I maintained the same weight for about 5 years since I last used this account.
Recently, I was helping a friend move and ran into a bathroom scale. Of course I couldn’t resist the urge and hopped right on, thinking I’d see the same familiar numbers.
Oh was I wrong! I have gained around 10lbs, give or take a few if we consider water weight.
(For reference, I weigh 127lbs, GW being 100-105lbs)
Struggling to not eat/not eat calorie filled foods lately to drop the extra weight, as the last 4-5 years I haven’t had to restrict much to keep the same weight. Gotta love the damage I did at 15!
I’ll take anything at this point, low cal recommendations, advice on curbing cravings for anything, things that fill you up physically but have little to no calories. I’ve been out of what I guess I’ll call the game for a while, should’ve stuck to it but I got ahead of myself. Need advice quick!
(Edit: hate and recovery isn’t needed or wanted here, I’m well versed and old enough to know what this is doing to me, I just don’t care!)
