in the years that I've had IBS, I've never had a trigger food, with attacks happening largely at random. after a few experiments, I have since determined that grapes seem to be a trigger for me. and I fucking love grapes man

it's super duper fantastic that the company that takes care of my insulin pump stuff sent my order to Liverpool even though I explicitly gave them my Hull address where I have lived for nearly 3 weeks. so guess who has 2 thumbs and has to go back to pens?
