Hernán Jourdan

Hernan (pronouns: he/his) is an artist, writer and producer originally from Argentina. He has traveled extensively across South and North America, graduated from School of Tokyo Visual Arts in Japan, and currently lives in Providence, Rhode Island. His projects intervene public and private spaces to create out-of-the-ordinary experiences for people. Former Monbukagakusho Scholarship recipient (Ministry of Education of Japan), A4A/MassMoCa grantee (2019-2020) and Rhode Island Cultural Anchor (RISCA, 2019).

Hernán (pronombres: el) es un artista, escritor y productor nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ha viajado a lo largo de America del Norte y Sur y estudiado en la escuela Tokyo Visual Arts de Japón. Actualmente vive en Providence, Rhode Island, donde crea experiencias extra-ordinarias para la gente en espacios tanto públicos como privados. Ex-becario Monbukagakusho (Ministerio de Educación del Japón), becario de A4A/MassMoCa (2019-20) y nomrado Ancla Cultural de Rhode Island (por RISCA, 2019).

Shey Rivera Ríos

Shey (pronouns: they/them) is a multi-genre artist and community organizer who’s work is at the intersection of art/culture, digital media, and civic engagement. Shey was born and raised in rural Puerto Rico and lives in Providence, RI. National alliances include: National Association of Latino Arts and Culture (NALAC), Board of Directors of the Alliance of Artist Communities, Intercultural Leadership Institute (ILI) 2017-2018, and Brown University Public Humanities Community Fellow 2017-2019. 

Shey (pronombres: elle, ellx) es artista de múltiples medios y gestorx cultural cuyo trabajo se encuentra en la intersección del arte / cultura, los medios digitales y el compromiso cívico. Shey nació y creció en la zona rural de Puerto Rico y vive en Providence, RI. Sus alianzas nacionales incluyen: la Asociación Nacional de Arte y Cultura Latina (NALAC), la Junta Directiva de la Alianza de Comunidades de Artistas, el Instituto de Liderazgo Intercultural (ILI) 2017-2018 y el Centro de Humanidades Públicas de Brown University 2017-2019.
