Every time you and your boyfriend Malleus cuddle he always ends up poking you with his horns. You've got just the thing to solve this conundrum.

Snuggling with Malleus is almost the perfect experience.
He's warm, and he has done all the research there is to be done about how to cuddle, but that doesn't change the fact that his horns are just so sharp.
He loves snuggling into your arms after a long day and melting into you. Him preferring to be the little spoon, makes it much harder for you to relax, but he enjoys feeling small for once.
Today happens to be your last straw with his horns poking you. You've already had a terrible day with Grim begging all day for tuna when you don't have enough money right now for that and not to mention the THREE tests you two have flunked. So it's safe to say it's already been an awful day and Malleus' horns prodding at your chin made you finally break down.
As you push him off of you you immediately feel a huge amount of guilt land on your back, but you're so upset you can't think rationally and you plop yourself down on the floor on the opposite side of Malleus.
He thinks he must have done something wrong and begins to apologize, "Dear? Have I upset you in some way? If I have I will leave, just say the word."
You pipe up from your cocoon of blankets that you pulled with you to the ground, "No, no Malleus I'm sorry. I shouldn'tve reacted that way I just had such a bad day today I couldn't handle your horns jabbing me in the face."
"I did not know I was harming you," his big green eyes appear in front of you in an instant, "I do not wish to hurt you, ever."
He looks heartbroken, his eyes shining with worry, "I cannot get rid of my horns. They are one of the only draconic traits I cannot suppress, yet I wish for you to be unharmed when we embrace."
When you finally look up at him you reassure him, "It's fine. I think I've got an idea, but for tonight I'm the little spoon, kay?"
"Yes, of course, that is perfectly fine with me."

By the next day you've got your solution. Sam's shop happened to have exactly what you needed. A pool noodle.
Your solution to the poking problem is to attach pool noodles to Malleus' horns like you would an aggressive goat, but Malleus isn't aggressive, he just has terrible spacial awareness.
When you call him back to Ramshackle for your "fix" he's intrigued. He's curious as to how you're going to accomplish such a feat until you show him your answer.
He has never heard of "noodling goats" but he's not against it. He'll even welcome it if it makes you both more comfortable.
You cut and shape the pool noodles to fit his horns perfectly, and attach them to his head. You can't help but laugh at just how ridiculous he looks with his colorful protruding horns.
As you tease him for looking so cute he looks away and pulls a big pout, "I do not know why you are making fun of me, I'm simply trying to make us both happy."
"Come here you cutie pie!" You exclaim as you pull him into your chest, "Lets go test out you new accessories, yeah?"
He grumbles as he relents to the feeling of your warm embrace, "Fine."
He pouts even harder before he relaxes fully, finally succumbing to your welcome grasp.
How would the third years (-Idia) react to a reader who never wants children? This is super self indulgent, but nobody writes about not wanting kids so I must be the one to do it 🫡

As Trey sits awkwardly on the living room couch you sit across from him seemingly hyping yourself for the "big talk" you said you'd be having earlier.
He's definitely uneasy about this "really big deal" you keep mentioning, but he really can't think of anything he might have done to make you upset, so he's supremely confused. He just looks at you with that dumb slanted smile; his tell that he's tense.
When you finally let it out it's like a weight has been lifted, "This is really serious. So much so that if you don't want the same as me we need to break up, right now." You avoid making eye contact as you continue, "I will absolutely never want children. I know you come from a big family, so you might be inclined to want kids, but I refuse to have them under any circumstance."
He let out the breath he was holding and began to laugh in relief. "Oh my Sevens! I was so scared you were breaking up with me!" As he calmed down he went on, "I've taken care of all my siblings my whole life. I do not want kids, I basically already raised my siblings, I don't want to do that again."
You climb across the couch to snuggle into him, and you two spend your night talking about nothing.
Cater
Cater has never been more scared in his life.
You told him to meet you at your house after work to have a "serious talk", and you expect him to just go about his day and not be freaking out?!
The time finally comes to meet you, and he is pouring sweat. Did he forget a special occasion? Or is he spending too much time on Magicam? He's already planning in his head all the ways he's going to be better to keep you. You're the best thing he's ever had and he just can't lose you.
You sit him down on the springy common room sofa and begin your "serious talk".
"If we're going to stay together I need to tell you something," you continue without looking up "I will never want children. If you want kids in the future we have to break up right now."
His whole body finally relaxes after having been on edge all day. "Sevens! I thought you were breaking up with me! I was worrying all day babe!" He chuckles in disbelief, "I don't want kids either, never have, does that mean we're still together?"
"Of course! Come here!" You open your arms for him to hug you, and he obliges, basking in your warmth.
Leona
Babysitting Cheka is already such a hassle for Leona, he has never in his life wanted a child of his own. You two have talked about it before briefly, but every answer he gives is vague and nonconclusive. You know you have to get a real answer before you stay with him any longer, lest you get stuck with someone who wants to have children.
You shake Leona's shoulder to wake him, though by his tail you can tell he wasn't sleeping in the first place. Now's as good a time as any, so you go for it right off the bat before even letting him speak a word.
"I don't want children ever. If you think you might ever want them in your life I need to leave you." His eyes widen, and he looks at you, speechless.
He finally regains his bearing and answers you "I don't want them either, never have." You visibly calm down as he resumes, "You've never been that blunt before. I like it."
When you flop down on top of him he makes an audible 'oof' sound and looks at you with that dumb smirk he always does. You're gonna be stuck with him like this for a while, and you wouldn't have it any other way.
Vil
When you sit him down on the couch to have a "serious talk" he's already worried. He knows that you two are in a good spot and he doesn't think he's done anything to warrant breaking up, but that doesn't stop the lingering fear in the back of his mind. Maybe he's been neglecting you without realizing? Or not being affectionate enough?
You preface your speech with a warning that makes him even more anxious, "If this is a dealbreaker for you I can take it, because it's non-negotiable for me and I will not settle in any way about this."
He's the perfect picture of calm on the outside, but on the inside he's sweating. Truly what could this be about?
You finally relent your declaration, "I can't stay with you if you will ever want children. I can guarantee you that I will never want children ever, and if you think you might want them I need to break up with you now."
He lets out a shaky sigh of relief, "Oh darling I thought I had done something to upset you, or that you were ending our relationship! I have never really desired children, I would be elated to live our lives together just us."
At that you finally let yourself relax. Comforted in the fact you're both on the same page you curl into his side and spend the night in each other's arms.
Rook
Rook is always an easy person to talk to. No matter the conversation, he's willing to have it, and to listen to you. That's why you aren't particularly scared to have this one with him, even if you don't agree.
"This discussion is so incredibly important, I need you to take this seriously."
"Of course" from his position seated across from you he urges you to go on.
"I know you have a large family and that might make you want your children some day, but I don't want that, not ever. My mind will not change about this." You let out at last.
"My family is large, yes, but our parents did not give us all the love we deserved. I would not wish that on any child. If you wish to share your love with only me, that mon amor, is magnifique."
"You really mean that? I will never want children, are you sure you still want me?"
"Still? I have never not wanted you! Nothing could ever change my mind."
You smile, glad to be on the same page, and nestle into his side. He makes you feel so truly loved.
Malleus
You are so sure this isn't going to be an easy conversation to have Malleus. He's the heir to the Draconia throne! He can't just not have children! But that doesn't put a stop to your determination to tell him that you won't be having them.
The walk you two take every night is the same as always tonight. Except for the presence of an enormous amount of tension from you. Before he can get a word in you begin your monologue.
"We really need to talk Malleus." He looks your way, urging you to continue, "I don't want children. I love you and I want to be with you, but if we're going to be forced to have children to be together I need to break this off now."
The sky began to darken gradually as he looked away, "My love, I don't ever want to make you do something you don't wish to. I will find a way to make this work, I promise you. Having children will never be more important to me than you are."
With that the tension in your body melted away, and you continued your walk. When you finally arrive back at your front doorstep you ask him to spend the night and he happily obliges.
Lilia
Being as old as he is, Lilia doesn't want any more children. At least that's what he said when you first started dating, and it's been years since then, and he's been bringing up babies way too much for your liking.
"Lilia darling can you come into the kitchen! We need to talk about something important!" You call to him from a few rooms away.
"Be right there dearie!" He hollers back as he heads to your location.
Once he enters the kitchen you begin immediately, "We need to talk about your recent obsession with bringing up children," he stands dumbfounded as you go on, "We will never be having any children. I don't care about what you have to say about the matter, I love you dearly, but I will not hesitate to leave you if you want me to have kids with you."
"Is that what you thought I was thinking? I promise you dearie, I was simply thinking back to when Silver was a baby. He's gotten so old, I can't believe how time flies!"
"Oh! Well I'm still glad I made myself clear. What I said still stands, do you understand?"
"Yes, boss." You chuckle at his choice of words and gesture for him to 'come here'. He tucks himself under your arm and watches you cook dinner.

-He admittedly didn't know much about your condition at first. He's never really been around people with chronic illnesses before, but that won't stop him from learning!
-He does his research and starts to bake things that will be more inclusive for you, whether that be less sugar, more sugar, or more protein he'll sneakily add it in. He wants to be as helpful as he can
-He absolutely adores being useful, so whatever you need, it's yours no matter what
-If you need help with simple things after a flare up he won't judge, everyone needs help sometimes
Cater
-He isn't super in the know about your condition, but he does give it about a thousand searches and he reads just about every article he can on one of his late nights
-He's supportive to the degree it's almost suffocating, not in a bad way, more like in a funny way. Once when you were having a flare up in public and there were no open seats nearby he sat himself on the concrete and told you you could use him as a stool; a little bit mortifying, but he meant well
-Need a heating pad or ice pack? It's already in his hand somehow. Some part of your body achy? He'll give you a massage!
-Theres absolutely no shame with him, he would do anything for you, and in public too!
Leona
-Leona doesn't mind your illness at all. It's not an inconvenience for him in the slightest. You like to sleep too? Great
-His favorite part of a hard day is to see you and to snuggle up together on his bed, but if that isn't possible; say you don't think you can get all the way to Savannaclaw, he won't hesitate to go to you
-The couches in Ramshackle might not be as comfy as his bed, but if you're there it's the coziest place in Twisted Wonderland
-While you lay on his chest, he likes to give you gentle back rubs, the best part of any of his days is feeling you melt into his chest; finally comfortable
Vil
-Vil is typically more lenient with you. Whether that be with skincare or general hygiene. Don't get me wrong he still wants you to do those things but he understands when you just can't
-That's why if you're having a specifically bad flare up, or really anytime you need it, he will help you with absolutely no complaints
-He's so gentle with you it feels like he's a completely different person. He'll delicately wash your hair for you, or tenderly apply your skincare, whatever you need he's there for you
-For such a judgmental person, Vil really has nothing critical to say when it comes to you. He understands the struggle, maybe not to your degree, but he grasps the basic idea
Rook
-Rook always knows when you are feeling worse than usual
-He is alarmingly observant, and he uses that to his advantage. He will gently lead you to a seat without you noticing when he sees that you look tired, and he always seems to want to have a sleepover when he notices you've been skimping on your skincare
-Never has he ever made you feel bad for helping you out. A lot of the time you don't even realize he's doing anything. He does things for you quietly; he doesn't feel like he needs recognition for doing stuff that should be the bare minimum
-He loves to wash your hair for you. He'll do it even when you're having a good day, it doesn't just have to be when you feel bad
Idia
-Idia understands your pain. His curse puts a lot of physical strain on him too, so he's always willing to be gracious with you
-He may not always be there to wash your hair for you or anything like that but he likes to do checkups every few hours to gauge how you're feeling, and if it's bad he might brave the outdoors for you
-If you can't make it over to Ignihyde on a really bad day he'll come to you. You two will play video games together on the Ramshackle couch to try to distract you as much as possible from the pain
-He always has Ortho ready to help too. If you need heat or cold to ease the pain Ortho's got it handy always
Malleus
-He didn't quite understand when you first told him you were chronically ill. He had absolutely no information on your condition prior to knowing you, but you better believe he remedied that immediately
-He really truly cares about you, so he learned everything he could about your situation. Either from the internet with the help of Deuce (again) or through simply asking you about your experience
-Taking care of people isn't particularly his strong suit but he tries. There might be a few bumps here and there but he takes his role of helper very seriously
-When you get tired easily he's always there to lend a hand, all you have to do is call his name
Lilia
-He's been around the block a few times. He's known fae who were greatly injured in the war, even though that's not the same as a chronic illness he's still very knowledgeable
-Back rubs are his favorite thing to give you. Even if that's not where the pain is you better believe you're getting a back rub along with a massage (if you want it)
-He is always up for some good old fashioned hanging out calmly if you're too tired to do anything else. He would never judge you for needing some stress free time to unwind
-When you're in pain he gets scarily serious, it's like his caregiving instinct flips on in his brain, ready to support you

It's Yuu and a twst guy (more preferably Jamil, Kalim and Leona maybe even Jack) who started dating after having a crush on each other for months, but they didn't date back then because Yuu had... Problems. Mental ones. So, after they started officially dating, he walked into Ramshackle without thinking and heard Yuu singing these lyrics:

-Leona heard from Ruggie that you'd been in the laundry room just talking, and he thought you might let him sleep in the laundry room on your lap if you were already going to be there anyway, so he headed out to see you
-He stopped in the doorway when he heard singing from afar. The singing wasn't the only thing that stopped him in his tracks, it was the lyrics
-Knowing your mental state hasn't always been the best, he fully enters the room. He doesn't say anything about the song you were singing, he just keeps you company. It's the only way he really knows to comfort people; he's never been good at it. He just wants you to know he's there
Jack
-You and Jack scheduled today for one of your sleepovers. He stays over in Ramshackle frequently, but recently he hasn't really had time to, with his packed agenda
-That's why you had expected him to bail out again today, and had just been doing your own thing; that is singing
-You couldn't hear him knock, nor him walking into Ramshackle, and you just kept singing. When he heard you he stood in the doorway, and almost turned back, but then he heard the lyrics and started to get worried
-You had mental problems before you two started dating, and now you're singing this depressing song? It's safe to say he's incredibly concerned
-He makes himself known by walking fully into the room and he asks you if you're okay, and even if you say you are he'll envelop you in a hug. He makes sure to drill into your head that he loves you and that he won't "forget you"
Kalim
-For the first time Jamil is letting you two have a sleepover with no supervision. Kalim is so excited he's already on the way to Ramshackle an hour early
-He bursts through the front door, making a huge racket, yet you still don't hear him over your own singing. He hears you however and is super curious. If you're singing he wants to join too!
-But as he gets closer and he starts to hear exactly what you're singing about he starts to get sad. Is that how you feel? He needs to be there for you!
-So he rushes to where the sounds are coming from, your bedroom, and tackles you to the ground with tears in his eyes
-He repeats over and over how much he loves you and that he'll always remember you no matter what. The night ends with tons of cuddles and a lot of reassurance
Jamil
-After finally getting a moment away from Kalim he heads over to Ramshackle to give back a Tupperware container that he'd borrowed the night prior
-He said that it was just the responsible thing to do, but what he really wanted was to spend some time with you without Kalim
-As he approached the front door he heard your voice. Being the guy he was he listened in, he's always had an appreciation for your singing so he couldn't help himself
-The longer he listened the more concerned he got though, and before you could finish your sad solo he pushed the door open
-He just looked at you and gently opened his arms for you to climb into. He knows how hard you've had it and he wants to comfort you as much as he can
Today is Summerween! A totally real holiday that was absolutely not made up. As you're staying with your boyfriend for summer break he tells you it doesn't exist in Twisted Wonderland. Time to show him how it's done!

Vil
Not having somewhere to stay other than a dilapidated building over summer break is completely off the table when you're dating Vil Schoenheit. Even with the recent improvements to Ramshackle it's still an incredibly unpleasant place to stay, he knows now how bad it truly is, and that's why he has invited you to stay with him over the summer.
He already spoke with his father prior to asking you, he loves you but he's still responsible. His father, of course, said yes. He was excited to finally meet you, Vil never stops talking about you every time he and his father have a bit of time together, and it sounds like Vil loves you immensely.
When you finally get to Vil's humongous mansion of a house he introduces you to his father, and he finally understands why Vil likes you so much. He finds you lovely, Vil is thrilled that you two get along, and that his father approves of you.
As you approach the middle of summer the days get more and more lonely for you. Both of them are out of the house most of the time, even if Vil tries his best to spend lots of time with you.
He's a working man, and that can leave you alone and bored most days, but you still have one thing to look forward to. Summerween.
Vil, like every other resident of Twisted Wonderland has never heard of Summerween, so when you offhandedly mention how excited you are for it he is immediately inquisitive.
He won't ever deny you something you had in your home world if he is able to give it to you. He is willing to do any tradition that the holiday entails, just for you, even if he thinks it's a little silly. Like carving a little face into a hollowed out watermelon wasn't on his itinerary for today, but he won't complain. Albeit Grim getting watermelon all over his floors was a tad bit upsetting.
As you beg him to let you put it on the porch he pulls a deeply infatuated smile, and acquiesces. He gives you that special devoted look as you place it out front, and gives you a kiss as you come back that shows you just how head over heels he is for you.
You two head back inside as he grabs the bag of candy he bought earlier from the kitchen and you both settle on his luxurious couch to watch cheesy horror movies, picking them apart while Grim gorges himself on the candy.
Ace
Ace has suggested since knowing you for about two weeks that you should stay at his house for summer break. No he totally didn't have a crush on you. Just because you're dating now doesn't mean he's had a huge crush on you since the first overblot, that would be absurd....
His brother of all people is the most excited to meet you. He knows about how Ace ghosted his first ever girlfriend so he's relatively surprised that he's this devoted to you. He assumed that Ace would've gotten bored at this point, so he has to see what the deal is with you.
As you arrive at his quaint midsized house in the suburbs of the Queendom of Roses you're immediately greeted by Ace's family. He explains to you that they do this even when it's just him coming home for break, but they totally do want to see you for the first time as well.
His brother is the first to greet you, and after some talking, he likes you. You seem like a nice person, maybe even too nice for Ace, so he might be a little skeptical of your taste in men. Though ultimately you and his family get along very well, they all love you, even if Grim is a huge troublemaker.
After a few weeks of doing almost nothing but playing video games and going to the parks around his house it's getting closer and closer to your beloved holiday. A few days before the holiday you casually mention that you guys should get some watermelon. He initially thinks nothing of it until you want to get one for everyone in the family.
He makes a joke about not needing so much, but you explain that it's for Summerween, a holiday that you celebrate in your world and he gives in with a little persuading.
You, Ace, Grim, and Ace's brother spend the night scooping out watermelon and carving silly faces into the rinds. Grim completely gorges himself on watermelon before dinner is even served, but somehow when it is ready he suddenly has room to spare. You giggle at his antics as you slip him into his makeshift ghost costume and step into your own.
Ace sacrifices a few of his old sheets for you all to have your costumes, but he just brushes it off as no big deal. He'd do anything to make you happy after all.
You three; that being you, Ace, and Grim, all go out to bother the neighbors for candy. Just like home. Of course none of the residents are really ready for this holiday that doesn't exist here. So most of them simply shoo you away, but a select few give you crappy candy, and you make sure to tell them that's what it's all about.
Deuce
Since the first time she met you Dylla was eager to have you over for summer break. She's heard your story (at least the non unexplainable parts) and she absolutely doesn't want anyone to have to live the way you do, especially not alone all summer. So she has Deuce, your boyfriend, invite you to stay with them.
You were ecstatic at the thought of getting to spend your whole summer with Deuce and his lovely mother, so you agreed right away.
You arrive at his sweet little cottage in Clocktown and are immediately enveloped in a warm hug. Dylla's strong arms just about crush you with the weight of her excitement, and squish poor Grim in the process. Deuce stands to the side awkwardly, but he's very happy that his two favorite people get along so well already.
Dylla is the picture of a doting mother for your whole stay, even when she has to work she's still so present it's crazy. You end up spending a lot of time with her and talking all about how Deuce was when he was a kid. Deuce overhears the one instance when you talk about a holiday from your home world that he's never heard of, and he determines right then and there that he's going to give it to you.
Dylla takes you both shopping on her day off and you pick out two perfect watermelons to carve. One for Deuce and one for you and Grim to share.
The scooping and carving takes more time than planned, so you both decide to ditch your plans of going trick or treating (much to Deuce's delight. He really didn't want to bother the neighbors) and instead eat a ton of candy together on his couch.
Grim eats the most, with Deuce in second, both with absolutely no care for the terrible stomach aches they'll wake up with tomorrow. But it's worth it to see you so happy.

Vil actually enjoys his daily skincare routine. All that work would seem like such a hassle to some people, however he typically looks forward to it.
Although today feels different. Nothing special is happening, nor is there something for him to be worried about, but he feels off nonetheless. There's a small ache brewing in his chest; it's upsetting, but not overbearing, at least not yet.
He settles to finally use the record player his father gifted him on his last birthday, and listens to a simple classical music record to try to push away the thoughts of something being awry.
His concerns turn out to not have been for naught when you slam open the door of his room. Before he can chastise you for flinging the door closed, he sees your face, and how you look absolutely devastated. So instead of being angry he gets up promptly.
As he strides across the room towards you, you slowly slink to the floor and start wailing. He is rightfully stressed right away, and of course hurries to you. When he reaches you he can't help but to ask anxiously, "Dear? What's wrong?".
You answer with additional, even louder, wailing. So he determines to hug you properly, even going to the lengths of wrapping you in his robe with him as you babble about something he can't quite make out.
"My love please tell me what's wrong," he looks into your eyes as he gently pleads for your answer.
You prattle on, as he only understands a few of your words. Nails......failed............sorry..?
"Darling, just breathe with me okay? In and out." He holds you gently on the cold wooden flooring as he tries to get you to calm down enough to help him understand.
After a few minutes of breathing with him you finally mellow out enough to speak.
"I bit my nails all the way down to the finger again! I was doing so well! I'm so tired Vil, I just want to have pretty nails!" You sob into his chest. He finally understands your panic and upset, and knows just the thing to make you feel better.
"Sweetheart, it's alright. Your nails will grow back, that's a guarantee. How about I give you a manicure? It might take your mind off of your 'failure' and make you feel good," He takes your hands and assesses the damage before rising to his feet and offering his palm to assist you with standing as well, "I hate to see you so unhappy."
As he leads you to settle on the foot of his very cushioned bed, his love and care for you is painfully obvious. He holds your hand so gently as he urges you to sit fully on the mattress.
He takes your nails into his hands and he begins to apply oils and creams, ones with names you can't even pronounce, to aid in the healing of the exceptionally damaged areas. There's absolutely no judgement in his eyes as he takes care of you, he truly wants to make you feel better.
He gives you the whole nine yards, he cuts back your cuticles, cleans the nail beds, polishes them, and gives you a tender hand massage afterwards.
"There, Darling does that feel better?" When you nod, he leans forward to capture your lips in a delicate kiss, "Good. I'm glad I could be of help. The polish I put on those should help you to not bite them for a while, and if it doesn't, I will keep an eye on you. I will even tell you when you are doing it, I know you tend to do it unconsciously."
A sense of contentedness washes over him as you finally smile for the first time since you shambled into his room. The love for you that he feels in this moment is monumental, and he's never felt more like he wants to spend the rest of his life with someone until right now.

-He's a very observant guy, he kinda has to be, so he eventually sees you doing the same to your friends and he puts 2 and 2 together
-He's actually kinda touched that you like him so much, and that you want to be around him so bad
-It's all very sweet in his eyes. He might even start doing the same back to you to show that he feels the same about you

-Even though you and Azul have been dating for a while, your following habit worries him. What if an old enemy of his is making you collect info on him? So he gets Jade and Floyd to investigate and find out what's causing you do it
-When they tell him that you're doing it seemingly because you simply like him he is beyond embarrassed
-The answer was that simple, something he could have just asked you, and he resorted to using the twins
-He makes a point to let you keep doing it, his aim being to show you that he trusts you after he was nosy for no reason
-After a while he gets used to it. Even anticipating it at a certain point. It brings him comfort to know you still like him best
Jade
-Jade sees you following him instantly. He's one of the most observant people at Nrc, there's no way he wouldn't notice
-He's intrigued, so he just lets you do what you're doing. He quickly figures out that you don't even really notice that you're following him around like a lost puppy, and he's even more interested
-He observes you with your friends and how you do the same thing, but you don't do it to Floyd or Azul, so of course he reasons that you must like him the most!
-He likes feeling like he's needed, and your padding behind him makes him so incredibly content that he never brings it up to you
-He'll shut down anyone who tries to bring it up too. If someone mentioning it even has a chance of making you stop he could never live with that
Floyd
-On a bad day your following him can really piss him off. Usually he's pretty entertained and he actually finds it funny, but he really hates it when he's already not in a good mood
-The second he notices it he immediately points it out to you, and if you get embarrassed he gets confused. If you're gonna follow him just do it. No need to get all flustered
-He might even encourage it on an especially good day. He just thinks you're so cute
-Once he realizes that you only trail behind your favorite people he becomes insufferable. He won't leave you alone about how he's your favorite, and how much you must looovvee him
-When he notices you pursuing him when he's in a good mood he'll tease you about it, but he absolutely adores it most of the time

-He just turns and gives you that look. The one that says "literally why?" And he keeps staring for a few seconds before he sighs
-You try to make it better by explaining, but it only makes it worse. Why would people in your world make a game about hurting each other? That's weird. He doesn't understand at all
-Anytime you do it he just gives you the look again, and hopes it's enough to make you stop. And eventually it is your reign or terror, at least with Trey, comes to an end after the third time punching his arm
Cater
-His phone flings out of his hand and he yelps when you punch his arm. He turns to you and slaps your shoulder back
-He knows he's not supposed to scroll when you guys are out in public but punching him is a little much
-When you tell him you just saw a yellow car he's even more confused. He's seen a lot of stupid magicam pranks and trends before but outright punching people is a little extreme in his eyes
-He won't do it back to you ever. He doesn't like the idea at all. He's all for a good prank but this just seems like an excuse to hit people and he really doesn't enjoy the thought
-He doesn't really say anything if you keep doing it to him but it's very apparent that he's upset by it, so it's best if you lay off of it with him

-Leona is very confused, and a little bit upset
-He's not going to punch you back, he would never, but he is pretty angry at you for just randomly punching him

-A game where you punch someone when you see a yellow car? He's never heard of such a thing, but he's interested immediately
-You tell him the simple rules of the game and he plays right along with you! He won't ever punch you quite as hard as you punch him, he knows his own strength, and he would never want to hurt you
-He NEVER misses a yellow car. It makes the game a little unbearable for you. He's seeing yellow cars from across bridges! How can you compete?!
-He's mostly astonished by how bold you are. Punching the crown prince of Briar Valley?! He falls a little more in love with you every day

-Ow?! Why did you just do that?!
-He already didn't want to go out in public, and now you're punching him?

-The first few punches from him are way too hard, and that immediately puts him off of it. He doesn't want to hurt you, so he apologizes profusely and asks to stop playing
-He will compensate you heavily for the bruises on your arms. He even kisses them better for you (he just used magic to make them go away)
Lilia
-Lilia loves it, the instant you punch his arm he's already game
-You don't even need to explain the rules of the game to him. He somehow picked it up from seeing what you did and punches you right back when another yellow car passes
-Somehow his punches are so light you barely even feel them, that's good for you, but it does make the scoring harder when you can't remember if he saw the car or not
-He does get tired of it after a while and talks to you gently to let you know that he would never hit you outside of this scenario. He wants to make sure you know that, because he loves you

-Leona is usually very observant. He notices what's happening around him even if he likes to pretend he isn't listening. When it comes to you he tends to be more relaxed
-That should be a good thing, but it makes a huge problem with how you seem to be completely silent
-He's a beastman, he should be able to hear your breathing, or your footsteps when you walk away, but he just can't. He's disturbed with how quiet you are, it's unnatural
-Walking through a crowd, Leona at your side, he turns to make a half-hearted sarcastic comment and sees that you're gone. He doesn't panic per sé but he's a little worried. There's a ton of people out today so he thinks finding you is gonna be a hassle, but then he turns to face the other way and there you are!
-Your sudden appearance frightens him, nevertheless he tries his best to pretend that it had no affect on him
-After losing you that first time he makes sure he won't lose you again by subtly keeping a hand on you back for the rest of your outing

Kalim
-The scardiest scardy cat there is. Even more than Idia if you can believe it. He's absolutely terrified by your noiselessness
-You aren't able to sneak up on him often, thanks to Jade and Floyd, and he's thankful for that. But you absolutely still frighten him outside of work hours, like when he's at board game club
-He was winning! He was winning and you accidentally ruined that outcome just by being behind him when he turned around suddenly
-In the time it took for him to scream and try to catch his breath his opponent already executed the perfect strategy to win, devastating Azul to no end
-He lamented to you about his loss and he half-heartedly blamed you for the loss, and demanded you warm him next time you come to see him at his club
Vil
-Kalim is exceedingly calm about your quietness
-He may not notice your footsteps approaching, but when you pop out of nowhere he is almost always ecstatic. He just loves to see you, even if you scare him a little in the process
-A little pomp through a bazaar at night with him reveals why your hushed footfalls may be a problem for the first time. He absolutely cannot find you for the life of him
-He looks high and low, and even tries calling out your name, but to no avail. Until you suddenly are standing right behind him. He gasps, but he doesn't scream, delighted by finding you again
-He never wants to feel that again, that fear that you're gone. So just like Jamil did with him, he gifts you small dangly jewelry pieces and urges you to wear them constantly, so that he won't lose you ever again
-Vil doesn't particularly pride himself on his observation skills; he has Rook for that, but he does still notice things
-That's why it's so surprising when he doesn't ever hear your footsteps. He can only think to himself, the third time you've accidentally snuck up on him, that he's got himself a second Rook
-As you open the door to his room he doesn't look up from his vanity mirror, not even for a second, and instead of calling his name to let him know you're there you simply stand in silence waiting to be noticed
-You don't mean to scare him but you absolutely do, as his eyes meet yours he shrieks in alarm
-He goes off on a tangent about how you need to warn him that you're there or at least tell him that you're planning to come over, lest you give him a heart attack
-He finally resorts to putting a tiny bell on you, like a cat, so he has a little warning of when you're near. No matter how embarrassing it is for you
Idia
-Your scary silentness is absolutely terrifying to Idia on every level
-Even if you don't mean it, you have to admit, standing quietly in the corner of his room and saying not a word is kinda creepy
-And you keep doing it! It's getting to be an issue now!
-Even Ortho has trouble detecting when you enter Idia's room. At least that's what he says. Idia thinks that Ortho just finds it funny when he does his high pitched girly scream
-The most recent incident was the same as every other. You walk into his room, quietly, he doesn't notice, you stand there and wait. You have to be doing this on purpose at this point! Are you trying to kill him?!
-One high pitched cry later and he's got a plan. A tripwire. He sets it up right in front of his door without telling you so that every time you walk past it an alarm will sound directly in his headphones. Not the best solution, but it works nonetheless
Malleus
-Malleus has an outrageous sense of hearing, as a fae that comes naturally, but even with his super-hearing he still can't seem to locate you until you're right in front of him sometimes
-It's never been a real issue. He doesn't startle easily, nor does he feel the need to know where you are at all times, but it does get concerning when he can't find you in public
-One particularly bad example of this was the time you were both lost in a sea of people at a local market. He looked away for a split second and you were gone. He couldn't see you in any direction he looked and was starting to panic
-Before he could go into full blown hysteria you appeared on his left side out of nowhere, and for the first time you actually scared Malleus Draconia
-His screech of terror was not his best moment he'll admit
-The rest of your shopping trip was continued with your arm linked with his, absolutely no exceptions
