Whenever I, as a child, came down with some sickness and needed to recover, I remember taking different flavorful medicine and antibotics in the form of fluid. And I most distinctly remember what was known to me as simply "the Pink Medicine". Whether this was Amoxicillin/Penicillin or Bismuth Subsalicylate, I don't know, but the stuff tasted delicious and felt more like a sweet treat than medicine. Apparently there's lots of people out there who remember being treated with the same thing in their childhoods, but after a while you sort of outgrow these fluids, and your body's needs must be met in other ways with different medication and treatment. Which sucks. Guess the closest to Pink Medicine I can get now is Strawberry Milk.
