A Summertime Pina Colada Cake
The cake is simple! To this pineapple cake mix I added a large can of crushed pineapple in juice. Mix well scraping bowl often. Pour mixed cake batter into lightly greased 9x13in. pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min- 25 wasnāt enough! Toast a good amount of coconut in the oven after the cake has baked. My project is finally done! I got rid of all of the wood! I thought Iād never get this backyard clean project done. The firewood and mesquite branches were endless. I was able to find a man on offer up who wanted all the wood. He brought a chain saw set up and I helped him cut it all and pack it up in his truck to cart off.
