I initially thought that this was "News 101 Clippings". I was interested in how the clippings were used to teach people about the news. I was incorrect, it is indeed "News lol Clippings". I've been informed that these were probably used back before everything went digital to determine how much space things like ads need. No longer needed in our digital age, the clippings now reside with me in the archives.
