One-Shotober!

I know my posts about my writing don't tend to get a lot of notice, but I don't care!

So I'm participating in an event on Fimfic called One-Shotober. The goal of this is to write one one-shot story for each day of October, and do it all before October is over.

I've been having a lot of fun with it. It reminds me of when I would write daily for Thirty Minute Ponies, since three of the five stories I've written so far have been based on prompts from a friend.

The group can be found here. I've written 5 stories for it so far:

One Bite: Fluttershy made a peanut butter and banana sandwich. Rarity would like a bite of it.

Birthday Blues (and Oranges): It's Applejack's birthday. She wishes it wasn't.

Goodbye, My Friend: Gummy's grown, and is becoming too dangerous to keep around. Pinkie has to say goodbye.

A Hiccup in Reality: Wacky things are going on in Ponyville. The cause? Discord's got a dangerous case of the hiccups.

Special Gifts: It's Twilight and Pinkie's first Hearth's Warming as a couple, and Twilight needs to give her the best gift possible.

I think One Bite might be my favorite of the bunch so far, but feel free to check 'em all out if you're so inclined. Five down, 26 more to go!

I think I'm going writing-crazy.

Seriously, I've been writing so much in the last month or so. And that makes me happy! I think my writing's gotten a bit better since I started, but of course, that's for others to judge. Here's a wrap-up of what I've had going on in the last month:

-Second chapter for Little Sister, Big Problem

-Final chapter for Dragon Your Hooves

-Seventh (and penultimate) chapter for Tragic Magic

-First chapter of a new story, May the Best Rut Win! (It's -not- as mature-rated as that title makes it sound :P )

-A Flutterdash story for a contest in the Flutterdash group on Fimfic. I can't link to this one yet, as I can't publish it until judging is over, but I'll link it when I do!

-A short one-shot for a polyamory game, which I'll link to once the collab is put up

-A very short bit for a prompt tag game going on in the Raridash Fimfic group

And I've taken it upon myself to start a similar prompt tag game for the Appleshy group!

Adding all of that together, that's over 20000 words I've written in the last month! Now if only I could put this productivity towards something that would earn me money somehow...

Commission #2 done for TwinkleTail! This going to be a cover for a fanfic, which you can find over here. Here is the synopsis-Apple Bloom is sick and tired of having to do everything Applejack tells her just because she’s the younger of the two.
