Sharing my love for Sacred Stones

I made this blog a few weeks ago, but I was honestly a bit nervous because I didn't know where to start

Sacred Stones was my gateway into Fire Emblem so it's definitely very important to me. I'm not sure what kind of posts I'm gonna make, but I love this game so much

In my opinion, Eirika's the best female lead in the franchise

Eirika appeals to me because I like characters that hate violence, but also understands that there are situations when you can't run. She''s not as naive as other games say

In Sacred Stones, she always tried to talk things out if she could, but she has never run from a fight or backed down from a threat

Her naivety ends as early as the prologue

"Enough. Hold your tongue." "I… We, the people of Renais, have long honored our allegiance with the Grado Empire. And you invaded without warning. You ravaged our land. You killed my father… Even then, I told myself I must not hate Grado or her people. If I gave in to my hate, the bond between our lands would be lost forever. I refused to hate. Instead, I lived for the day our nations would know peace again. But… If this is Grado's true face… If you could extinguish Renais without pity, without remorse… If this is the case, then there is no room in my heart for forgiveness."

Her scene later with Lyon was not naivety. It was desperation, and she made up for it by telling the Demon King to shut his mouth

I wanna give L'arachel, Joshua, and Lyon siblings for no reason other than I want the Sacred Twins to be wielded by the royal family of their respective nations

Joshua has a little brother who is a mage. He joins at the beginning of Queen of the White Dunes

L'arachel gets a younger cousin who is a genius prodigy so she can join as a bishop and be useful because she joins during Last Hope

Lyon gets an older brother and sister. Sister is dark mage cavalry and brother is an axe wyvern. They are irresponsible and they join during Ephraim's campaign to make up for shirking their responsibilities to Grado. Sister joins with Duessel. Brother joins during Landing at Taizel

I might be the only person in the world to have Ewan as their comfort character

When I was just a small child, all I wanted was to be a magic sorcerer. So Ewan, who was a sage in training, was someone I identified with

I did take the time to promote him despite the pain it took to level him up at that point. It wasn't easy, but I did it every time

Oh yay! L'arachel finally gets to use Latona!

I thought it would take a legendary alt to finally give it to her

Iconic trio is only trio to have three duo units between them

I remember using L'arachel despite her late join time because she was hilarious and worth the difficult grind to promote her

Also, she will beat you senseless even though she's a holy woman

Still bitter heroes didn't give her a legendary hero version with Latona
