I kind of like to think that the different colors of Sollux's psionics have different properties if used separately, more just because that would look sweet as hell than anything else. This whole picture is basically an excuse to do a light show. Haha.

Also my follower count has been dipping under and over 222 over the length of my absence so it seemed appropriate enough.

Oh wow. I just found some art of mine that got reposted (without source no less!) for the first time. I feel like I've hit some kind of milestone in my artistic career. Hahaha.

Whoa, I actually finished something for the first time since summer classes started. *confetti* I'm trying to remember what I was thinking when I started this picture, but I was going on 32 hours with no sleep so I'm afraid the answer is lost to the ages.

But man, it's kind of sad to think that there was probably a time when Feferi was genuinely pale for Eridan. That must have been one hell of a realization.

This started as a silly doodle and became no less silly as I refined it, but not five lines into Horus's gesture sketch and it had already become eerily reminiscent of a dick, so I figured it was a sign to see this one out. Haha.

I swear I'm going to work on something cool this time. But first I'm going to actually sleep for a change.

Somehow the only way I can ever see Nepeta deigning to put her hair up nicely is if Equius agreed to do it too.

Also wow it's like you can tell how much pressure I'm under by how quickly I default to pointless doodles of these two.

Saturated color practice based off atomic’s LoLaR gijinka/personification design. Since I’ve been art blocked lately, I’ve been going through older picture ideas and this was one of the ones that surfaced.

Also it’s atomic’s birthday soon, so happy birthday! I wish I could say I planned this, but I only found out once it was already mostly finished. Haha.

So I never got word back from that anon about what size they wanted this in, so I just did my monitor’s size. Haha. It was kind of fun reworking it for a wallpaper format.

So originally I was going to ask who you guys thought this character was since it's rough, but if you can't tell by this point you might not even read the comic. Haha.

Anyways, this post is mostly just to let you guys know I'm not dead. I started working on this to get back into the animating groove which is fun and awesome but also sort of leaves me bereft of time to work on other art.

Normally this sort of thing would bug the hell out of me too, but in this case, when I lined them up it left this weird gap between the repeats that bugged me even more. So staggering them was the "lesser of two evils" option.
