Real fast, I LOVE how Polly acts like she has ANY idea what Betty is going through. Hal was torturing Betty for months. Hal was strangling Alice in front of Betty. Hal threatened to hurt her and her friends and her boyfriend and her mom if she didn’t do as he said. Hal tried to convince her his killings were her fault. Hal tried to convince her they were the same when they weren’t in the slightest. And where was Polly? At the farm. Not even in Riverdale. She really thinks it was just as traumatizing for her as it was for Betty. But wasn’t even fucking there.

He said that he believes Scott does care for Derek. “That’s what that scene was about.” During one of the takes for that scene, one they ended up not using, Posey played the scene with Scott crying. He said Posey was very intense and emotional, he worked hard on the scene, and Tyler thought it was an important moment to show how Scott did care for Derek. But “they” (the director/writers/Jeff, ) didn’t like it so they didn’t use that take. Both Tylers were very disappointed they didn’t use it in the final cut.”

Yes. According to certain members of the fandom though, Scott never cared about Derek at all, and literally hated him.

Certain people can’t separate disapproval from care. To them, if you care for someone, you support whatever they choose to do, 100%, without reservation. Whether it’s recruiting child soldiers for a pointless war, killing someone and hiding it, or treating other people’s lives as if they’re worthless, if you don’t let people do what they want, you can’t possibly care for them.

Scott McCall is a Bad Friend?

Okay so Teen Wolf Season 5 Episode 11 is pissing me off. Scott just died for 15 minutes, isn’t healing and Stiles decides to blame him for his father’s condition, saying “You’ll heal.” To which Scott responds “I’m not talking about me.” As if the emotional scares won’t linger forever.

Sometimes Scott is too selfless that it makes me mad. I wish he’d punched Stiles in the face in that moment and said “I wasn’t there because I was dead. While your dad was dying, I was already dead.”

I’m so pissed because even after this, people want to call Scott a bad friend; why is there a whole tag on AO3 dedicated to “Scott is a bad friend” and “Scott is a bad alpha” when he’s the best any of them could ever hope for???? They don’t deserve him. What the fuck? WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?

And I know, I know, Stiles didn’t know that his friend had just been dead but that’s still disgusting behaviour. And the way he relies on Scott like he can do everything in the whole world at the same time - he was supposed to be looking for Hayden’s sister anyway, not Stiles’ dad.

Why did no one even care much about the fact that Scott was basically dead? Like, Liam was too busy crying over Hayden than feeling bone-crushing regret for playing apart in the murder of his Alpha.
