1. jack: probably the best driveway shoveler. he's athletic and i think he mentioned the shaftlands being cold once. he was born for this.
2. silver: helpful, physically powerful, and has a strong sense of duty. very solid choice
3. epel: he's used to the snow in harveston. just convince him it's good strength training and you're golden
4. malleus: he could probably do it extremely quickly using magic because he's op. he would also comment on how strange and amusing you are for making the future king of briar valley do such menial tasks
5. trey: i'm sure trey could do a decent job at it but he'd be even better at staying in the kitchen and making you hot chocolate and warm pastries for when you finish shoveling
6. deuce: he's kind and strong but the thought of him shoveling snow alone is really sad so i think you should help him anyway
7. sebek: this is a walk in the park for him. a fine driveway shoveling candidate, if you can ignore his shocked remarks about how you're too weak to shovel your own driveway
8. rook: i'd place him solidly in the "adequate" category except he's liable to drag you out with him so you two can 'bask in the glory of winter together' or something along those lines
9. kalim: he'll give it the ol' college try but he's also not used to the snow or physical labor so you will have to help him.
10. vil: physically, vil is more than capable, but if he doesn't change out of those heels he's going to break his ankles from slipping on the ice
11. cater: his signature spell would be very useful but he also hates sweating and p.e. mediocre. get ready to hear complaints.
12. lilia: picture: he does it extremely quickly. he invites you outside to "inspect his work". when your back is turned, he pelts a snowball at you.
13. azul: whatever favor he asks of you in return afterwards is going to be worse than if you'd just done it yourself. i also doubt it snows in the coral sea so he is going to slip on black ice and fall
14. ruggie: get ready for your wallet to hurt because there's no way in hell he'll do it for free
15. jade: when you ask, he comments on how silly you are while radiating ominous and vaguely threatening vibes
16. jamil: not a chance. sure he's capable, but this request would not benefit him whatsoever and his hands are already full as is
17. riddle: wears heels so he's in the broken-ankles category with vil except he's also physically a little wimpy and probably never played in the snow as a child. he wouldn't last a minute
19. leona: canonly doesn't do well with the cold. dislikes manual labor. 0/10.
20. ortho: sure he'd probably be good at it but why would you make him do this. let him build snowmen you monster.
21. floyd: he has no motivation to do this. he is going to shove snow down your shirt when you aren't looking.
22. ace: it's ace. would probably try to weasel his way out of it and fail miserably, causing more work for himself than if he'd just done his job
