry is a colonial enterprise that presumes reality is a patent that can be arbitrated by its weapons of diagnostic and chemical occupation. This violation of the 4th amendement is blasphemous.

Tragically, the barbarism of the Spanish Inquisition, caucasian cannibalism, rape as a sport, and ubiquitous sadism have merely become more organized and hypernormalized through its corporate assimilation.

Investigatory Frame of Mind

If Gail Wolsk's team was in discussion with Program Director Sharoya Assent-Herman and Regional Director Zakeeyah Wortham, both of whom were named in my June 2nd 2025, grievance complaint, on June 17th 2025, while I was involuntarily held against my will as I sought advocacy and medical assistance from NYP Weill Cornell's Emergency Room with elevated creatinine and white blood cell levels, what's the likelihood that Gail, a Senior Director of Housing at DOHMH, had no awareness of my psychiatric detention?

If I were to receive an email from Nikki Grant, a vice president of Services for the Underserved, on June 19th, when I was due to be released from a 14-day involuntary hold on June 20th, to attend a Monday meeting, to discuss "a complaint made to DOHMH," what's the probability that S:US was unaware of my psychiatric detention and probable state of traumatic stress?

If S:US conducted a Wellness Check on August 11th, the next business day after I did not attend the 8/8/25 PCP appointment scheduled without my consent by NYP Farrell Clinic Social Worker Julia Ann Blum, how plausible would it be for the Support Staff of S:US employed at Dorothy McGowan Residence to be uninformed of my 14-day involuntary psychiatric detention?

Would that make the subsequent unfolding of non-responsiveness, from the 7/28/25 HPD-issued Subsidy Pre-Termination and the 10/23/25 backdated, baseless Abatement letter, seem convincingly aligned with the sentiment of Peer Specialist Nakida Marryshow's email, which stated DOHMH had informed S:US that I was considering relocation?

If I were never provided clarification on how this fabrication of a narrative was constructed, and my Grievance Complaint has circulated through oversight agencies for over a year, would my experience of psychological torture facilitated by a bureaucratic maze in which my emails CC'd and BCC'd dozens of people justify a theory of coordination?

On June 12th, 2026, coordinated interagency retaliation feels criminal. And if I am a disabled person who sought boundaries to protect my mental health, would the conduct of interagency administrative assault be especially egregious?

Am I postulating about the impact of a collapsing government within a failed state? Is Democracy an apparition? Is my belief in justice a delusion? Is drapetomania my resting place?

06/06/25: Despite having acute elevation in both Creatine levels and White Blood Cells, my request for advocacy funneled me into an interaction with Psych, then Isabelle Hashim and Maria DePena-Nowak declared a psych-hold required. Although I had a laminated 88-page double-sided documentation of chronological archive of institutional abuse, I didn't stand a chance of being helped.

06/28/25: Why would NYP send their Mobile Crisis Team to my residence three consecutive days and leave an 8/8/25 PCP appointment on my door? I did not miss any appointment, as I verbally declined outpatient treatment with Athena Clinic, when they called to reschedule. I only agreed to the appointment because SW Angelina Hofstede said I had to sign appt documents to be released from the psychward; but if I chose not to go....

07/14/25: Why would New York-Presbyterian ignore my request for discharge paperwork from their Medicaid Farrell Clinic for over six months? I had to disenroll from Medicaid for existential concerns.

07/28/25: Why would HPD request nonessential documents and, even after receiving them, issue a subsidy Pre-termination letter?

08/11/225: Why would SUS complete a wellness check, by instructing the front desk to buzz my intercom, and refuse to state... What agency issued the wellness check? Particularly because no one had consent, not even SUS, to be in any form of correspondence regarding my personhood.

08/21/25: Why would Nefta Sterling, Manager of Compliance at Concord Management of New York withhold and refuse my lease renewal. Then inform me that I didn't have a lease for the prior two years, when in fact I did? What exactly is going on with their documentation? Audit Flag.

08/22/25: Why would HPD have mold complaints listed among the concerns addressed by its agency, but when HPD inspected my apartment, I was told they do not test for mold?

10/04/25: Why would Concord Management of New York, whose building manager, Rocio Frias, has stonewalled me since I declined illegal floor repair in August of 2024, contact HPD and request that they complete an unannounced inspection under unstated reasons on October 4th, 2025?

10/22/25: Why would I receive a backdated, baseless HPD-issued abatement letter that was inoperable?

11/17/25: Why would SUS peer specialist Nakida Marryshow email me, stating that DOHMH informed SUS that I was considering relocation, and share a link to Housing Connect, whilst CC'ing the three employees whom my grievance complaint named as harmdoers?  

12/20/25: Why would NYPD knock on my door at 10:46pm on a Saturday? Initially, a noise complaint was the cause for their suspicious appearance, which was improbable because my volume was moderate and it wasn't yet quiet hours. However, when I corrected them, the narrative changed to an Emotionally Disturbed Person concern. Additionally, I disenrolled from Medicaid about two days prior. The timing was curious.

12/23/25: After I queried the DOHMH information shared with SUS regarding their fabricated narrative of my relocation consideration, I named Gail Wolsk in several ignored or deflected emails that were cc'd to all five agencies. I then received a letter from Gail Wolsk in the mail telling me to, essentially, call 311 and run in a death spiral? Whilst omitting that DOHMH engaged in interagency discussions regarding my complaint, as early as June 17th of 2025, Gail neither contacted me nor acknowledged receipt of my grievance complaint before she mailed the letter.

1/28/26: Why would Bianca Lopez, a Tenant Coordinator for Community League of the Heights, inform me that I must remove my door bolt for the backdated, baseless HPD-issued abatement letter to be possibly reviewed?

04/09/26: Why would I request the 2026 Recertification Package from Concord Management of NY after they didn't attach it in the email confirming my income documents had been received, and instead, I acquired an HPD recertification for a tenant living in Unit 3C? The package was not only past due; it was blank, but it had the tenant's name, Social Security number, and his signature. The packet was in English. This individual is a Spanish speaker. Why would Concord have such documentation for HPD, and why would I gain possession of this HIPAA violation? I have yet to receive my 2026 Recertification package from Concord Management of New York.

06/11/26: My grievance complaint remains unaddressed. I fear the system is behaving reflexively within baseline dysfunction.

This is warfare. I was under siege. I await evac.

Cross-Examination

Gail Wolsk, I understand that you are currently employed as a Senior Director of Housing in the Office of Housing Services, which is a state-funded program within the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Per your letter, which is dated December 23rd, 2025, you stated that my original grievance complaint was received by email from the State Office of Mental Health. That email was sent on June 2nd, 2025. However, your letter was mailed to me after several emails were sent to Services for the Underserved, Concord Management of New York, Housing Preservation and Development, and Community League of the Heights, in which I requested clarification regarding an email sent by Peer Specialist Nakida Marryshow. In her unprompted email sent on November 17th, 2025, she stated that DOHMH had informed SUS that I was considering relocation.

I subsequently sent four emails dated 11/18, 11/19, 12/2, and 12/3, requesting clarity on the production of this fiction and an update on my grievance complaint. In the last email, I diagnosed you, Gail Wolsk, as the culprit of this fictitious claim. Precisely because Geran Montpleaise, the Manager of Incidents at S:US, informed me that, per my request on August 20th 2025, the third-party oversight contact that would be involved in reviewing my grievance complaint would be you.

Subsequently, I have received FOIL documents that verify interagency discussions regarding my grievance complaint occurred. However, between June 2nd, 2025 and December 23rd, 2025, I was never contacted by DOHMH or informed that my grievance complaint had been received, despite being the topic of interagency discussions.

Most destabilizing is in your letter dated 12/23/2025, you stated:

"We recommend that you work with SUS regarding the resolution of the HPD abatement as well as your grievance and to address any other further concerns with your housing provider. If your concerns are not being addressed by SUS, please contact 311 and inform them it is a supportive housing concern, and those concerns will be forwarded to DOHMH."

Ironically, your letter was precipitated by emails no agency responded to, in which all parties were able to see the email thread recipients, which included the executive board of S:US.

Despite my ADA request to only communicate through written emails or letters, being approved by Senior Vice President Thea Jandzio on August 26th, 2025, my emails have been privy to chronic non-responsiveness.

Which leads me to a single inquiry:

Gail Wolsk, how would you define psychological abuse, administrative obstruction, or, perhaps, deliberate negligence?

The pathological incomprehension of procedural clarity or ethical decorum seems grave.
