Insecure was one way to describe your feeling you had when you saw what your boyfriend’s ex looks like. She was gorgeous and knew how to dance.
“Jun,” You whisper as the two of you lay in bed.
“Hm?” he asks not taking his eyes off the TV.
“Why are you dating me?” you ask, making him look over, “your ex is perfect and I’m not.”
“Y/N, my ex is an ex for a reason, you’re everything she’s not down to earth, thoughtful, sweet. She wasn’t. That’s why I’m dating you.
You blush and cuddle into him, making him laugh.
"Y/N, look!” your boyfriend yelled excitedly before handing you a magazine.
Confused, you look at it before realizing his ex was on the cover, “Woah she looks-”
“Amazing, right?” he smiles, making you look up at him.
“Hey Hosh, do you ever think that could be me one day?” you ask making him look at you.
“Y/N…you’re amazing, but you don’t have what she does to get on the cover,” he says before getting up and walking away.
Your boyfriend sighed watching you as you worked on the routine. Stumbling, you stop and look at him in the mirror. He only shook his head, making you frown.
“I’m just going to do it with e/n like I used to,” he sighs.
“Minghao, I can improve and do it better, better than her even,” you say quickly.
You boyfriend shook his head, “you’ll never be better than her.”
“Woah,” Chan says as you, he and Minghao watch his ex do a dance cover.
“e/n is amazing,” minghao says before he looked back at you, “can you dance?”
Before you said anything, Dino spoke for you. “She can’t dance,” he says, making you blush, “Y/N is like an awkward penguin compared to e/n.”
“Ah, I see,” Minghao says lowly, making you send him a small smile before frowning.
