To Blave Update

To Blave will be returning to AO3. I don't have a definitive date for its return with the final chapters but it will be coming back. I have NOT forgotten or abandoned it, don't worry. Unfortunately, I both wrote myself into a corner and fell out of love for writing. I've been working on mini projects for other fandoms to get back into writing and now I feel like I'm ready to carry on with To Blave. There may still be a wait for chapters but I swear I will finish this fic, even if the AO3 curse has to take me to do so.

I've always thought oranges, or tangerines whichever you prefer, to be the most romantic fruit. It seems silly in retrospect but it's true. Of all the fruits I would think to share with another it would be an orange. There's something about the way the tangy scent fills a room as you break the skin and the way it is already perfectly divided into bite size chunks. Without asking you feel that compelling urge to break an orange into halves and give it to another. You can both be content in the even fairness and the knowledge that you both know of the half orange's pull. It seems unspoken so I presume having one shared with you is both the highest honour and compliment. Think about it next time you eat one, give even just one slice away.

Maybe without prompting or subversion we subconsciously do this with other things who knows, who can determine the extent of human unbridled unspoken love.
