Now vs Then 📸 Practicing editing on some shots of my cosplays and honestly loving how much better the pictures can look. I brightened up the background and the colours before adding some lighting, adjusting the effects slightly to bring out the colours in Yang and make the photo so much clearer! I’ve had so much fun seeing these photos that I love shine even brighter than they did! You can add so much depth and show more detail through the editing so I hopefully can do this to my shots more often! Been a fairly big hiatus, with college work and other such on my mind since CosXpo, I’ve not had my mind on cosplay as much as I’d wish to. But with half term here and seeing all the cosplay from MCM London from the comfort of home, my mind flowing with ideas and motivation, I feel myself wanting to edit photos I have from CosXpo and build on ideas to create whatever plans I end up bringing to life. I’m feeling the buzz of creativity to find something my hands can work on. Been loving the current season of Fairy Tail a ton and having been on a bit of a hiatus but with work and college being a big thing recently. First edit of the year was playing with settings on my basic editing software on photos taken in the dark. Was interesting and really joyful watching as the photo I didn’t think was very clear become something clear, colourful and I’m pleased with how it turned out for us! The photo having been taken in the dark with no flash while balancing on something for me to have a timer take the shot for us after con in October last year. Just shows how you can make something from anything and I’m pleased with the result. The first photo is the edit compared to the original! Was nice seeing the improvement in the shot side by side! 💚 Was also nice being able to take a nice photo of our Team FNKI cosplay of our own to play with!
