Voting & Declined Votes ————————————————— - Voting: - As stated previously, we have extended our voting until July 31st 2020. Due to the extension we have also extended the number of votes from 20 to 30. - Why have we done this? - As we moved the entry date we realised that during this period, entrants would be proving their services during the the peak of the wedding season. It was key to us that we all the entrants to gather them all important votes. - Once the entrants have sent requests to their past clients to vote, the client has 30 DAYS to vote or decline the vote. After 30 days has passed, our system will kick in and decline ALL the requested votes that the business has sent. The business will also receive an email for each declined vote. For example, if 8 of your couples have failed to vote within the 30 days, you will receive 8 declined votes - Why? - We have this system in place to it allows the entrants to request additional votes. It also gives the entrant a monthly update of who hasn't voted. Giving the entrant notification to catch them all important votes - Finally, inline with what is happening in the world right now, especially in the wedding industry, we appreciate that there aren't any weddings going ahead. So votes may be fewer than you'd have liked. Please don't panic, we are taking the situation into consideration.
