Kyman au where Cartman slims down is so unrealistic to me because Kyle would loose interest in him so fast. He is the ultimate fatphobic chubbychaser. He would kill himself.
I like to think that with the arrival of Karen, Kenny became more careful about his own life. While he used to be a guy who lived in the moment, with the arrival of his younger sister, he became more responsible. Now, he has the responsibility not only for his own life, but also for a new family member whom he treasures dearly (and I also like to think that he came to Kyle for advice on dealing with younger siblings).
Kyle shook his head, chuckling, as he continued to listen to their art teacher, Mrs. Daly, explain what the class will consist of.
"Now, don't think my class won't take hard work." She continued, walking around the room. "I expect the best out of all of you. Try hard, don't just make what you think I'll like. Each project will be open ended, so you can interpret it as you will using the materials and concepts of that particular lesson."
Kyle slumped a bit. He didn't do open ended stuff well. He liked structure, answers for each question. Creativity just wasn't his strong suit. Maybe if he pressed, he could get a direct mission from her each project. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
"Alright, we have a good twenty minutes left in the class today. Let's see what you can make of this short prompt." She said, flipping to the next slide in her presentation. "Draw the first day of school. Not the actual events, but the feeling. Make something in your sketchbook that represents how today has gone so far. You may use pencil, colors, whatever you may today. This is to help me understand the baselines of the class."
The feeling? How the fuck do you draw a feeling?
As he turned to say just this to his friends, he gasped to see they were all working already. Stan and Kenny were casually drawing, both with their earphones already in. Eric, though, was focused. His tongue stuck out as he drew, enthralled with his idea. Kyle tried to get a glimpse at what he was drawing, but he had no luck.
"Having trouble getting started Mister..." The teacher came up behind him, checking her seating chart. "Brovlovski?"
"Uh, yeah." Kyle said, scratching the back of his neck. "I just don't get it. How can I draw a feeling? Where do I start?"
Eric snickered beside him, and Kyle shot him a nasty look that he ignored.
"I cannot tell you where to start, Kyle." Mrs. Daly said, shaking her head. "Think deep. Find your inspiration. What was the highlight of today? The lowlight? Think hard."
She left him with that, and Kyle was stumped. He grabbed a few colored pencils, tapping one against his forehead as he tried to come up with something, anything. When the bell rang, he was left with this.
Eric caught a glimpse of it before he had a chance to slam the book shut.
"Oh my god, that is the worst fucking drawing I have ever seen in my entire fucking life!" He cackled, doubling over. "Let me see it again, Kahl."
"Fuck off. No." Kyle responded, shoving the textbook deep in his backpack. "Nobody sees it."
He hurried out to his car, wanting to avoid any and all further embarrassment. He didn't have to wonder long about Eric's drawing.
Kyle stared breathless at the drawings. Cartman drew him, a lot. He didn't miss the word he wrote, either. "Floof!" Kyle blushed a moment, than shook it off. He knew he shouldn't have had his hair out today. Cartman was bound to make a stupid comment like that. He closed his phone and groaned, throwing it onto his bed as he leaned back in his desk chair.
The first half of the school day had gone pretty normal. Kyle had Cartman in his homeroom, as always, then had AP Lang, then Physics with Kenny, followed by World History with Stan and Butters. Now it was his lunch block, which he miraculously shared with all of his friends.Â
âAll Iâm saying is donât get used to this good shit.â Cartman said, mouth full of fries. âThey always get us all excited with these insane lunches in the first week then switch to the nasty shit for the rest of the year. Itâs how they convince you to buy lunch in the first place.âÂ
âYou might be onto something, dude.â Stan said, nodding his head. âRemember last year? They had a frozen yogurt machine running for the first month of the school year, then it âbrokeâ, and now where is it?â
âItâs a goddamn conspiracy!â Cartman exclaimed angrily.Â
Kyle shook his head naturally to Cartmanâs words. He was still pretty tired from the change in schedule, and didnât completely disagree with his words. Besides, he had more important things on his mind.
âI heard the art teacher is new this year.â He said, changing the subject. âSome lady, real eccentric and artsy.â
âGood, then all I gotta do is make some stupid hippie crap and Iâll get an A.â Cartman said with a sly grin.
âI wonder if sheâll be chill with me smoking in the class.â Kenny said excitedly. âYou know, chill artsy type, not too fussed on the rules.â
âI wouldnât press your luck there, Ken.â Kyle chuckled. âI guess weâll see last period.âÂ
