Guys I’m really sorry I haven’t been posting any meals for a while!! I’ve got all of my university assessment going on at once so my meals have been lacking in aesthetics but when this coming week is over I will be back at it 😎 I treated myself to some blueberries today, expensive, but don’t they just look incredible?? 😍 ✨instagram✨: @veganzoejessica
3 hours of hiking calls for some wholesome rainbow buddha bowls :) Wild rice, steamed kale, baked camera, roasted spiced chickpeas, almonds, pumpkin seeds, corn, red onion and lemon tahini dressing and of course some avocado ;)

Today’s grassy eats as per the usual Chilli garlic tofu sandwiches with pumpkin hummus (which I made hehe), avocado and an array of colourful plants :)
The wonders of blue spirulina, (it has no taste so it’s basically just natural food dye haha) I’m back at it! I don’t know if many of you noticed but I took a break from social media because I needed extra time to balance uni with my jobs but I am finished with uni right now so I am super excited to get back on the Instagram & tumblr grind :))) Thanks for sticking with me!
My attempt at aesthetically arranging fridge contents into a sushi bowl yay Fact of the day people, did you know that edamame contains all 9 essential amino acids plus it’s hella sustainable & very cheap in the frozen veggies section of the supermarket and tasty too especially w salt :)
Merry Christmas everyone!! Just the usual berry banana smoothie bowl but topped with orange zest and black sesame seeds because I was feeling wild 😎

Traffic light hummus
Ingredients
1 jar of drained chickpeas (400gr)
2 cloves of garlic
2 heaped tbsp of tahini
3 tbsp of olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Handful of sundried tomatoes or spinach or 3 medium sized carrots
Blend all the ingredients. Duh.
