the past month everytime i thought i knew who i was i’d get foggy and forget and get super confused again it’s been really hard and idk how to fix it

are we getting better at picking up when we split? are we becoming more aware of what’s going on? has not fake calming us been that beneficial? we should really post publicly more it helps everyone feel seen same with drawing us but we also feel really scared that we’re gonna get attacked or something. by who? we don’t know. but we’re just worried i guess mainly about our irls i think but why do we care they don’t even like us.
