I feel so empty and lonely but it is all of my own doing, I have not talked to my friends out of some sort of paralyzing fear I yet know the name of and the fact that everything will be the same and the fact that it means I have to talk to my newfound boyfriend which I may or may not like (i am a bit afraid to find out but that's something I'll find out with my therapist next month) and how it have felt ignored by my old friends i dont really know what to do but I am in a imaginary jail and just want approval but also crave the repulsion of others because it just cements my prior biases towards myself and I don't know anymore

I want full unadulterated silence at the same time which I can't get due to my sister constantly calling people which further makes me want to retreat in because it makes me angry for some reason
