Tucker couldn't believe that this is what he had to do to get people to stop speculating if there was anything more than friendship between him and Mary, but he valued his friendship with both Ryker and Mary more than he cared about what people thought, so he had to do this. Going onto Tik Tok, he went Live instantly, and he before he knew it, he had thousands of people in his live wanting him to say something or asking him if he was single and he couldn't help but chuckle a bit. This whole thing was truly ridiculous.
"Alright, hello everyone, if you don't know me, I'm Tucker Banks, I'm a divorce lawyer here in Manhattan, and I don't really go out that much. I'm a pretty introverted person." He explained. "For those asking, yes, I am single, but I do have to be honest, I have a crush on someone, and I feel like it is finally time to admit to who I have a crush on."
He cleared his throat and reached for the glass of whiskey he had poured himself before and took a long, slow sip and cleared his throat as the brown liquid burned his throat.
"I'm not asking this person to feel the same way about me, and that is totally okay if this person does not feel the same way. Feelings are complicated beyond fuck. Hell, if they weren't, I would be out of a job."
He took another sip of his drink and exhaled as he thought about how to really word this, at least so Gossip Girl could be happy.
"Alright, I'm just going to rip the band-aid off and say it, the person I have a crush on is Esmerelda Ortiz. We have been friends for a long time, and I have a crush on her. Again, she does not have to feel the same way about me, I'm just happy to have her in my life."
He watched as comments and questions about his friendship and his feelings for Esmerelda began to fill his phone screen and he shook his head. "I'm not answering anything, or saying anything else. This live is done. You all have a good day, night, whatever it is for you in the timezone that you're in." He quickly ended the live and finished off his drink.
