Great chilly swim this morning with the SWFL Open Water swim group. Low 60s. Warmed up with some coffee and had great convo with some great guys. Lol...local TV interviewed @edward.boaz, @steven_whitney, and JC. They said the water was too cold to swim, but these guys are "professionals." Much fun! (at Vanderbilt Beach, Florida)

First swim in 3 days. Felt so good. Not in ocean, but at a great lap pool at a nice Country Club near Tampa. Sun shining through clouds. Life is great. (at Heritage Springs Country Club Events)

Beautiful beach. Water temp was perfect. Too shallow to swim. Wary about having to walk out a mile for water to be deep enough to swim. Better luck down south. I am NOT complaining. It's fantastic down here. (at Robert K Rees Park)
