I want a crib so baaaaad… I’d imagine feeling so safe and secured with a low raised bed and bars on each side!

My bed sits smack dab in the middle of my room, and I have slanted wall and tall radiators so there’s really nowhere else to move it. I’m always close to the edge or practically falling off, and I always wake up to my lovies on the floor, among other things. >:[

So not only would a crib make me feel very comfy-cozy, it’d convenient to for me as well! And I could put a blanket over it and feel like I’m in a big ol’ cozy tent aughhhhh!

But OMG they’re so expensive! An adult sized crib ranges from 1,000$ to 2,000$ sometimes even 3,000$! I could never imagine myself with that much money in a million years!

And if you aren’t trying to buy one from Etsy the you’d have to hire a carpenter or something and I’d be so embarrassed to do that! Like how do you just casually ask a wood working professional

“Hey! Can you make me an adult sized crib with hearts carved out in the front and back of the baseboards? Please and thank you!”

And the carpenter stands there awkwardly inside of a nursery that looks like it was build for a giant baby-, probably questioning if they should ask questions or quit their job. And trust me they’re gonna ask questions- or be curious at the very least.

I think I’d be better off emotionally and financially learning to woodwork on my own and build one myself 😞

2026 new year’s resolution/last full moon of the year wishes

I made my bed today after not being in my room or being able to sleep in my own bed due to the state of my bedroom and the stress it would bring me just walking in and I'm so so happy now that I have a comfortable space to relax and sleep! It took effort but I'm glad I did it and I had my boyfriend to rant to as a distraction while I was doing it which is always helpful :3

Yes, the rest of my room may still need to be worked on but I'm proud I made this first step to a cleaner safer environment for myself<3 also you can kinda see my white shelves in the corner at the end of my bed hehe I'm working on those next to display my manga / books and other things :3

If you're like me and also struggle with depression or other things that make "simple" or "easy" tasks very difficult my advice is take your time, go at your own pace, don't be hard on yourself, don't be afraid to ask for help, and even if you only do a little bit you should still be extremely proud of yourself for starting!!

I feel so puppy!! If I could wear it all the time I would but I get anxious and also sensory issues after wearing for a while xc still love it though :D

I WANT TO CLARIFY! I am not trying to encourage minors to buy this specific type of mask! this mask is a pup mask and not considered appropriate for minors. If you'd like to wear and post content with a mask make or buy your own that's made specifically in a sfw context.

I bought this kind of mask specifically for my own personal reasons and decided to make just this singular post sharing sfw euphoria I will not share or speak about this further.
