hi coast ! please feel free to not respond at all to this. you blocked me a few years back on toyhouse - most likely because i was taking too much inspiration from your creations... i stumbled opon some of your art again about a week ago, and thought i would just apologise for making you uncomfortable all those years back. you were definitely my biggest inspiration at the time. the emphasis that you put into loving your individuality and expressing yourself with your art is something that i deeply admire and resonate with in my own art journey, and is only something that i learnt for myself after you blocked me. Heya anon! You’re good, no hard feelings. It’s not so much the inspiration that bothers me, in fact, I encourage it! I just want to be credited and interacted with if so. I personally find it weird for people to take heavy inspiration from my content and not even follow my accounts or like my posts… that’s my only complaint in regard to inspiration/parody art.

Transparency with followers is what I value, and there is absolutely no shame in adopting methods from your favorite artists! Just be sure to express that to those artists in some shape or form, I’m certain many artists share my feelings.

Do still have that animation u were working on of harumi to childish gambino?

Yes thats crazy that you ask that because I was just rewatching my old animations in my animation folder not too long ago. I would like to redo it but realistically, I struggle to complete anything if it must be done beyond a single sitting. One of these days I’ll do like a video mash of all my abandoned animation works?

Did you run the Harumi has horns propaganda way back then or did Harumi having horns was naturally there in the first place?

YES that was me! any iteration of harumi with horns is derived from my content one way or another. There was rarely any harumi fanart when I first joined the fandom in 2019 ish, I can say with upmost confidence that I was the pioneer of horned harumi.

Probably not, I don’t have those tutorials on hand anymore and they no longer reflect my methods… I can definitely make new ones at request? Feel free to suggest ideas, I’m always eager to share my methods

Likely not in a near future… I would have to do more research. I struggle to make content for all tastes, it’s a lot of effort and time and money (all which I lack HAHAHA)

Sorry if this is a weird ask but where did you get your lego custom stuff? I wanna get my own but have no idea where to even begin searching.

I follow accounts on instagram that make and sell their own custom figures! I’ve never actually gotten a personal custom commission, but I believe if you look through the custom minifigure hashtag on insta you’ll find some accs…

Most businesses sell them batches at a time and some don’t typically restock older waves, so you’ll have to try your luck. You can always build your own figs with pieces from second hand Lego seller websites, thats where I get most my minifigures and alt outfits to dress my figs in.

it’s my birthday today so I drew my son who is also turning 10 this year :). I drew a lot of my son. There are so many amazing echo designs so I pulled some of my oomfs from tumblr and Instagram alike! i hope they enjoy this and may echo shenanigans continue forevermore

(I have a giant backlog of echos I didn’t have time to/couldnt find good ref images for. If any of you want to willingly submit ur echos I may do another thing like this in July for his intro episodes tenth anniversary)

I would suggest instagram second, but honestly, instagram is giving me trouble with hidden requests. If I don’t response to you within 2-3 days, comment on one of my posts to let me know!
