I found a place and I can move just as soon as I can fund all the lease and moving expenses. Which is great because I only had until midnight in August 31st in my current house and am on borrowed time.

New place will allow me to house my elderly parent with dementia and have a storefront gallery that has enormous walking traffic. A weekly farmer's market sets up 10ft from the front door. I finally convinced my mo it will be good. I need to get it done before she forgets. She's been resistant to moving despite the necessity. It's only a block away, so the move will not destroy her.

I am currently short on moving expenses. I'll need another $3500 to hire a mover we don't drive or have vehicle access, have cleaners and cover the deposit. The rent is more than currently but utilities are included, so overall expenses go down. Plus I'll have my own gallery!!!
