Finally got my Snugpak 35L backpack. Much more manageable than the 90L I bought the other day. Especially for taking minimal supplies. Mad comfortable aswell!

Definitely helpful for when I get a DD Hammock

Made the mistake of buying a massive 90 litre backpack today... At least it will come in handy for something but probably far too much for my day or 2 wildcamps.
My kit so far
So I started off my kit a week or so back by buying all of this (bar the little tools in the bottom left) from Amazon. I’m fairly happy with all the stuff so far apart from the sharpener in the bottom left, but thats mostly because I don’t think i’ve been using it correctly. I’ve also got a sharpening stone which I have been using on my knives to try to get them back up to scratch but again, I am struggling with trying to get them super sharp again - clearly I need to spend more time with the stone and improve my technique!
Mora craftline pro C Knife
Lanksy Knife LKN333 (Apparently World Legal)
Canteen and Tin (cover not shown)
Firesteel
Miniature tools I kept from an assembled BBQ
Lanksy Knife Sharpener I've also managed to salvage an old toiletry tin that I got for xmas one year, it seems sturdy enough and the plan is to put cooking bits in it like seasonings and olive oil.

An Intro
Hey, so i’m hoping this blog will allow me to collect all my thoughts in one place instead of having to go through piles of paper. This blog will be my place to write and share information about wildcamping, bushcraft, foraging etc and will hopefully be able to help other people out too.
