“I see.” Just as he’d guessed. It was asking too much of Makoto to expect him to be able to walk anywhere so soon. Haru had simply hoped that him being awake would make everything return to normal, but he knew deep down that that wasn’t the case.

“Are you hungry?” Makoto may not be able to leave the room, but Haru hoped that he could at least bring some comfort to him within it.

He smiled more when he heard the other’s questions, because he understood what was the other point, Haru was worried with him and Makoto was really grateful for it. “I’m a little.”

Even if he was not sure if he could eat something without the hospital know. “Can you go get something for me Haru-chan?”

"What if we left the room?" He suggested, "We shouldn’t go far but maybe it will help?" It would be nice to take him outside for fresh air but Haru doubted he would make it that far, not to mention the nurses would probably stop them if they tried.

He smiled, gently and calm as he look the raven boy, of course the orca did understood why the other was suggesting and was really grateful for have Haru there with him but, he doubt he could left the room even if it was for stay around. His wounds was hurting and was not good for him move too much. "Thanks, but I think I can't walk this much now Haru-chan."

"I don’t know." He hated to say it but he himself had no answer and filling Makoto with false hopes wouldn’t be right.

With any luck it would be soon, but he didn’t even want to raise his own hopes only to have them dashed.

"Do you think you can walk?" If he couldn’t take him home yet then perhaps leaving the room for a short time would alleviate Makoto’s stress.

He was a bit sad when he heard the answer, Makoto really don't want to stay there any more seconds but then he was not going to run away, he knew that he need rest for his wound heal, but... He was lost in thoughts when he hard the other ask blinking a few times. "I think I can..." He felt pain while he moved but he thought that if he walks slow and leading on the wall he could walk, even if he was not sure of why the other ask it. "Haru? What are you thinking?"

"A bad dream? About what?" Clearly something plagued his friend’s mind and though he struggled to help right now, perhaps shedding some light on what was happening within his head might help to alleviate the brunet’s suffering.

He knew that any lie was not going to work, after all, the other always knew when he was lying, with a sigh he moved his head to look to him. "For now I don't remember... but I want to go home... Ne, Haru, you know when I will be able to go home?" Makoto really didn't want to remember what he dreamed, it was painful and sad.

With his head resting in his palm on the arm of the chair he occupied Haruka dozed, not quite asleep yet not entirely alert.

Still, he did not miss the groan of his friend and though his eyes were heavy and his mind somewhat foggy from his nap he still managed to bring his attention to the figure on the bed.

"Makoto?" As he called the name he sat up, rubbing his eyes to force himself to focus more intently. "Are you okay?"

He was a bit scared when he heard the voice, Makoto forgot completely about his friend presence, he was so fixed on the nightmare on his mind that he didn't know how to talk.

"I'm sorry, for scared you..." Looking down to his lap and then to his hand, he was not sure of why he had this dream, he returned to laying on the bed as he look the ceiling, what he was doing? Moving like this have a big chance to open his wound again.

"I had a bad dream... And so I move too fast for my own good... Don't worry Haru-chan." He was feeling guilty about the fact he woke up him and because he was keeping him there.

"Hm... someone want to play? If yes I will do an one-liner starter."

"Well I got the conclusion that I can't play Makoto, even if he second season I can't bring me up to come here and play... I don't know why. And the only time I can play is with Lex - because I have a lot of time to think about my answer - so... yeah I'm probably not going to play with other people... Haru nodded his acknowledgement to Makoto’s words and waited for the other to roll over and settle down before settling back into the chair beside the bed; hopefully he’d be able to doze off again too. Though he was feeling restless he stuck to his promise of waiting in the room, after all, he had no idea when Makoto might wake and even if he were to leave for only a moment then it would be bad for his friend to wake during that time. 

With little else to do he allowed himself to snooze, remaining alert enough to notice when his friend woke again.

During his sleep, he could feel a little uncomfortable, nightmares mixed with his memories, haunting him, make him move during his sleep, he was scared, he was feeling sad... everything bad was happening on his sleep. When he wake up, he was scared siting on the bed and let a pain moan get out his lips.

He placed a hand over his face, trying to calm down his breathe, he hated being on a hospital, he always feel uncomfortable, little tears building up on the corner of his eyes. Pain and scared he need get out of this place soon.

"You don’t need to apologise." After all, none of this was Makoto’s fault. He certainly hadn’t put himself in hospital on purpose and while Haru couldn’t lie and say he wasn’t worried he also couldn’t be angry at him for it either.

"I’ll still be here." Makoto needn’t worry about Haruka leaving him, for he had no intention of going anywhere, even if all he was to do was sit beside his sleeping friend. He’d said once that he wouldn’t leave and he did not intend to go back on that word now.

Makoto really can understand the raven, he was probably worried about the orca and at the same time he was going to do what he said for him. A smile on his face. He was happy, because Haruka was really a good friend. "So... I think I will sleep a little. Thank you Haru-chan. I will see you when I wake up."

He closed his eyes as he pulled the blankets a little, it was hurting a little to move, but he was not going to say or complain, did not take too long for Makoto sleep again, after all his body was tired and sleep is going to help him recover from his injuries.

Haru sighed as he registered the change. Makoto was far calmer now than he had been before he slept and he seemed much more at ease in Haru’s presence. Could it be that his amnesia was really only a short term thing after all?

It was the best thing Haru could have wished for and with his mind on the mend that would leave only his body to recover. If he rested properly, he would be well again in no time.

"Your parents know, don’t worry. They’ll visit you again in the morning." That was, once visiting hours started again, which reminded Haru that he’d stayed far longer than he should have been allowed.

No doubt the nurses knew he was still here, but perhaps they felt too bad about separating the sleeping pair. Either way he was thankful for having been allowed to remain by Makoto’s side.

"You need to rest." He reminded him, as he perched once more on the edge of his bed.

"Oh! Really? Then I need say sorry for being like this for him... I bet they are very worried right now..." Leave concerned parents was what Makoto hated most, followed by leaving Haruka worried, perhaps for the simple fact that the orca was very concerned with all the people around him that he did not want to bother anyone.

The smiling while keeping himself lying in bed only with his face turned to the other, rest was not really something he wanted, he felt well and without sleep and why he wanted to stay awake.

"I'm sorry Haru-chan, for worry you... That was not my intention. But thank you for stay with me." After all the other's presence there made ​​him more calm and not panic, something that would happen easily within the hospital and alone. "If I sleep, you will be here when I wake up?"
