Note* The ‘markings’ Mr. Beilschmidt is referring to are the red stripes on Robert’s face. ( they also sometimes ‘leak ‘ over into his human form, and other forms, during times of duress or high emotions, or when Robert isn’t concentrating well on his current form). All Elderitch get them after they are sexually mature though the location and coloration of the stripes may be different.
