âHow do you overcome moments of doubt on the way to your goal? Time is limited. Thereâs no faith in myself. I move forward not because of motivation, but simply because thereâs no other choice.

âHow do you overcome moments of doubt on the way to your goal? Time is limited. Thereâs no faith in myself. I move forward not because of motivation, but simply because thereâs no other choice.
Hi everyone. I struggle with procrastination and anxiety, and Iâm trying to deal with it. đ
My task for tomorrow is to create a TikTok account properly. If you see this post, please follow me and support me so I donât give up.
I have a task divided into 6 steps. Today Iâm starting step 1; Iâll continue the rest tomorrow. Please support me â it means a lot.
Here Iâll write about my successes and setbacks.
Not all thoughts boiling in your mind truly belong to you. Let go of the negative ones, or theyâll become part of your life.
Thatâs not allowed in Japan!
Youâre walking down a busy street in Tokyo, unwrapping your sandwich, taking a big bite â and suddenly, you notice puzzled looks from people passing by. Whatâs wrong?
In Japan, eating on the go is generally frowned upon. But itâs not about strict rules â itâs about a culture of respect: for public spaces, for others, and for the food itself.
Here, meals arenât rushed; theyâre small rituals, treated with care. Even drinks from vending machines are usually consumed right there, beside the machine â not while walking.
Itâs also about cleanliness: no stray wrappers, no crumbs, no spills. Everything is neat, intentional, and respectful.
So when a tourist strolls down the street with a hot dog, it turns into a quiet cultural moment â because locals simply donât eat while walking.
How about where you live?
Is eating a ritual â or just a quick bite on the go?
Share your thoughts â itâs always fascinating to compare traditions.
Why do Koreans take off their shoes everywhere? Europe is shocked!
âTake your shoes off â itâs sacred.â
Slide 1: The threshold â a line between worlds
In a Korean home, everything begins at the threshold. Itâs not just an architectural feature â itâs the boundary between the outside chaos and the safe, private world inside. Step in? Then kindly take your shoes off.
Slide 2: Slippers â the new house rules
Shoes off? Slippers on. Each zone might have its own pair: for the bathroom, the kitchen, even the balcony. Itâs not about being obsessive â itâs about respecting the purpose of each space.
Slide 3: The heated floor (ondol) â where life happens
In Korean homes, the floor is almost like furniture. Thanks to the traditional heating system called ondol, people eat, sleep, and sit on it. Thatâs why it must stay clean â and street shoes are a hard no.
Slide 4: The foreigner in shock
âThey take off their shoes⌠even in restaurants?!â Yes. And in schools. And at the doctorâs office. The first thing Korea teaches you: respect the space. The second? Take off your shoes â fast and with grace.
Final slide: What about you?
What feels closer to you: never taking off your shoes like in the US?
Or taking them off everywhere, Korean style?
Or maybe you prefer the golden middle â shoes off, one pair of slippers for the whole house, like in Europe?
