You know what? Happy Disability Month to those who were disabled by accident. Cars, skis, ice, sand, rocks, horses, just plain bad luck. Broken bones and backs that never heal. Shoulders that can't lift or move right. Wrists that don't turn. Hands that can't grasp. Brains that don't work right anymore. Legs that don't move anymore and eyes that won't recover.

The shame, the blame, the frustration, the wishful thinking that tears you apart. The beauty of small victories and simple kindness. The community you build. Reshaping a life with no warning. Mourning for the person you once were. Joyfully embracing the person you now are. Happy Disability Month to you too (even if you aren't ready to use that word yet)

Colin is unsure why Penelope is acting indifferent towards him. When Eloise give him insight, he decides to pull out all the stops to show his friend how much he values her with a present each day of Advent. Along the way he begins to realize his feelings might not be strictly friendly. Rated E.

After a botched kiss under the mistletoe, Colin needs some help to realize the depth of his feelings for Penelope. Rated T.

okay, so because I'm so tired of seeing fandom wars in an actress's tag on here, I'm going to say it - most Polin fans do not agree with the shit being said about Simone.

if you read Nicola's comment on her charity video about Simone and interpreted it as something other than a simple explanation about why she wasn't featured in the video then that's your problem - not Nicola's, not Simone's. these two have been nothing but supportive of each other and all they have received from their "fans" has been hate.

anytime Nicola says something nice about Simone, her "fans" misconstrue it and write their own narrative and vise versa when Simone says something nice about Nicola.

I'm tired of this bullshit and I'm tired of people thinking they can control other people's opinions.

if you're a Nicola "fan" and you're trying to help by attacking Simone/Kanthony stans then you're literally doing the opposite of what Nicola asked you to do. like she said, she is a grown woman and can defend herself, she does not need anyone else doing it for her.

unless you are being personally attacked then you have no right to speak on Nicola's or Simone's behalf.

also, this whole "expose this tweeter/reddit user" is ridiculous. if you don't agree with what you're seeing or reading then move on. scroll past it. be an adult.
