1989 tour - Baton Rouge

It’s been a whole month. Never have I ever been so touched by a concert. This was honestly the best night of my life. I will never forget the 7 hour drive jamming out to 1989. I will never forget walking around the stadium and seeing awesome costume/signs and thinking “why didn’t I think of that.” I will never forget waiting in line for 3 hours in the heat. I will never forget the nervous feeling I got in my stomach. I will never forget the second the scanned our tickets and Caitlin and I grabbed each other’s hands and SPRINTED all the way to or seats up long ramps (we were ga) I will never forget seeing mama swift and BAWLING my eyes out screaming waving my sign around and being so so so so so upset because I didn’t get picked. I will never forget “feel so close” coming on and my friend and I saying “omg TAYVIN YAS what if Taylor comes out right after THIS SONG” and then she came out right after and my heart dropped to my butt I was so stunned. I will never forget screaming mom so many times and people around me Lookin at me like I’m crazy. I will never forget almost falling off the bleachers about 10 times from JUMPING around so much. I will never forget losing my voice and it being worth every blood curdling scream. I will never forget feeling so weak after the concert because I didn’t want it to be over. But also feeling so happy and blessed to be able to be there. It was my first Taylor concert. Seeing her in person I was just in awe. So much awe. And it didn’t even matter that I didn’t meet her. (I would’ve loved to don’t get me wrong) I finally got to see her live. After being a fan since Tim McGraw all the way to now. I finally saw her. In real life. It was beautiful, magical, amazing, inspiring. There are so many words that I can’t even speak because im still in awe. taylorswift I love you so much thank you for being the best role model. Thank you for having the kindest heart. Thank you for standing up for what you believe in. Thank you for inspiring me in so many ways. Thank you for being there for me in so many ways since I was 10/11. (Now 19) Thank you for writing the words I could never find in my heart to say, the words I didn’t know I felt until I heard them and realized. Thank you for writing my life. Okay, so I was at my old workplace applying again and I walked out and there was someone putting things up to get ready for a wedding as my friend and I were leaving.

Then we were at some go karting place. And we were leaving there and we went back to my old workplace and there Taylor was standing in the parking lot with a couple of other people. And we were being asked trivia question about Taylor’s life or things she has done or her music and stuff. And there was only like 4 of us and then a couple randoms she was with. But Jamie King was asking the questions (with her cute baby bump of course) so then we’re all leaving and were walking down this ramp and we’re all just being casual (like Taylor swift was next to me and I wasn’t freaking but me here right now would’ve been freaking out. ) and then out of no where Justin TIMBERLAKE is all of a sudden in my dream and he brought his cute new baby and TAYLOR was holding him and I was just like 😍😍😍 Then she left. And I don’t remember where we were but Taylor asked me to give her a ride, so (obviously without question) I did. But I turn the wrong way on accident so I had to turn around. I pulled into this store parking lot and we saw Jamie standing there. So she came over and we talked. And then we left and I went to Tay’s house. And we hung out and we were best friends and I wish it were real…. 😭😭😭😭😭

Listening to Tim McGraw on repeat when I was like 10 is the best decision I ever made because look where Taylor is now. I’m so proud of my mom. I’m so glad I stuck with her through everything. She’s the best role model for any young girl that’s struggling through life whether it be boy problems, not fitting in, trouble at home, SHE GETS YOU. She understands. She knows us and we know her. And that makes me so happy.
