speak a second language - Though few know that she’s even capable, Miah knows a not insignificant amount of language passed on by various traders traveling through the Sagolii. Those most prominent in Thavnair are best known to her...
dance - Is she a good dancer? Gods, no. Does she enjoy it? Endlessly, and though she only knows the steps to a few foreign dances, it doesn’t take much to coerce her into joining in.
play an instrument - It’s all self-taught, but she spends a small amount of time, ever day, practicing on her lyre. The instrument is very important to her.
do a handstand - Or a somersault, backflip, headstand...or anything else that’s both simple and acrobatic. Miah likes to move, and she’s never been discouraged from doing so.
write poetry - The “writing” part is something she’s still very new to, but she interprets most of her experience through song. From simple things to grander tales, she loves allowing it all to shape into music.
change a diaper - Up until a few months ago, she had no idea. Now that she has a kit to care for, she’s become very familiar with it.
sing - The act and art that speaks directly to her soul. Miah rarely waits for a “right” occasion to sing, so much as she looks for any occasion. It’s not uncommon for her to burst into song almost randomly!
shoot a bow and arrow - Miah isn’t much of a fighter, and she abhors killing when it isn’t necessary. That said, she’s held a bow since she was very young, and the weapon is now an extension of her own hands. She might not know much about combat, but her marksmanship is built upon years of careful practice.
swim - Another thing that few know about her; she loves to swim, and whenever rain begins to fall, the temptation often strikes her to run for the nearest body of water and dive in, almost celebratory.
do a back flip - See “do a handstand.” Some have guessed that if she ever did stop moving, her heart might stop beating, too.
flirt - Does she? She might not even realize if she is, but teasing is a whole other story.
stitch a wound - Even though she’s still learning the finer points of being a proper chirurgeon, she’s known how to stitch and tend a wound since she was ten.
write - It’s new to her, but a day doesn’t pass where she isn’t learning, practicing, and writing poorly-phrased letters to her friends.
braid hair - As if she were born knowing how to do it. Miah’s hair is among her favorite features, and she adores tending to others’.
make a campfire - Much of her youth and more of her life was spent living in the wilds. Such a simple practice is second nature to her, by now.
give a good massage - As I write this, she’s learning how. Live. In real time.
roll their tongue - Forgiving those who haven’t heard her speak...she absolutely can. “It is perrrhaps a thing that those who first meet herrr notice first...”
