ANYONE HAVE TIPS FOR PURGING?

Im having a really hard time purging like it takes a really long time like 2 hours and I usually purge when I take my showers so the shower is on like the whole time and my family gets mad and concerned. Ps: I use my fingers to purge and I purge until I’m “empty” (My stomach is completely flat or how it was before).
