My Fragpunk Archive :)
I've been working on a Fragpunk archive!! It's a collection of the Lancer Progression stories, etc. It currently has most "Story 1's" for each Lancer, and some of them have full progression!

ok considering we got corona & counterfeit down for bp skin recipients, i would like to hope for an aura & ixchel / aura & windwalker bp next... BUUTTT considering calamity is here, they might sneak her in. and welll overall my wish in the end is : chum getting a bp with either ixchel/windwalker when the time comes CAUSE BOTH WOULD BE WINS FOR ME!! its been a while and i think he's due for a bp again.
HOWEVER a calamity/chum bp does sound interesting. hmmmmmmm.... (THEN AGAIN, WHAT ABOUT A PATHOJEN/CALAMITY BP!!!! omg omg)

idk if i can even kin stranger 1 properly since hes, uh, a very bland baseplate. but hes so imbedded into my mind that i'm like him yk yk, im projecting hard enough it bounces back and becomes my canon,, and then i go "thats me!!! im tutorial!!!"
i feel silly for taking fragpunklore so srsly, but ive already taken the characters into my heart and they are never coming out. yes, even the smallest crumbs mean the world to me
I really feel like writing right now,, holy.
Aside from my archive, I really want to work on collecting and summarizing the lore for Toy Frontline. (I actually find it really interesting, even if its full of brainrot enemies.) (OK BUT SERIOUSLY, why put important lore in the mode that basically nobody plays. EVEN I DIDN'T FIND IT INTERESTING FOR THE FIRST FEW LEVELS)
A basic tl;dr for the lore from what I can remember:
A lancer can control Glunite based on their consciousness. Any mental corruption can weaken how the Lancer controls Glunite. In extreme weakness, a Lancer may not be strong enough to piece themselves back together, essentially killing them.
I NEEEEDDD THIS CONTINUEDDD like what, will we get a Lancer death in the lore someday, will we get to know what Pathojen is using this info for...
ok i've yet to show my tomodachi miis but like, my Jaguar and Ixchel miis are together and.. I dont know how to feel about that LMFAOAO
aside from the tomodachi life, thats brought me to their in-game relationship. right now i feel its very grey 😢..? i know that Ixchel despises Jaguar for his traps, but we haven't gotten context on how Jaguar feels about Ixchel. right now its very one-sided. its not like Jags rivalry with Corona.
i would assume by Windwalkers comic they've made up by a little? or that they're just pushing the feelings away for the job. they're not exactly friendly.
once again i hope that fragp makes more stories for LANCER INTERACTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS. yes, i cant really complain considering how little lore we got, but pleasseee frag i need thisss. i hope they balance the worldbuilding with the relationships.
want to yap about windchime give me a seconf,,,, ghhghh... (mostly hc with some canon implications) (im living off of crumbs but i think i am cooking here)
i believe Sirocco would have a tough time opening up after so long, for anyone generally, so combined with Chums extreme curiosity, Chum is initially quite invasive to Siro. i think there might've been a grey area between them for a short while, as Chum wants to be friends but is very overbearing and Siro doesn't want to upset him by pointing it out.
Chum feels disconnected from everyone else, and needs reassurance in times where its really bothering him. as he gradually gets to know about Siro, he feels more connected to him. as both him and Siro are accepted as lancers, but stick out among the rest considering their complicated pasts. i think chums pining would start here. chum knows he likes Siro, but doesn't know that its not just in a friendly way.
aside from his curiosity, i think Chum would have a hard time understanding emotions. so hes well unaware of his own. he picks up on feelings from others, and i don't think anyone would have taught him what feelings lay beyond friendship, not in-depth anyway. tying this with his comfort in Siro, he'd be very affectionate in a very non-platonic way, and he has absolutely no idea of this and what boundaries it crosses.
Siro would be overwhelmed by this obviously. needing info from others on how Chum sees things. although he's not quite eye-to-eye with chums thoughts, he finds it refreshing. he's met many people in his life yet Chum is one of the few who are interested in him, not just his past. i think Siro's pining would start here, although hes not realized it yet.
Chum would pick up on how Siro reacts to his affection, easing down his overwhelming actions to fit what was comfortable to Siro. he is not quite fully used to it yet, but Siro appreciates the care.
as Siro learns about Chum, he starts to envy his inability to remember his life prior to waking up in Acme. most of his envy lies in how positive Chum is without knowing his past. although its also the same thing that makes Chum feel disconnected. i think when Siro comes to terms that Chum's chipper personality isn't influenced by his past, is when he really connects with Chum. although he can't move on from his history, he tries to separate his feelings from it, deciding he doesn't want the past weighing on how he moves forward with experiencing life.
ok anything beyond this is ambiguous for me, i just wanted to yap about how they understand and view eachother,,,hhhh,,,
i do think that they're going out and experiencing new things together, like with the sled story. but like.. i can only live off so many crumbs here man. 😢😢.. it would be cool if we got another windw/chum story section 👀👀.. heh... 👀.. another windwalker and chum story.. 👀👀 i want to know what Siro does in his spare time... (and overall we need more interaction stories about how the lancers view eachother)

Okay so like, a friend and I have been rummaging through Fragpunk's files (via Fmodel) for a while, and just yesterday I found the file that had ORGANIZED VOICELINES for each Lancer 🥲
I did notice while listening to some of them, while they aren't conversational banter, they have quips about other Lancers. I have yet to look through all of them, but I really like these ones from Windwalker,,
