Being a woman, girly or not, is a state of mind, not just panties and petticoats.
Always worth sharing: be the person you’re most comfortable with being.
We all need to stick together.
The truth is out there, let it be your light

Ever have one of those days or weeks when all you want to do is go for a LONG ride and listen to your feminization hypnosis tapes?
Seeing family for the first time after transition is always scary. For me, these moments were filled with uncertainty and fear, but also determination and hope. Even now, almost two years into my transition, I still feel that roller-coaster-drop wave of nerves before I reintroduce myself to someone I haven’t seen in a long time. I hope we one day live in a world where trans people never have to worry about moments like this, and they can just look forward to celebrating their best and truest selves.
I also want to give my family a shout out for learning with me during my transition and being supportive, loving, and welcoming
This is so true!
As if You Could
I really do mean this as an encouragement. If you’re on a feminine journey and have some goals, don’t stop. Seriously, don’t put the brakes on. But, just as seriously, even if you had the opportunity to stop, I doubt you can. This path that we girly boys are on is a good path and one that won’t go away. Our culture’s expectations about men might convince you for a moment to give up. Certain religious traditions might try to guilt you out of it. You might decide to have a bonfire and roast all of your feminine clothing in a purging ceremony. But let me tell you something: That doesn’t work. All it’s doing is wasting your time and money because you’ll be back at it. Again, I’m not trying to depress you at all. I’m just laying out the facts. This isn’t going away because it’s embedded in you. That’s actually a great thing! This is who you are and your progress toward more girliness is part of who you are becoming. You may slow down, even to a crawl, but you won’t be able to rid it from your life. Just keep pushing along at any speed, enjoy the process, let go of the idea that you’ll give it up, and just be you–girly you, increasingly girly you.
Much love to you, my girlies. Keep pressing on.
