Don’t give up! Keep going
I know it feels terrible at times, but think about what you’re trying to achieve.
If you give up now, you won’t have your dream body by summertime. If you give up now you’ll never be satisfied with yourself and your self esteem will deteriorate. If you decide to quit this plan you’ll most likely feel worthless. You’re doing this for yourself, aren’t you? Don’t give up on yourself. The hunger pains get easier to endure, so does the dizziness and fatigue. Working out becomes easier as well, the sweat becomes a reward for your hard work and dedication. Your effort will pay off; your desired body will be the end prize.

To power through your workouts:
This will lead to my goal. I will be at my UGW sooner if I exercise harder. I’m closer every second.

Revolutionary safe foods
Maraschino cherries are eight calories per cherry. They’re basically candy, but low cal.
Cucumbers and pickles are little to no calories, plus pickle juice has been shown to help all your aches and pains.
Broth cubes + hot water in a thermos = something to fill your stomach that isn’t food
Homemade popsicles can be made with literally any liquid. It doesn’t have to be something high cal like orange juice, you could put flavored water in that bitch.
Guys, tic tacs instead of gum. I hate the soggy texture of gum, but tic tacs are where it’s at. You can roll them around in your mouth for 5-10 minutes. They’re like two calories.
Salted hard boiled eggs. Need a quick protein boost? How about something texturally smooth? The whites of the hard boiled egg are amazing. Just be careful not to eat too many, they’ll mess with your stomach.

ZERO CAL CREAMY ICED COFFEE
THIS IS NOT A DRILL i just made iced coffee that’s “creamy” as FUCK. and it’s ZERO CALORIES. IT WAS STUPIDLY SIMPLE.
SO what you do is:
2cups ice
1/4-1/2 cup STRONG COFFEE (you can even do an espresso shot)
a splash of vanilla and caramel flavour (optional)
0cal sweetener to taste
BLEND THE FUCK OUTTA THAT BITCH UNTIL IT FROTHS. it’ll turn a cream beige colour then you know it’s done. the froth makes it taste like there’s legit HEAVY CREAM in it.

Ways to Prevent Bingeing
these work quite well for me but if you try them drop your experience in the notes!! i wanna see if they’ve helped anyone else ♡
- think about yourself eating that food, then getting intensely bad food poisoning because of how nauseating it makes you because its way too sweet/salty/chewy etc
- listen to some music that makes you want to dance!! then fucking dance baby!! having a great time will boost your mood and distract you (just dance also works very well)
- watch some youtube! personally food videos make things worse for me so i tend to go for gaming videos (the longer the better)
- take some notes! got homework you need to do? an exam to study for? go do it!! you’ll be at the top of your class and a skinny legend
- draw something! no homework to do? grab the paper and pencil anyways and draw whatever comes to mind! i cant draw for shit but this still reall helps
- this one is kinda weird but personally I have a very active imagination so I blast some music into headphones, get comfy, and plan out what I want my life to look like, or a made up fantasy world, or just the perfect friend hangout, whatever I’m feeling really. the one overarching theme is that im SKINNY. if im skinny in my daydreams, I can certainly be in real life too.

Has anyone tried the long breath weight loss method? It’s a Japanese exercise that basically involves engaging your core muscles by standing up and exhaling hard, and it really burns but is so easy to do! sleep ur way to skinny!!
if ur feeling hungry/hunger pains sleep on ur right side - this minimises cramps, aches + sharp pains
if u had a cheat day sleep on ur left side - this burns more calories + it can help u mentally knowing ur trying to burn calories even when u sleep!
