(( Despite not regaining his lost limbs, Vader physically feels really good. He can easily take a deep breath, his lungs no longer feeling like they've been ripped apart by heated glass and ash. He has no need for a catheter, no more tubes, no more needles, just healthy pink flesh. ))

(( That being said, his mechanical limbs are in rough shape and attached very poorly. The flesh around the ports is always inflamed or bleeding, but Vader hardly pays it any mind. They don't have the money or time to waste on him, besides, this pain is nothing compared to what he endured in the suit. ))

(( Luke is not happy when he finally finds the hiding spot his father goes to when he needs to lick his wounds on the ship. His even more upset when he realizes his father has always been in a state of constant pain for over a decade. The surge of sadness he feels at this revelation prompts him to cry, which makes Vader very confused and concerned. ))

(( Luke's is very embarrassed by his crying, his damn little hormones betraying him, but he uses it as leverage to make Vader promise him that he'll let Luke help him form now on with repairs or to help tend his wounds. ))

(( Even with his new body, Vader does not sleep. Nightmares and visions are the only things that await him in his dreams, so he uses the same meditation technique that he perfected when he was bound to the suit. Luke is not a fan of this, and has been secretly trying to master his use of Force suggestion so he can finally allow his father some real rest. ))
