one year ago today an acquaintance of mine committed suicide and it was then i decided i needed to work in the mental health services, to help prevent such tragedies. 

I now have that job and i owe my drives to keep going to you

me and my boyfriend of 2 years have decided to part ways. My little heart is broken. I love him so much but this is for the best. 

Yesterday i cried in bed all day and today i got up and made a poached egg. 1+ point to me

I can’t tell whats funnier:

-The way they yell “Russia!”

-The fact that they’re having a party in a shed with tires and other miscellaneous garbage on the roof

-The vodka induced singing and dancing

-The fact that it’s Russian pop

-The one obviously drunk guy in the bottom left corner who looks like he’s challenging the cameraman to a fight

-The other drunk guy who comes and tries to tell his agressive friend that it’s not worth it

spent all day at my mental health job, came home and watched documentaries about mental health, now writing up ideas on how to raise self esteem in people with mental health problems

will sleep at some point and probably dream about mental health, before going back to my mental health job in the morning

im so blessed

This time last year i was poorly and insane and sometimes i wanted to die. I would have meltdowns whenever i was left alone, i stopped eating, stopped cleaning myself or my house and just couldnt function  anymore.

Tonight i am enjoying an evening of cooking and cleaning my room whilst my flatmate is out for the night. How about that. Well content.
